This lady is absolutely incredible. I am looking forward to getting to know her and spending every available moment with her. We went on our first date to a local restaurant and actually shut the place down talking so much and getting acquainted with one another. I can't wait to see what the future has in store for us. Just may have been love at first sight.
This is a fake scam, I registered today and paid £71. When I try message someone it's saying "In order to protect the Zoosk community from spam we have established a limit on number of messages each member can send out. You have reached your limit and cannot flirt anymore at this time. Please come back at a later time" this is a bull$#*!. I am really disappointing, my money goes to waste.
Miles doesn't matter. My love is moving from Wyoming to Texas for me. How awesome is that! I never dreamed of finding such a strong mutual love in my older years. I feel so blessed and am counting the days until he will be here to start our live together. 18 days to go. Thank you Zoosk. It has been an upward road to true love, but I am now at the top of the mountain.
A friend recommended Zoosk. I like how you get things verified, the carousel system, the profile, letting you know who viewed or winked. I have been on a few other websites... this seems like the best one! I found my forever, never thought it would happen... still single at 62, but that could change with this guy!
If only I had read these reviews before I paid my money!
I have been on dating sites, off and on, for nearly ten years and Zoosk is just about the biggest waste of time in the UK. I am pretty certain that they computer generate messages of endearment from the opposite sex as well as telling you that fictitious people want to chat or meet up with you. I may be wrong about this but when I reply to these 'interested' parties, I get no response! I am a fairly hardened individual but this scam can be very cruel for some lonely hearts. I would say that there are very few genuine people on zoosk in the UK.
Tread with caution, be cynical and you will not be disappointed!
Claims to be free but isn't as if someone contacts you, you have to buy a membership to reply. I paid for one month and the only actual contact I had with anyone was with 4 Russian scammers(checked ip addresses, stories and pictures looked real- tricky!). Zoosk is crawling with them, very annoying, not worth the $$$
I like someone really close in distance. But many matches are so far away. At least most people are willing to have a decent conversation. Mostly fun, real people here. I got lucky and found someone not too far, who is definitely worth the effort
This site is full of scammers. Keep your eye (men like myself) on any profile with only 1 profile pic. They will use words like "hello handsome". They will ask questions to things already answered in your profile and they will request pics of you despite you already having pics on the site. Save your money. It's already hard being alone but being alone AND giving this site money is even worse. Good luck with your search fellows!
Its always funny to see so many 1 star ratings then suddenly there is a high rating. Usually a 4 or 5 star "I love it" review! Usually by a fake account...
I tried Zoosk once. I left it wondering how many bots are there?
Current stats at the time of this posting.
525 reviews with 388 one star rating!
It's frustrating to waste money with no results. Zoosk is terribly slow and archaic with lots of dead profiles. They match you with people regardless of your search criteria. The carousel leads to nothing. Lousy and rotten site! They obviously mislead their customers giving them fake likes and matches. You get instant bot auto-responses. The longevity of profiles is tremendous, they are there for years, obviously outdated. Anyway, Zoosk was completely worthless in my experience. Search elsewhere, try other options, don't be fooled by Zoosk and don't let them con you into their shady and phony "dating" kingdom. Zoosk is worthless, time is precious!
The scammers post a photo with a telephone number and the words "text me" added with text in the image. The service does little or nothing to police them. Also, mark the date your 30 days comes up or you'll get billed again.
One would think a paid subscription would grant you full access to everything available on the site. But Zoosk manages to create numerous ways to dupe you out of even more money.
I agree with the poster regarding fake views. I became suspicious when several apparently sane women would view my profile about ten times a day, including some that I messaged but with no reply. It certainly appears that if somebody has viewed your profile once, then every time they log in subsequently, you receive a viewed message. I think also in search mode, without clicking on the profile you generate a view.If I was a woman, and it appeared that the same person was viewing my profile 10 times a day, I certainly would not reply to any subsequent messages. What a truly horrible website/avoid!
I tell you I never thought a relationship could be this great! And sometimes just looking in your close area you may be missing out on a perfect match! I fell in love with the greatest MAN I have ever known! I would 100% recommend anyone that is wanting a relationship that is compatible to come here! The best choice I have ever made! And we are now almost 3 years into our relationship! Thank you ZOOSK for saving us from another failed marriage! And he is an amazing father to my kids :)
We started talking and hit it off right off the bat. I love how we do have some things in common like having Christ in our lives and wanting to go to church and wanting to succeed in life where our careers are concerned. He is very sweet, kind, a gentleman, respectful, faithful, etc. Thank you Zoosk for helping me find him. :)
You can use Zoosk as a safe way to get to know people by chatting and sharing photos through the website. Easy to use before you decide to take it a step further outside of Zoosk. I also like the privacy factor - you get to accept or decline chats with others rather than being blasted with chats and messages you don't really want. I connected with a few people and in the end met someone that appears to be a real "match" pretty quickly. All of what i would consider "connections" were matches "Zoosk" found for me. The ones that didn't go further were mostly due to distance between where we live. So it seems whatever the people at Zoosk are doing to match couples up really works!
My matches were ridiculously inappropriate with no regard to my search criteria. I contacted some of them but there was no reply. Zoosk is not a secure site. The level of real activity is 0.
By the way, Zoosk likes to add bogus charges: think twice before you get the paid subscription there, and if you do get it, make sure they don't put you on automatic renewal and don't charge you for a full year right away. Read the fine print!
They ask my preferences but then completely ignore them and my "smart picks" and "carousel" are always men 10-15 years older than have any interest in. My default preferences should be the ones I choose not them! If a person is no longer paying them remove their profile and once you choose delete why do they continue to show up in your picks? What a waste!
Very hard to get anywhere with this site. They are thieves. If you must even try it, use a temporary credit card to subscribe! Otherwise you will not be able to cancel your subscription! I have sent them about 5 emails, and still have no response, so I've had to cancel my card and get another one. Not to mention the whole coin thing is ridiculous!
Their business practices are scam-like and exploitative. On top of charging you a membership at 20$ a month for access to half of a dating site, they constantly press you into spending more money on basic features. I can't even tell if the people I'm looking at are capable of replying or not. It's frustrating and I have never felt so ripped off.
If this review doesn't make it online, then I know Zoosk is moderating this site. My previous review didn't make it as I'm trying to keep up with their BS, but I'm only one person, they are many. After my first review, two positive reviews were posted afterward, imagine that! This is an egregious, money making site and will draw you in with inappropriate messages and pictures. When you call the person out, they tell you what a terrible person you are... laughable. Please be careful people.
Answer: These view are fake. Zoosk is lousy site! They obviously mislead their customers giving them fake likes and matches. You get instant bot auto-responses. I left to http://J4Love.net The result of my search there is incredibly awesome: I finally spent Christmas with my woman! I had wasted 11 months on Zoosk and then it took me just one month here to meet my perfect woman. Don't let Zoosk con you into their shady and phony "dating" kingdom. Zoosk is worthless, time is precious! The longevity of profiles is tremendous, they are there for years, obviously outdated.
Answer: The real matches are scant and located at distant places. The fake matches are abundant especially when your membership is about to end. It's phony. I met my girlfriend on http://J4Love.net This dating service is a lot better than Zoosk, Match, Tinder, etc. They are more professional with ethical approach to business - something that Zoosk lacks now. Zoosk used to be better couple of years ago, but now they suck.
Answer: ZOOSK, is a total RIPOFF
Answer: NO MA'AM IT IS NOT. In fact I only used the coins when I could get them for free. Under the system that's no longer possible. Nobody takes that sort of thing seriously, and for a woman it's even less relevant.
Answer: In the two months I have been on Zoosk. I have chatted with a number of woman, exchanged phone numbers and talked on the phone and I am just an average looking joe. I have also had times when I received a chat request and the person does not respond. You do have to pay to chat and the other person has to be a paid member. OK if your reading this there is one thing I found, if you search, only pay attention to the ones that say "recently online", the other ones may be fake or no longer active. It's a numbers game I have had many that did not respond to my messages also.
Answer: I believe it is. But how safe is the internet these days. Just don't be quick to give too much information too soon you will know when its right to share. Good luck
Answer: Not at all don't bother buying them just play some games u will get some
Answer: Chances are you're sending a message to someone that was a member long ago and isn't registered any longer. Zoosk is a total scam.
Answer: Unfortunatly not. You have to be a member. I suggest you don't try this site. It won't help you to find wat you're looking for. Cheers. R.
Answer: I can't believe you expect that! The whole idea is anonymity until people are comfortable with exchanging personal info.
