Found these as I'm setting up our new business and they are perfect! In future I will go with the glossy, as the matte made the egg a little less vibrant. They're still perfect but the gloss will make the egg more shiny. The lettering is clear and the white on black for our company name and phone number is sharp. Love them a lot. Found what wanted and ordered it with relative ease on website, but the 'gift' we sent apparently did not contain the message we had written on the website to be sent with it. Thus, our recipient had no idea who sent it. And she called zazzle only to not get an answer or return call.

This was my first time ordering from Zazzle and I wasn't sure what to expect. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the tissue paper that I order. I had customized my own design and it came out beautifully. The paper is thin, but not so thin that it tears or shreds easily. I will definitely be ordering from this company again.
The paper quality could be better. The card with this paper quality is very temporary-- one will carry them for more than a week... the layout in reality is not the perfect one with the font and size - -some things are almost not readable. I would limit the layout on the back and change the font on the front
Ordered labels for this year's honey production. Labels turned out to be very difficult to read -- black background but contrasting colors were diminished. Was disappointed. Not to mention that the shipping costs were utterly absurd.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
