Perfect

Great buttons

Excellent place to have personal items made

My daughter was obsessed with a few songs as a child. I was able to have a hoodie made to with those song titles on it. I had been looking for a long time to have that done. Then I found Zazzle! Thank you!

Love my stamp

Received my stamp very quickly very nice stamp ordered extra ink pads should I ordered larger ones as I ordered too big of a stamp actually for doing my sewing projects and stamping my seal but my fault but I'm reordering same stamp but smaller

Not as expected

The labels came in 8" x 8" and 3" x 3" — I assumed that was inches and do not feel the smaller ones were 3 x 3. The smaller labels were so small that you could not even read the print and were unusable. Some of the writing was on top of itself. I feel like I should have been contacted to discuss this issue. Overall not satisfied with the product and a waste of money as I can not use them.

Tried Zazzle

Merchandise was flawed

I ordered the red, black and green 2 inch button. First of all the colors were uneven and the button itself had a white circular scar on it ( very unsightly). This item mailed to me was unsatisfactory. How in the blazers did you look at this button and decide to send it anyway? I will never order another item from your company again. I will take the "L" and move on?

Business Cards
April 15, 2025

I've ordered these same cards several times and each time the color is different. Being that Zazzle is a marketing company, I would wish to think they know how branding and colors work and how important it can be to a business. I also ordered the exact same cards and one of the 2 boxes has paper shreds on the sides that I have to pick off and the same box, the card isn't squared on the card. There's a white frame around the edge of it. This is not professional looking at all.

Terrible product

I would like to return the item ordered for a replacement. In the preview, the product looked great. When I received the product it appeared much darker and my head was CUT OFF in the business card photo! I'm not sure how this product made it out of the warehouse! I look forward to a response as to how to best proceed with a replacement. Thank you

Came at a good time, but shipping for that good time was very expensive. Additionally, the final prints came off-centered. Luckily, it was a small event so it was fine, if it were a bigger/ more important event I would have had to re-order.

Canvas bag for books

We liked the fact that we could add our design. It was a little tricky to navigate the program, but once we figured it out, it all worked out. Once we received the bag, we were disappointed that the canvas tote bag was not made of a heavier / sturdier fabric. We felt it was overpriced.

Hi,
The cardboard packaging caused my custom wedding napkins to bend and sink in. I ordered 500 of them and they are mostly all bent and deformed :(

When I took a few napkins out and placed them on my table, they are very obviously arched. It looks very unaesthetic. I will attach photos so you can see what I mean.

My wedding day is 5/25/25. I have some time to re-order napkins. I loved my custom design with Zazzle but I'm worried to order again from them. Their packaging strategy caused my napkins to be deformed. Hoping that customer service sees this and can rectify the situation.

Fast Delivery and an OK Cup

The mug is just OK. The total price with tax/shipping is to expensive discount or not. Mug printed darker than the image uploaded. If I ever use this service again, I'd apply an overall "lighten-brighten" to the image to improve the product appearance.

Kind of confusing

There were no instructions on how to use the app to fill in what you wanted the invites to say. Thank God I ended up taking the time to try to figure everything out because my mother almost ordered my baby shower invites with someone else's name on the front since everything was filled in and had to be changed per preference the way to switch between the front and the back of the invites was not clear. I feel like many people have probably waisted their money and order invites while making this mistake.
