Most applicants were from out of town and country (mostly from the middle East) even after settings requirements they be within driving distance to the job and not accepting applications from outside 100km. Spoke to them about fixing this numerous times with no change.
Closed both job postings, but were continued to get billed until we contacted them to cancel all of our services, with no indication to this.
Tldr: little applications, mostly not from North America, overpriced and were still charged after we closed our job postings.
I was stuck trying to figure out why my ad update was not working for me. I called and spoke with Leticia Barton who fixed my ad and even updated it so that it would show current since I reactivated an old ad and didn't realize it would not show the current date. Really great customer service! Great job Leticia!
I reached out to ZipRecruiter to update a new recruiter as primary and figured it would take a couple days. As soon as I called, the representative Tina Escarzaga promptly assisted with no delay. Our business truly appreciates the prompt response to our request as so there was no disruption to our business needs.
Morgan help assist me throughout the call with my failed login attempts, non recipe of password reset email to accout update. She stayed on the call to make sure I'd gained access and aked if I need any other further assistance. She also infomed me that I can use/send apply links via my social media sites!
Leticia did a great job helping me with ideas to maximize our search for the right candidate. With her, I felt like she had my back and really wanted to help our organization succeed. She provided me with some insights I would never have considered. GREAT JOB!
I ran into an issue on the website while attempting to change the main user email address on the account. I reached Robi on the online chat feature and he was able to fix it within minutes. Incredibly helpful!
I wanted to find the affiliate link to refer a colleague to zip recruiter and couldn't find it on the website. So I used live chat for help and Rebecca pointed me to it in an instant. Great customer service. I wish I had more people to hire right now so I could use the service again.
Tatianna answered my question quickly and showed me some additional options. I am glad for the assistance. I am pleased at the traffic we have had on our posting and the number of applicants. I like that I can review resumes and message applicants.
I struggled to post a job because I hadn't set up my account correctly. I accessed the on-line chat, spoke to Katie who was very responsive and professional and even sent me a link to help me get the most out of my job post. I felt very well looked after and have a call set up with the team to fix the account later today. Thanks Katie!

Tanya O'Toole was my representative. I had a few basic questions on navigating through applicants. Tanya was extremely helpful and a pure delight to speak with on the phone. Tanya gave some direction and explanation to my question. Couldn't be happier with the level of customer service I received from her. I may just send her an invitation to apply for my customer service position. Tanya is definitely top notch.
My customer service agent, Tatianna, was quick, effective and friendly. I called as I was having trouble accessing my account. Turns out, I had two accounts and was trying to log in to the wrong one. After five minutes, I had it sorted and was able to continue with my day! Thanks!
I recently posted a position on the Ziprecruiter site and was experiencing issues getting signed back in. I has previously utilized the site as a job seeker and was concerned that the issue may be due to having both an employer and job seeker site. I chatted with Robi who was quick to respond and eager to assist me resolve my issue.
Robi quickly identified the issue as a "user" error. LOL Robi was able to correct my error and I was back on the site and reviewing the candidate resumes in a matter of a few minutes. Would definitely recommend ziprecruiter to employers and job seekers.
Somehow my add to hire for my business was taken down without my permission only a week after my purchase from Zip Recruiter. She empathized with me and she help me put my adds back in the system. She then told me that she would create a case for me to let me know what happen. Awesome Job! I was very upset and she made me feel that she felt my pain knowing I was opening my new business soon.
Brittany G assisted me with posting a job that I prematurely closed and she advised me that instead of reposting, I should duplicate the job and then post it so that it is a new posting instead of dated back when the job was posted the very first time. She explained that this would put the ad as up front as possible. That's customer service! Thanks!
I applied to a job that was pretty much written for my education and experience. Ziprecruiter sent me emails saying I was the 9th to apply and that my resume was reviewed 3 times but I was never contacted by the employer. I took it upon myself to contact the employer who said they never received my resume. They asked me to come in and hired me on the spot as I was exactly what they were looking.

Just posted a job today. I was not getting the candidates I desired. I called Ziprecruiter for help and spoke to Maika. Maika was very helpful and professional. My job posting now looks like I know what I'm doing and all credit goes to Maika!
WOW! DeJuan Bennett is amazing. He took the time to walk me through their system and show me several new things to help me locate better candidates. I really appreciate all of his time he took to help me. He should get a BIG raise.
