Seriously, is taking me 3 months and I still have the item that weights more than 80 pounds. I purchased from Walmart and the item arrived cracked. Walmart said to contact Zoro. Unfortunately Zoro's customer service is terrible. No one answers and the answering system keeps you in line for hours. I'm not kidding hours. Zoro promise to send you an authorization to take your item to UPS but the doc is not the correct one. So Walmart and Zoro kept bouncing back and fort and don't forget that the item is heavy.
