Product ordered was damaged on delivery and unusable. Emails ignored. Phone calls not answered, so One star Trust Pilot review left. In reply, Zoro asked me to contact their customer service once again. Did so. No reply. No response.
Buy elsewhere!
I have used them before, but to get the best prices you have to be willing to wait a month or two to get your items. They won't Tell you their backorder unless you ask. When you call they say "If it on the website we have it in stock." They'll even send you a FedEx tracking number, but it says still waiting for the order from shipper for like 3-6 weeks. If you order something really obscure that no one else would ever order you might get it in a week. If your ordering a popular item, just be prepared to wait.
They have a good selection of tools at fair and competitive prices. The website is easy enough to get around. My order showed up nicely packaged and ahead of schedule with standard free shipping. I also received 20% off of my total order. No complaints as of yet. I haven't had to deal with customer service yet, they boast easy returns on there emails.
If price and customer service were not the only redeeming factors of this company I would take business elsewhere. Website is horrible. Search parameters and results are amateur. Site will not keep you logged in. 10 min of inactivity and site logs you out. Some items show as "In Stock" and are actually back ordered or no longer available or extended lead time to ship. They keep trying to fix or amend website. They need to start from scratch and ditch the current version. Since Grainger has purchased company it's only gotten worse. Some items on website are duplicated with different item numbers and pricing. They should take a page from McMaster Carr's playbook. Best constructed industrial website out there with a customer service team that is unmatched
I ordered a quart of paint and 4 days later recieved an email that my order was arriving that day. Sweet! But after checking the tracking number I realized that it was being shipped to an address in Pennsylvania. I live in Michigan! I called and they had no clue how that happened. She immediately placed a replacement order. Problem was there was none in stock. So I just received my refund email where I see they kept the $5.00 shipping fee. Ridiculous! I wish I would have read the reviews before my order
Seriously, is taking me 3 months and I still have the item that weights more than 80 pounds. I purchased from Walmart and the item arrived cracked. Walmart said to contact Zoro. Unfortunately Zoro's customer service is terrible. No one answers and the answering system keeps you in line for hours. I'm not kidding hours. Zoro promise to send you an authorization to take your item to UPS but the doc is not the correct one. So Walmart and Zoro kept bouncing back and fort and don't forget that the item is heavy.
The only recommendation I would make to Zoro is put on the screen where the customer enters their shipping address, that you do not ship to P. O. Box #'s. Service was fast. They said I would get the order in a couple of days and I did. They sent an e-mail about not shipping to a P. O. Box and it was very polite. And they shipped what I ordered so I was very happy. I definitely will order from them again.

We had a problem between what they had on their website and what the suppliers sent us. When I contacted them, they found the error on their part. Since they weren't able to fulfill what was advertised, they worked with us to get some equitable.
They were super polite and very reasonable. Even though it was a bit of a difficult problem, their service was great about finding solutions. High praise.
I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
I was a little reluctant to try ordering from Zoro because of all the negative reviews here, but I decided to take a chance because I was ordering something simple that didn't cost much money. This is one of the very few web sites I could find claiming to have in stock baby wipes in plastic tubs. (It appears that these formerly common products are no longer sold most places, presumably due to the pandemic and supply chain problems.)
Zoro's price was very reasonable, and I received my order just 3 days after placing it. They did a great job.
I recently placed 4 orders (June 2020). The orders included LED replacement light bulbs, felt padding for furniture, floor mats and motion sensors. All items arrived on time and in good condition. The bulbs were even packed with cellulose "packing peanuts" that dissolve in water. Overall good products, prices and deliver. A+
FedEx delivery 2 boxes of furnace filters, one box was damaged. FedEx told me to make a claim, but it was impossible for me spend the time to do it so I figured I would just take the loss. Sent a email to Zoro and they responded with we will send a new box free of charge. In this day and age you can't ask for better customer service. I will be doing business with them again.
Ordered a (in-sink) waste disposal unit for under the sink, Zoro had several options to choose from, after deciding on a unit, the order was placed. A few days later the product arrived with no issues. Now I'm getting ready to shop for an Espresso machine.

After consulting with customer service, I ordered a case of GE Silicone Sealant mid afternoon on Friday, 06/09 and received it mid morning the next day, Saturday, 06/10.20 hours from order to receipt. Can't do much better than that!
Your customer service people were certainly "nice" but gave me the runaround. This product was guaranteed to ship in "3 days" but nobody could ever produce a tracking number. One of your reps even told me(Monday) that it would ship before end of day(the 4th day). That was not true because you evidently never shipped it at all. Another rep actually gave me a bogus "PO#" to use when contacting the manufacturer directly in my efforts to get a shipment confirmation and tracking number. They had no record of such number so that was a lie as well. Evidently a ploy to just get me off the phone. So after wrestling with your illustrious team for several days I finally ordered from "E-trailer". They sent a confirmation#, a tracking # and it's scheduled to arrive tomorrow. I'm done with Zoro.com. Sincerely.
And Zoro does nothing about it. Their return policy stinks. If they arrive perfect, you're good. If they come with holes in the boxes, beat up, and look like they were re-routed through 3rd world countries, you are probably out of the luck. Calling customer service is a treat. No one can do anything besides make you pack everything back up in the crappy box that was falling apart to begin with and ship it all back, and then they still don't give you your refund. Buy from Amazon.
I have ordered multiple things from them and always received excellent quality with lightening fast delivery. I'm having trouble understanding how this company can get a bad review. Try them. You'll love them.
I have to say that it is sadly rare to find a seller who goes above and beyond. I bought something from Zoro a few weeks ago - I was in a rush to get this product, and they were the only ones who had it ready to ship. Well, I made a mistake and mis-measured and got something that would not work. They facilitated the return with ease and with no hassle. Will definitely buy from them again.
Terrible company. I ordered a large raft for a Memorial river trip on 5/19 and it says "Item ships in 3-5 days". A month later I still have not received the item. When you contact them the respond with the same template email saying that it is the vendors fault. "I apologize for the delay and any inconvenience this has caused you. We are finding suppliers can be difficult to reach right now, causing more delays than normal, but we will continue working on your request until we can provide you with an update on your order." I wish that I would have read the reviews before I purchased anything from them.
