DO NOT use Zazzle. Ordered a Christmas ornament that was to be delivered well before Christmas. It was delivered on Jan 16, and it's HORRIBLE quality. This was the replacement they sent because the first one got lost in transit. They only refunded the shipping fee. I asked for a better quality replacement. They refused. HORRIFIC experience!
They keep saying I received a full refund, but I don't see it in my bank, and I just wanted the sentimental item I ordered for my parents.
The labels were perfect. Quick shipping! Just perfect for my egg cartons.

I used Zazzle for my mom's 100th Birthday Celebration invitations. They had many beautiful designs to chose from, just by simply stating key words and colors. The invitations were shipped and delivered within a couple of days after ordering. I decided to order a few more and that was no problem. Again I received them before I could turn around. I will probably continue to use Zazzle for my future needs of personalized items.
Ordering was simple. Quality of stamp was fine. Not great. Arrived in reasonable amount of time

I was able to customize a photo mug to my liking, the photos printed in an excellent quality, and the price was very reasonable.
I would not re-order these as packaging is so unnatractive I feel like I cannot sell them for much money.

I contacted customer service about returning item and have heard nothing back
I double checked everything so that the design wouldn't be blurry, off center, etc. The design somehow shifted to the left, and I think half of them were just cut a little differently than the others. It's not horrible but it's noticeable and these things weren't cheap so I'm a little disappointed.
Invitations were beautiful! Color was exactly as shown. Arrived quickly.
Teachers are all very happy with their new ID tags. They work on lanyards,keychains and in their wallets.
They cut off the RSVP
The gold on the card was dull. It is my 85th birthday card invitation and I was disappointed
But sent it out anyway as I needed to get it in the mail.

I wanted personalized invitations for our sons Confirmation. These were perfect. Stylish and masculine. Everyone who received their invites told me how beautiful they were.

The font is so small on the labels that they are practically useless. Why would anyone think that is okay? I need a magnifying glass to read them. Terrible!

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
