My son and his husband wanted some unique options for their renaissance themed wedding and were having trouble finding something classic but fun. Dazzle had so many options it was hard to pick but finally did and they arrived just days after we placed the order!
I paid extra for expedited delivery, and the product arrived after the promised date. I needed the business cards by a set date, and because they arrived late I was unable to have them for my event.
I ordered the red, black and green 2 inch button. First of all the colors were uneven and the button itself had a white circular scar on it ( very unsightly). This item mailed to me was unsatisfactory. How in the blazers did you look at this button and decide to send it anyway? I will never order another item from your company again. I will take the "L" and move on?

The labels came in 8" x 8" and 3" x 3" — I assumed that was inches and do not feel the smaller ones were 3 x 3. The smaller labels were so small that you could not even read the print and were unusable. Some of the writing was on top of itself. I feel like I should have been contacted to discuss this issue. Overall not satisfied with the product and a waste of money as I can not use them.

Answer: I would suggest emailing also. I've never had to wait at all via phone; yet, since you have, try email. Don't despair. They WILL help you.
Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
