I ordered personal birthday invitations from Zazzle, expecting them to arrive well before the event as promised. Unfortunately, they did not arrive on the promised date, causing significant stress and inconvenience. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service by email on several occasions (Stephen) they offered no credit or compensation for the delay. It was even presented that they were doing me a favor by reprinting them! I've tried several times to contact the company by phone and the line hangs up without reaching a representative. This experience has been very frustrating, and I am deeply disappointed with the lack of accountability and support.
The Christmas gift wrap paper I ordered can only be used on large packages. The print on the paper is very oversized. It did not look this large on the packages pictured in the ad. I am virtually spending $30.00 to wrap one large gift. I am not pleased.
