I LOVE ZocDoc and use it when I can. I've even told MD's who are not on it, that they need to join. It's a great resource to find good doctors. Only one of it's kind, as the others have proved to be not accurate.

Great experience! I was able to book an appointment and complete all necessary paperwork before going to my appointment! So much easier and faster than being on hold forever, and being able to choose the day and time most convenient for me.
I had a pretty uniformly negative with ZocDoc. The website and booking system is excellent and smooth, and the fact you don't have talk on the phone is spectacular. However in all of the cases I have seen a physician from acquired form ZocDoc they have been sketchy at best. They have been disinterested in me, and their offices have been falling apart (like they were literally under construction).
The great irony of ZocDoc, is that it is a beautiful modern platform, but doctoring is a field where if you need to stoop to a service like this one, then you might not be the best.
Accurate correlation to in network providers. Good reminders of appointments, nice reminders for other medical check ups too.
It was easy to navigate and I appreciated being able to fill out the paperwork ahead of time, but when I got to my physician's office they told me that they couldn't access it and I would have to do it again. Good thing I brought a paper back up with me.
Always fast, easy and efficient. I've used ZocDoc three times so far and have never had any problems.

The dentist I made the appointment with always calls me to try to change my appointment. His bedside manner is less than likeable, too.
The appointment was rescheduled for a later time so my wife could be there. The doctor was GREAT and will be my treating ENT physician in the future.
Its great! We recently moved here and needed new doctors. So far we've found two of them through Zoc Doc and it would have been much more difficult with out them.
Zocdoc is SUPER easy to use. I enter the city or zip code in which I'm near to find a doctor nearby. I also enter the insurance I have so that I am sure to make an apt. With a doctor who accepts it. It's very clear the open dates & time to choose from. What makes it even better is reading other people's reviews to get a sense at how this doctor and his/her staff may be. I have use zogdoc for all of my healthcare needs and it's been wonderful and easy. No more making phone calls or having to step into an office to inquire information & make an appointment.

Most of the time it's excellent and helps me a see a doctor the same day. Takes all of the hassle out of finding a doctor that accepts your insurance and helps you find close, qualified doctor.
Just make sure to call and confirm your appointment before you go, because sometimes the doctors offices don't record your appointment so you show up and they don't have any record of you.
It would be nice to be able to search out a doctor by name- finding a referred doctor is miserable.
I love ZocDoc. Some of my doctors stopped taking insurance altogether and one retired. I am extremely discriminating when it comes to doctors. When I find one I love, I am loyal forever. ZocDoc took all the hassle out of finding one as I found that the reviews were reliable and I could immediately filter out all the doctors that didn't take my insurance. I also like the way they aren't overly intrusive with the number of emails they send, and the annual reminder of visiting certain doctors is welcome also.
Site is very easy to use, and the customer service over the phone is great. I spoke to someone when I had a question and they were very friendly and patient.
