Do yourself a favor and don't start with this company. They DO NOT REPLY to emails! Sat on the phone and was told my order would be credited, but that didn't happen! Nothing but problems and headaches! RUN!
I do laptop repairs and use a lot of mini screwdrivers and mid size screwdrivers. They advertise German brand products but none of them are in stock so they use the brand names and images as bate to bring shoppers to the site and sell them garbage.
The tips of all of cheap screwdrivers chip and strip very easy and renders the tool useless.
I bought "Hilti" German brand screw driver set 20 years ago from Germany for 175 Euros when I was stationed as military there and they are still rocking, never go wrong with good brand.
I am willing to pay the price for the deserved quality product but they are not at the Zoro site that is for sure.
I placed an order on zoro due to the fact that it stated the item would ship within one business day. 3 days later & counting the item has not shipped. I called customer support & spoke to Rachel, who told me that on her internal system, the item would not ship for 3-5 business days. I asked how long it would take to get a refund if I decided to cancel. She said between 7-10 business days. She said if the item hasn't shipped by the 5th business day to call back! I understand there's a shortage of workers, but 5 business days for an item to ship? Where's it coming from, the moon? That's absolutely fricken ridiculous. It's 2021. 7-10 business days for a refund? You took the money right away, why does it take 7-10 fricken business days to get it back. This is my first & last time ordering from them. I'll stick to Amazon in future. Avoid at all costs. I should have read the reviews first before ordering & went with my gut.
Dealing with Zoro has been the worst experience ever. I order over two months ago and after multiple times reaching out to customer service I still had not received an answer of when my package would arrive. I requested a refund over two weeks ago and still HAVE NOT received my refund. I will never purchase from here again and recommend you do not so as well.
Zoro has to be some sham website. Ordered one small item three weeks ago and still have only received excuses. Canceled the order and wrote this review. Don't waste your time with them because they don't care. Waiting to see if I get me money back
I wouldn't buy from them again if they were giving away stuff for free! Worst business I have ever dealt with in my life. Ship damaged items, promise refunds that never come - outright fraudulent! Run... just run!
Ordered a Meyda Tiffany floor lamp. A week later, no shipping notification. Called customer service, and was told that the item is out of stock, and they have to cancel the order. Fine - received confirmation that the order was cancelled, and ordered a different torchiere, at a different web site. Suddenly, I'm receiving an email from Zorro, saying that my credit card was charged again - of course, without my permission, and of course, no merchandise is being shipped (which I don't need now anyway). No response to emails, and no refund after 2 phone calls, each time assuring me that refund will be issued immediately.
This company is clueless about how to do business at best, and just plain old thieves at worst. Steer clear - you are not getting what you ordered, no matter how good is the deal you're supposedly getting (should've been a red flag, I guess).
Why do u guys have a phone #, & not answering it & hearing that same recording crap & keeping people waiting like fools for no reason? When all we want to do is place an order with your company. Change your customer service protocol, it's___t!
Placed an order that was suppose to be delivered on Sat 7/18 but later that day at 4:30pm tracking shows order delayed till Monday 7/20. Of course order contained critical AC parts for a customer's central AC so I really needed them with heat wave coming to Northeast. Tried calling them, nobody answers. Over 33 minutes on hold till I gave up. Useless company! I will NEVER buy from again. Mike
I ordered overboots from Zoro.com that arrived in just a few days. Unfortunately, they are too heavy for my needs. I called to see how to return them and spoke with Dorothy, who is the most delightful and helpful customer service rep I have EVER spoken to about a companies product. She spent a great deal of time trying to find similar overboots that would be light. She actually called a few manufacturers to try and find me the boots I needed. I can not believe what a caring wonderful person she is. She immediately credited me a full refund while we were talking. I have never had such a positive experience with any company.

If you are looking for any type of customer service, this is not the company for you. I have tried to contact about my order and I have yet to speak to or get a reply from anyone at Zoro.com.
Anyway, I have learned a good lesson, I will check reviews before ordering from anyone.
Thank goodness my order was only $12.

STAY AWAY! I placed an order last week. As soon as the order was placed, I got an email stating it would be shipped out the next day, ground. Then within 30 minutes they sent me something asking to rate them. I stated the purchasing process was fabulous but I'd wait to make any other comments. I wanted to see how fast I got my items, and the condition. Well, today, 1 week later, they send me an email that the order isn't going to be shipped. The supplier doesn't have anymore. That can't be true since the product is available everywhere. I purchased it from Zoro only because of cost. Now I have an installer coming out next Monday and won't have my product.
Their web site took my order, they charged my card, then cancelled/refunded my order/money because I "apparently" clicked "export" somewhere on their web site. I denied doing it, but conceded that I might have, inadvertently, so I asked why their web site didn't ask me where to "export" my order to (after supposedly clicking export) as my "shipping address" clearly shows a US address. They repeatedly, via several e-mails, blamed the order being cancelled on me clicking "export." Really? I'm the problem, not your stupid web site?
After reading reviews I placed an order and held my breath. I ordered because they had the best price. Mind you, we're talking about a 12 foot long product. I live in the boonies and expected a lengthy delivery. Got a call from the trucking company 3 days later looking to deliver the next day. Product was delivered in perfect condition, high quality and all parts accounted for.
Placed an order with them and instantly my credit card was charged. They assigned a tracking number to my order and sent a confirmation of 3 day shipping. Two weeks later still nothing. Never shipped. After many excuses for having not shipped my order I cancelled. Even though the debit to my credit card was immediate when placing my order, it took 3 more weeks, 3 letters and getting the credit card company involved to finally get a refund. STAY VERY FAR AWAY!
I like the products, prices, and customer support for SHOPPING. But the web site has been broken since early 2020 and they will not fix it. In order to sign in to your account, you need to clear all browser data each time you visit the site or you will get this message "We're experiencing outages with our order-taking software, so account access is limited at this time. If you are unable to sign in, please checkout as a 'guest'. We apologize for the inconvenience." I've asked many times to fix this but it still remains a problem. I don't shop there often simply because it is such a hassle to login.
I placed an order with Zoro.com and have been waiting for a shipping confirmation for about two weeks. I've then called customer support and sent multiple e-mails asking about the status of my order. I was promised to get an update as soon as they hear from the vendor (seems like they sell products that are supposed to be delivered from China). After a month of waiting for the update (nobody has ever called or sent an e-mail to me), I had to cancel the order. No deal with these folks anymore despite the fact they are bombing me with their ads. It seems like the ads is the only thing they do well.
I bought an aluminum screen door guard that I ended not being able to use. I contacted Zoro Customer Service and was told they couldn't process the return because it was carried out by one of their "re-sellers." I would have to deal with the reseller. I haven't contacted them yet but this is heading towards being way to much trouble.
I could have ordered this thru a big box store & the return could have been done immediately without nonsense.
Never again.
Ordered an item about 5 weeks ago. Waited for a month. No communication from Zoro.com. Reached out to them and requested am update on the status of my order. Waited for a week. Not a word. Sent another request. Nothing.
Time to cancel the order and write an honest feedback.
Hours of time wasted on hold. I ordered preschool tables on zoro.com. They did not arrive when promised. Waited a month! I sent three emails inquiring about the status, none of which were answered. I am now on hold for ages, which is the ONLY way to cancel the order!
