It was very easy to order. The shirts all looked great and it was hard to choose which one to buy. I was even able to use a coupon code to get 20% off which was unexpected.

Interestingly enough, when I was asked if I was satisfied with my experience and clicked "no", I was brought to an invalid link. When I clicked "yes" I was brought here. Hmmm. Well, after a bad 2010 experience in which my 10 not customized christmas cards took over a month just to ship, I thought I would give Zazzle another chance. This time I placed another order of about 10 or so Christmas cards. I received the cards. Yay Zazzle... Ohh, but the envelopes. I was mailed fewer envelopes than the cards I purchased. Come on Zazzle. Booo
Its a shame because I think the cards available are quite clever and cute. They just make it near impossible to mail them out to your kith and kin without a hitch.
Googled an odd ball t-shirt and they had it. The web site was easy to use and we ordered it right then. Showed up a couple of weeks later and it was exactly as described on the website. Very happy with the shirt.
Thought the website was easy to navigate. When customizing, it was hard to tell if the customized words were actually registering ok; but, final product looks GREAT! :)

Good experience, but for the fact that I keep ordering! Hint for others: When you receive your order with a $10.00 off coupon, don't wrap it along with the Xmas present item. You may need it for another order. Duh...
