I've found some great doctors, have easily scheduled several appointments and even received exceptional customer service when I did experience an issue.
I met Dr. Hammon while visiting our son in CA. My husband and I were leaving to return to FL driving cross country, when my back injury occurred. Dr Hammon fit me into his schedule three times before we left, along with natural solutions compared to my conventional medication and provided a portable Tens (?)machine to make my travel more comfortable and possible. We were on a time schedule and made it back to FL. Within 4 days. I would have never thought it possible the first few days of my injury. Thank You for your knowledge, and compassion. Barb carme
Your service is great, but you just don't have enough doctors that I'm looking for. Just can't find a Gastroentologist in the Cranberry Township area... or other doctors trying to locate...
This is a really easy way to schedule an appointment. I love the reminders when the appointment is coming up!
My tooth broke and I needed a dentist right away. I hadn't seen a dentist in years and the one I had seen moved from the area. I arranged an appointment on ZocDoc for the next day with a nearby, highly-rated dentist. She was terrific. Professional, highly-competent and pleasant. I not only got an appointment, but the first half of the procedure was completed that day. ZocDoc was very easy to use. I can see it coming in handy when I need a physician near my office or I can't get in to see my internist as soon as needed.
Extremely helpful and very accurate and easy! So convenient rather then waiting on hold or calling a busy Dr. Office! I love this app

It's very convienent being able to do everything online. Having to make phone calls and sit on hold all the time is extrmely inconvienent and stressful.
I am so pleased to have this way of obtaining Dr. Appointments. Once you locate a Dr. And find they take your insurance the rest is a breeze. I am very impressed how quickly you can get in to see a Dr as well.
I've obkt experienced one appointment booking glitch which was no fault of Zoc Doc.

I've used ZocDoc 3 times, and 2 of the 3 times the experience was not great. I have dealt with doctors not having accurate availability listed, and not seeing the doctor that I had the appointment for. My experience has been more misses than hits.
My experience with ZocDoc was great. I searched for a long time for a particular specialist. My first time trying this site I found a great facility which set me up with a great doctor who I have been seeing for the past few months.
I think will change how medicine is done. Given my experience on this application, I would be in favor.
Unfortunately, doctors office and ZocDoc site are not connected. I made an appointment on-line for a day doctor was on vacation. No one notified me about it. I would never use this site again, and, as a result, I would never make an appointment with this doctor again. The office on 260 Ave. X on Saturday was overcrowded with people, there was no extra sit available, it was noisy, chaotic and very depressing to see what medical system turned into. I came from your future, America! I escaped social medicine 25 years ago, and today I experienced the results of government medicine in America. Very sad; so stay healthy and avoid medical offices.

I like using the site a lot to make appointments, though it is healthcare, I believe they should have restricted guidelines when letting who can use the site. I have used horrible doctors on the site with low ratings. Therefore I had to spend more money and time to fix issues created by poorly rated professionals. Also had some doctors to be scam artists/insurance fraud, had yo take legal action
