ZOC DOC INFO IS WRONG DOUBLE CHECK DR OFFICE YOURSELF

Made an appointment with Zoc Doc for a specific Doctor
When I got to the Doctors office, there was a different Doctor there.
The Doctor was not someone I would have chosen to use, furthermore he spent a month
Lying to me about submitting a request for an mri that he did not in fact submit
These Doctors share office space and a Zoc Doc account they do not share a practice.
When I complained to Zoc Doc they they thanked me and said they would look into it.
2 weeks later the information is still wrong on the Zoc Doc account.
I called them and they gave me the run around, said they have a process and there is no telling how long it will take for them to correct the information.
It was quite clear to me, that they had no intention of fixing the information on the website
They do not care if the information is correct, they only care how many appointments are booked so that they can charge the Doctors.
Buyer beware, always check the Doctors hours with the DR. website.
Call the Doctors office yourself confirm the appointment and your insurance
DO NOT TRUST ZOC DOC. DO NOT TRUST THEIR DR. REVIEWS.
They can be used as a guide so you can see when Doctors have open appointments
If everyone did that, we stopped booking through them, Then they will be forced to make sure the information on their site is accurate.
AS LONG AS THEY CAN COLLECT MONEY FROM THE DOCTORS
THEY DO NOT CARE, IF YOU END UP WITH A DIFFERENT DOCTOR, CANCELLED
APPOINTMENT, OR PAYING FOR AN APPOINTMENT BECAUSE THEIR INSURANCE
IS INCORRECT.
THEY WILL NOT CORRECT THE INFORMATION, BECAUSE THE MORE INSURANCE
COVERAGE THEY HAVE FOR A DOCTOR AND THE MORE APPOINTMENT HOURS
THEY HAVE, THE MORE PEOPLE WILL BOOK THE MORE MONEY THEY WILL MAKE.
THIS USED TO BE AN HONEST BUSINESS, NOW THEY ARE NOT INTERESTED IN
HELPING ANYONE, NOT THE DOCTORS NOT THE PATIENTS
THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT 1 THING COLLECTING MONEY FROM THE DOCTORS AT THE END OF THE MONTH

During my visit I felt that the doctor wasn't very gentle, she seemed irritated as if I was supposed to know certain medical questions. I asked the nurse that I would like to discuss basic pill birth control and regular std checking with my annual paps mere. I was disregarded and the doctor moved onto other patients. One of the nurses said she would give me a call if something was found with results if not a letter would be sent through mail. When I reminded her about birth control she said doctor was busy and they would call me regarding birth control as well. I called twice before a nurse in charge of disturbing called me back days later while at work. The next day ( Saturday) I called back and Dr. Julie Wu answered but could tell not me what the phone call was regarding. I called back Monday to find out it was for the birth control I was suppose to receive a week and a half prior. A month later I'm still waiting on a letter or call for my pap results, I called today Layla answered the phone I explained I had a complaint with the office she rudely laughed at me. I asked her was she laughing she directly said YES. When I asked to speak to some one else she kept interrupting me saying "your results are here, what do you want me to do with your results" When I asked for her position there she replied "oh come and laughed again". I finally told her I need your name and position she finally replied she is an MA. I am absolutely shocked that this happened never wrote a review before, this is the first but she left me feeling less than a person. I feel they have been unorganized and uncompassionate to me as a patient. It took my friend to call the office five time before they answered and Joann kindly transferred me to the office manager, one Lila said they did not have. Alma (the office manager read my pap results to me and will call me back today at five to get an update). I appreciate them trying to fix the issue of their rude staff who has no business working with patients but the fact that this nurse answers the phone and laughs is completely unacceptable for that I am writing a review. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND SHE SHOULD BE WITHOUT A JOB WITH THAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!
