As a recuiter, I have to say this site is terrible compared to others I have used. The searches do not result is qualified candidates and the customer service is the worst. They do not help at all; just make excuses.
I had an issue with my password, so I did a live chat. Shawana was the person that assisted me. She was able to get my password reset. She was very pleasant through the entire chat and advised me when she sent an e-mail with the password reset. I appreciate her assistance!

I had an issue logging in and needed to reset my password. My computer didn't like what I was doing. I called ZR and Tanya O'Toole was on point helping me clear my history and cache to reset my password. She knew exactly how to walk me through it! Thank you, Tanya! You are a master of customer service! This recruiter is very thankful!
I returned to the ZipRecruit platform looking for new work after about a 2 year hiatus. I logged in and updated my profile and attempted to apply for a job.
I received an error, however, that my current email needed to be updated to proceed. Not sure why, I changed it to a backup with the intention of reverting it back to the original email (I didn't want potential employer messages sent to my backup). Although when I tried to switch it back, the platform sent me an error message that my professional email was invalid, even though I had just signed in with it.
I reached out to their support department and they were dismissive of my claims, telling me that I needed to reset my browser's cache and cookies and that's all that could be done. I wasn't very happy with being brushed off and made another request, this time having my ticket reviewed by the internal team. After a few days, I was told that my problem could not be resolved and that I would have to live with using my backup email, despite their platform forcing me to change it. So now my resumé and my cover letters direct communication to my professional email, but ZipRecruiter points to a janky backup email.
I'm not inclined to use the Zip Recruit platform now because it will supply my backup email for communications which is not where I field new work opportunities.

I was calling in because i couldn't reach my account rep and got something better. Dejuan in the customer servise department is just a joy to speak with. I couldn't understand how the resume database worked but i do now, As well as other features. Give this guy a raise!
Mayra represents the company with the highest standards. She was very helpful with clarifying all of my questions and concerns. She knows your product well and was very informative. She was able to walk me through re-activation process and was very patient in helping me through the process. She has great customer service skills.
Arvin was very helpful getting me set up and I was struggling with the job posting and resume database and Erika on live chat was very patient with me and helped me make the changes i needed to do. Thank you both.
Recently I had problems trying to log-in to my account (i had already tried resetting my password). I clicked the "Live Chat!" feature and was connected to Shawana. Shawana was quick, friendly, and helped me solve my problem. I definitely recommend ZipRecruiter!

Sign you up for $349,00 a month for potential 28 invite for a position, received 2 in 2 weeks in 30 days only had 4 not qualified, get support after 2 weeks only to have agent say if you really want exposure it will cost you $3600, 00, refused never had a candidate to pick from the rest of the time, sent Jordan and email to cancel, never heard, had to call and found out I was set to renew for another month, Beware, on Transmission

Rebecca was amazing! She was fast. She was friendly. She was efficient. She went above and beyond to make sure there wasn't anything at all she could help with. After I assured her she had done all I could think of she even made suggestions of things she could assist with.
So great full for having Shawana helping me and also for finding a job so fast with Ziprecruter after moving from another state and after searching with other companies that didn't deliver anyone to call me back.
We found a great candidate through Zip Recruiter and I thought I had cancelled the monthly auto renew. When the charge for February came through I called immediately and spoke with Tanya O'Toole who nicely refunded my credit card and also informed me how I could stay active and still view the resume database for only $30/mo. She made it a much easier and pleasant process than I expected!
First of all, don't you hate it when you call for support, and the phone system tells you to chat via the website above all else? After repeated attempts to contact ziprecruiter about my resume issue, I was finally able to get help rfom Robi Cousins from the Zip recruiter chat. Not only did he help get my resume posted (PDF instead of word), but he also contacted the prospective employer so they had an updated version of my resume... A-AWESO-OME! Ecstatic from the customer service from this gentleman. I almost lost faith in'ZIP'. The mobile app could use some help. I hope someone contactsme with questions as to how. I'd be more than happy to share! Thank you again Robi for your assistance...

My position expired and I wasn't able to access candidates that had posted on the last day. I utilized 'chat' feature and was connected with Shawna. Shawna reviewed my account and was able to export the list of candidates to me so I could review them. Thanks so much for providing excellent service!
Tara assisted we with some questions and issues I was having with my account. The account manager was not horrible but was not timely in their response and selling me on services I didnt need and we were over paying. Tara helped me out ALOT, she was more transparent and I could tell not just trying to cushion her pocket or Ziprecruiters! I appreciated this greatly, she saved our company money while still meeting our needs for recruitment. She gets 5 stars from me but Ziprecruiter only 4 from being bounced around from acct reps. Our candidate pool was decent in the end.
