Thomas Ogg in your Tempe, AZ customer service center helped me yesterday with my employer site. He did an outstanding job of walking me through the problems I was having with the site and showed me how I could do additional things within the site.
He made my experience working through a new recruiting system very enjoyable as well as educational. I am certainly glad we chose ziprecruiter to help us expand our operations.

I spoke with a lady named Rebecca and she was very helpful. As being a first time user to Zip Recruiter I wasn't as knowledgeable as I felt I should have been or getting the results I wanted. When I spoke with Rebecca she expressed that I needed to add some key words to pull in more candidates and explained how I could that and sent me a couple of video links that I could view to become more sufficient. She was very pleasant to work with.
I was having technical details with the website and an account manager that was pushy, sales-y, and rude. Tee at customer service helped me more in 10min than my account manager had in months. She helped me fix the tech issues I was having, better understand the site, and helped me get a new account manager. She was SOOOO helpful and really saved my account. I was about to terminate my account with ZipRecruiter. Thanks, Tee!
Right to the point. No wasted time on the ""how are you today" or how's the weather in Kansas City today". Melody knew her stuff. She already had the link to the faqs before I could ask my second question. I obviously was not as fast a typer than Melody because before I could get my next question typed out she had already sent a message asking if there was anything else she could help me with. Hmm now that I'm reading this it seems if melody just didn't want to talk to me. Shurley not. I mean if she was working from home she might be distracted with who knows what but I bet they work in offices where the only thing on melody mind would be how to provide me with information that would help me make a decision to sign up. Hmmmmmm
I contacted Ziprecruiter through chat. Tatianna is the person I chatted with and she was very helpful. I wasn't sure if the 3 questions I selected for potential candidates had been listed with the job. She explained where I could find them and she also verified that they were listed with the job. Ziprecruiter is very easy to use! Quick and easy to set up.
Ericka was a great help getting my account unlocked and running. She knew exactley what to do to help me. She walked me through the process and resent me the email to reset my password again. It worked the first time.
Spoke with Sarah D this afternoon to ask if it was ok to post similar ads for different locations without it being flagged as spam. Not only did she answer my question, but she provided me with a quick tip on how to copy information from one ad to the next quickly using the Duplicate function! She truly provided EXCELLENT Customer Service! You're the BEST, Sarah!

Randy assisted me in a chat today. I had inadvertedly closed my ziprecruiter account.
I send him a chat request to help me reopen my account, *******@gmail.com.
He patiently stayed with me until I was able to log back into my account.
Now I can continue my job search!

I had difficulty adding my linked in profile URL to my ZipRecruiter profile. Robi was quick to respond and advise how to do this (include http :// before the www). My only question - why should I have to type http :// before the URL? That should be optional or assumed?

Tee went outside the box to efficiently and quickly help solve my time sensitive issue. She was wonderfully pleasant and calm with great directive. Zip nailed it when they brought her aboard!
