Today, when I followed up, I was told the item isn't even going to be ready until well past Friday. This delay has completely ruined the event I needed it for, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.
Zazzle's Black Friday promotions seem to be nothing more than a cash grab. They sold me on a promise they clearly couldn't deliver on, prioritizing their profits over their ability to meet customer expectations. The lack of transparency and communication is unacceptable. If they knew they couldn't fulfill the orders on time, they shouldn't have offered the guarantee in the first place.
I will think twice before ever ordering from Zazzle again. Their corporate greed and complete disregard for their customers have turned what should have been a positive experience into a logistical nightmare. Their solution to me was "yeah, nothing we can do other than cancel the order" Save yourself the headache and find a reputable source.
The image I chose fit perfectly within the circle sticker, but when it arrived the image was not correct. When I peeled the sticker off the sheet, my dog's ear and tail were not on the sticker even though they were when I made the sticker. Hope this helps.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
