I am happy with the selection of questions, it really helps you get an idea on what the other person is like, and it gives some ice breakers and conversation topics. My first date was a bust, but that was her fault. She withheld alot of information. A month later, 3 days before my subscription was to end, I saw where a woman had viewed my profile. I reached out to her back last March, and the wedding is coming up in April. She is a winner and her family is amazing. I actually moved and changed jobs to be with her :)
You will constantly get messages and winks from fake girls with fake phone numbers on their pictures. Horrible customer support that are obviously computer generated emails. I got glitches on my app quite often. You have to pay to use this site. No free use whatsoever. Save your money! Do not pay for this site.
Bloody awful. I'm no Adonis but pretty good, financially ok, and I work out and have an interesting lifestyle. Automated bot bull$#*! I seriously debate the authenticity of many of the profiles, and people checking you out. I hate zoosk with a passion. Either that or women on there are about as deep as clingfilm...
When a member views another's profile there is a view alert sent to the viewed member. Afterwards, an automated program alerts the viewed member of repeated views (at different times by the same previous member) that never happened. Zoosk is exploiting members profiles by false representation. What does this create other than bogus activity, unwarranted thought and misleading the very people whom the site was intended for the betterment thereof.
The same old members appear every few days under the heading "new Members". They are primarily overweight, unattractive members of the opposite sex. Lately I have not ben able to "click on" to members who are supposed to be interested, because I get a clicking sound, a little yellow star and no change of window.
I am paid until next month, but as soon as my subscription ends, I shall be off this site. I have tried other sites and they have all been superior to ZOOSK.
While acclaimed as one of the better sites, Zoosk shares the same algorithms as the worst of them. Visits, messages and matches are articles are "planted" I cannot tell you how many women I've sent a note never viewed me. I'm sure visits stack up for the women where men are eliminated on first sight. You would be surprised how many truly homely women there are. The majority of women have only one picture and no narrative. I'm leaving and after a thousand views without even being close to asking a woman out.
I can't say that there are just fakes and bots on zoosk, but if you want to date a real woman, be ready to fight for this: it will require a lot of patience, money, time and message-writing skills. I found a more simple way: on
https://j4l.com/*******
Women outnumber the men over there, so they often write you first and you really have great choice, without having to be the richest and the most handsome.
I am certain they send a lot of bot profiles fake profiles your way to keep you keen in the hope you will extend your membership. Reason I say bots is I have found the profile pics on other dating sites and they NEVER reply to messages. I have had zero success meeting anyone and their technology is flawed. The online section is not accurate and it throws up the same profiles over and over again for being online. The updates are not accurate either. You can get an email stating someone viewed you then click on VIEWS and nothing comes up. Most females just view and move on (super picky). I think there are better dating sites and I will not be renewing membership.
The customer service is horrible, they only respond with stock answers without even reading what did you write. When I call, they keep reading overwritten scripts, and it is very annoying. They tell me to click in the ADD bottom, I do not have an ADD bottom. When you receive a notification that someone wants to chat, there is no way to follow up. They keep suggesting women 15 or 18 years younger than I am and the carousel keeps showing the same women. The pictures are not controlled and you cannot see the faces of people when you are asked if you want to meet them. It is a total waste of money and valuable time.
Quick and easy to start using. Versatile in that you can focus on select features (matching, profile authenticity, search customization) to direct and refine potential candidates. Didn't have to purchase more than the minimum subscription or purchase extra features to get results. No apparent sharing of information with the NSA or other governmental organizations. Not sure about sharing/selling of personal information with corporate interests.
This is a criticism of online dating, in general, although my experience was with Zoosk.
I thought I had met the right person on Zoosk. But after a year, it fell apart. There was little motivation on his part to try to work on the relationship. And before I knew it, he was back on Zoosk, looking for another woman. So, my caution is to be aware that there is always this pool of potential others that is readily available. It can be tempting to jump back into the pool rather than invest some time and effort in the current relationship. I am done with online dating. This one hurt.
I know people I sketchy about online dating, but in this busy world it makes sense. Specially when bars and clubbing are not your thing, just use common sense and be careful.
I met a few nice guys, and one amazing guy. :)
Zoosk are constantly sending older men to me. For example, 7 out of 10 singles picked by Zoosk are older than me. The App is very out of dated App. No matter how you set up your search criteria or preference, the App doesn't care at all, is not smart at all. Facebook dating App doesn't make such mistake and follow your preferences at least. Zoosk should be out of the dating market soon by new technology.
Besides the lack of users, I'm not sure which ones are real or not. But after paying the subscription fee you then have to purchase coins to use certain Zoosk services. It makes Zoosk look like a scam and not worth the time and effort. They are more concerned about making money off of its users than making connections. Out of all the dating sites out there stay away from this one.
I regret having to sign up with Zoosk it was interesting for the first one or two days then it became redundant and afterwards it became obnoxious. You're better off meeting people and groups with your friends who know you best in person
I joined zoosk as the rating was better than the other date sites. It was easy to use and much the same as the other sites, just pay for it. The price can be steep, however I think it helps to keep trash off the site. I have talked to a few women on here and each seemed decent along with being professional, unlike the other sites. I started talking to someone within 2 days and been dating a month now. Very thankful I joined please keep in mind that love doesn't happen over night and if you treat others like trash than you probably will attract it as well. Be decent to people no matter if your not attractive to them and good things will always come to those who deserve.
Online scammer and cam girls, very few local woman, but hundreds of desperate dudes, So be prepared to lie, If you want to get noticed, and if your older realize everybody's picture is 10 years old, no matter what they say, and in the end there's a reason why she is alone and online dating! If your a guy be prepared to work at this like a job, There are better ways,
After spending a couple years searching and dating mostly the wrong men for me, I was ready to hang it up. I had a message that I responded too, reluctantly. We sent messages for about a week and got together for our first date! We hit it off and have been together about six months! I never thought that I'd find such a wonderful person to share my life with and hes only 3 miles away! Thank you zoosk!
I have never meet talked to or text anyone on zoosk big waste of time and money, your told someone wants to meet you and then they cant be found. Did the shortest membership once that's done I'm done with zoosk, be better off using smoke signals
It's been quite an adventure definitely have to try the app you might find love with just a click. I found an amazing guy handsome, sweet, full of amazing surprises, interesting, smart, and caring. What else can a girl ask for he is just perfect and amazing
Answer: These view are fake. Zoosk is lousy site! They obviously mislead their customers giving them fake likes and matches. You get instant bot auto-responses. I left to http://J4Love.net The result of my search there is incredibly awesome: I finally spent Christmas with my woman! I had wasted 11 months on Zoosk and then it took me just one month here to meet my perfect woman. Don't let Zoosk con you into their shady and phony "dating" kingdom. Zoosk is worthless, time is precious! The longevity of profiles is tremendous, they are there for years, obviously outdated.
Answer: The real matches are scant and located at distant places. The fake matches are abundant especially when your membership is about to end. It's phony. I met my girlfriend on http://J4Love.net This dating service is a lot better than Zoosk, Match, Tinder, etc. They are more professional with ethical approach to business - something that Zoosk lacks now. Zoosk used to be better couple of years ago, but now they suck.
Answer: ZOOSK, is a total RIPOFF
Answer: NO MA'AM IT IS NOT. In fact I only used the coins when I could get them for free. Under the system that's no longer possible. Nobody takes that sort of thing seriously, and for a woman it's even less relevant.
Answer: In the two months I have been on Zoosk. I have chatted with a number of woman, exchanged phone numbers and talked on the phone and I am just an average looking joe. I have also had times when I received a chat request and the person does not respond. You do have to pay to chat and the other person has to be a paid member. OK if your reading this there is one thing I found, if you search, only pay attention to the ones that say "recently online", the other ones may be fake or no longer active. It's a numbers game I have had many that did not respond to my messages also.
Answer: I believe it is. But how safe is the internet these days. Just don't be quick to give too much information too soon you will know when its right to share. Good luck
Answer: Not at all don't bother buying them just play some games u will get some
Answer: Chances are you're sending a message to someone that was a member long ago and isn't registered any longer. Zoosk is a total scam.
Answer: Unfortunatly not. You have to be a member. I suggest you don't try this site. It won't help you to find wat you're looking for. Cheers. R.
Answer: I can't believe you expect that! The whole idea is anonymity until people are comfortable with exchanging personal info.
