When I posted my professional job listing on ZipRecruiter, there were some features that I was unsure how to use. Robi was not only very helpful, but he responded quickly and thoroughly to all the questions that I had.

My thinking was it would not be corrected... but robi professionally and quickly acknowledge my issue provide credit and a 4 day trail as requested
It made me feel that I am working with a firm that is looking to be a partner and not just a vendor

Tried Ziprecruiter for a hyper specific position, didn't get any good applicants over a month and a bit, however. Customer service from DeJuan was great, and he's made me decide to try it again in the future. These guys aren't just in it to make a quick buck, they're in it for the long game by developing real client relationships. Great service, very impressed.
No long wait to be connected to someone to get the assistance I needed. Clicked the chat box, answered a few questions and then Randy started the chat right away. He answered my questions and followed up to be sure I got what I needed.
Brittany was outstanding today, assisting me with re-posting a position and clearing cookies which was a very big help. She was very upbeat, responsive and patient in offering solutions in a timely manner.
I reached out to the CHAT function on the Zip-Recruiter site seeking to resolve a problem with my new account. Although Tatianna is not authorized to make the necessary changes to my account, she understood my problem immediately and sent me a link that let me quickly resolve the issue.

I called and talked to a rep with a few "how to" questions. I spoke with Tara Brooks. I was so pleased and happy that I called. Tara educated me on how Ziprecruiter works and how to use the site to efficiently use this awesome business tool. I am forever grateful for her patience and willingness to teach me and guide me.

Morgan was very helpful and knew exactly what I needed to do. She directed me to the area where I needed to be to delete the saved password do i was not asked to renew the password every time I logged on.
I was having issues resetting my password yesterday and the rep assigned to my account was no help and could not figure out the problem nor offer a solution. Just kept stating the problem was on my end. All he was interested in doing was trying to sell me more job slots. I called again today and got Tonya O'toole. She quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Was friendly, smart and fast. THANK YOU TONYA
Morgan B. Was very helpful with my password. My password was not working and I was not receiving emails from ZipRecruiter to be able to change my password. Morgan was very calm and knowledgeable in assisting me with that process.
This was the first time I had to make a call to Ziprecruiter asking for help and Tanya rocked the call! She was very pleasant and upbeat! The call was very quick and I received the help I needed! I would recommend Ziprecruiter to all!
Even though I hired someone locally before I found someone off there site I was very pleased with the candidates I was receiving and the service they provided. The prices were up front and fair. I was especially impressed with my helpful phone conversation with Alice Marie Jimmie, she went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed.
I used the chat feature to inquire about pausing and un-pausing an account. Didn't even have to wait one minute for a representative to assist me. I had the pleasure of chatting with a very polite and knowledgeable rep Tatianna. Tatianna provided me with ALL the info that I needed, with regards to my questions.

Leticia was incredibly helpful with our problems and assured that we were getting the full value of our ad! We were confused and frustrated that we were not getting many qualified applicants and she helped us make some simple changes and taught us how to more effectively utilize the web site. We were ready to cancel our account but I'm so glad we called first!
Tee Bryant was absolutely terrific. I needed to cancel my subscription so I wouldn't pay for services I didn't need and she had me taken care of within 5 minutes! Everything was so easy and she was very friendly. I'll be using ZipRecruiter again someday and I'll be glad to do so because of people like Tee.
I've spoken to a few representatives about this issue. When you do a search and hoover/ click on a candidates name, the full resume does not show up completely. Some have company names missing, wording and format is off, etc. I am wasting "Views" by clicking the full contact info, just to see the actual full resume. Sarah (WHO IS AWESOME) explained that when you do the search it only shows the ZR resume, which we all know is not filled out completely. When you click the full contact you are shown the resume the candidate made/ uploaded. HUGE difference than what you are originally shown and what it actually is.
Sarah is awesome and did give us a free credit for the Boost when I was asking for view credits back. Reason I am asking for free credits is because I am having to waste them to view the actual, real, full resume.
No company is in the business for paying for a service that does not work properly. Hopefully, this gets fixed like yesterday.
