Verified site experience

Most shopping experiences have been good. I can not say that about your customer service. One individual did not provide an adequate response to a warranty item. His inaction caused a delay of a few days, before I received the item. I contacted your vendor and had them expedite the item. If I had not contacted Hyline the part would still be on their shelf.

Asked for an order update after 4 weeks of waiting. Was told item is no longer available. When were they going to let me know? No way to run a business. Will not do business with them again. Do not recommend doing business with them.
