It's basically everything I ever wanted in terms of being able to find health care providers near me, read their reviews, and book them online. Zocdoc has also been very responsive about providers who reschedule appointments and they seem to take feedback seriously.
Great place to find and book appointments at your convenience. Only drawback is at times insurance accepted isn't always accurate, but that can be cleared up with a phone call to the physician's office. Great customer service from ZocDoc as well.
Instead of calling around for hours trying to find a doctor who takes my insurance, is near me, and has open appointments, ZocDoc does it for me in moments. And helps get my medical forms pre-filled! I can't imagine doing this the "old" way now.

I used ZocDoc to find doctors in Manhattan and Brooklyn after I moved. I needed new doctors for everything and ones that were in convenient locations to my work or home. It made finding a new set of doctors really easy, and the convenience of doing paperwork before hand meant that I was saving time at the office.
By other people's reviews of doctors I was also able to be sure to pick doctor's where I would have less severe wait times (although I do think some people get angry about very little things so take reviews with a grain of salt). It's been a great and simple experience and their customer service team is quick-acting if anything gets jumbled.
I enjoyed using ZocDoc ever since i first heard of it last year i stumbled across it my accidents while helping a member at my job to find a simple way to schedule an appointment ever since then this world has been a better place! Lol i even wanted to work for them at one point i refer hundreds of members form my job ever mo it save them time from having to wait on hold and ask claims which doctors to go and if the practice accepts their insurance, everyone is happy even Dr's cause they find so many new return patients as well that's how i found my primary 1

It was very convenient and they called to speak to the receptionist when I complained about filling out so many papers when I got there. Would use again. Much better than being put on their usual hold!
Made contact requesting a Dentist in my area that accepted Delta Dental insurance and they recommend a fantastic Doctor who takes the time to do things right and really seems to know what he's doing. I just love how ZocDoc makes it so easy to find a doctor in the area (who takes my insurance) any day, any time. I also find it useful that they list all of my doctors and their contact info in one easy spot when I'm filling out paperwork at other offices. They are huge on user experience, as well.

I have had ZocDoc recommend 4 doctors and have found all of them to be good to excellent. The scheduling is easy and often you can get an appointment within the week. They only recommend Drs that accept my insurance so insurance hassles are at a minimum. I find this service very beneficial and time saving for me.
Excellent tool, easy to manipulate, instant confirmation, no more worries to take an appointment especially when employees put you on hold then forget you or come back to you after a while to hang off on you. Zocdoc also offers a wide choice of doctors all specialties and the most amazing thing is the straight follow up of the team behind it. I experienced a small problem of having double booking and Ive being called right away to fix everything with sincere apology followed by a gift. One of my favorite sites, b/c booking a doc is as easy as ordering food online. I'd give it 5 stars if they had more doctors in Miami. I also love to see pictures about the doc offices, so I know where I am heading to.
I had cataract removed in my left eye on August 5th 2015 by Dr. Kang.
Dr Kang is the best surgeon! I had such anxiety before surgery not knowing which lens should be used, mono or multi.Dr. Kang spent more time than needed explaining everything to me and I decided to go with multi lens. I was still very anxious, worrying about halos associated with multi lens. Well, 2 days after surgery I could see long distance, read, no halos and felt excellent. In a week a will have operation on my right eye and I can't wait knowing that I am in the hands of the best surgeon, Dr. Kang.
Finding wellness services can be extremely stressful, especially when you want to go to a physician or a dentist with great reviews. ZocDoc eliminates the worry with their services and is able to deliver successfully every time I use it. It's easy to look at a review, as well as make an appointment. Also provides very clear details on what insurance can be accepted. Love it!
98% of the time I book an appointment, go to the doctor, and everything is smooth and fine and awesome... But a few times, a doctor hasn't been located in the location listed for months, they say they dont take my insurance even though ZocDoc has it listed that they do, and those are really the only complaints I have.
Generally, very good. But I think going through every 3 months and checking up on info to see if its accurate would be good.
I've now made 3 appointments using ZocDoc. I'm pleased with the experience overall- much easier scheduling and access that I'm used to. One improvement I would like to see is a better integration of patient information into provider forms. If I enter all my personal information into the ZocDoc App, would be great to not have to fill out so much paperwork at the office. I haven't seen providers taking advantage of this as of yet.
