I ordered a case on 12-17-14 and I never received my case as it was guaranteed to be here by christmas! I am extremely pissed and will never order from zazzle again! I have sent 2 customer service emails with no response! Never order from zazzle!
Ordered posters and received them within the time promised. But they were not suitable as a gift for the intended recipient, so I requested an RMA to begin the return process on 12/29/14. Heard nothing back, so I requested an RMA again on 12/30/14. Still haven't heard anything back by today (1/3/15). Zazzle promises a 30 day return policy for most items, and I have no problem paying for the return shipping since I'm not returning the posters because of a defect, but the lack of any response from Zazzle to my requests for an RMA leaves me very frustrated and unwilling to buy again from the company, and unwilling to recommend it to anyone else.
UPDATE Jan 4 2014 - Received an email today from Zazzle asking me to let them know if I wanted a refund to my credit card or a store credit. But still no RMA. I replied with my preference for a refund, and will re-post regarding the status of this issue when I receive the RMA and am able to return the posters.
UDATE Jan 7 2014: Zazzle let me know yesterday that a refund would be processed for the posters. I appreciate the response and have changed my ratings on service and returns from 3 to 4 stars for each category. I'm satisfied with the outcome now, but don't think I should have had to resort to going to SiteJabber to get a response. But I'm grateful for the forum that SiteJabber provided. Thanks!

Have been trying to get a response from the company to do an exchange for 9 days and though I get daily emails trying to sell me something, I cannot get a response from their 'support' team. Ordered a key chain with a clip art of a frog with a first name. After paying over $13 for shipping it finally came. The graphic and name were so tiny it looked like a dirt spot. Took over 3 weeks to get a response for a return. They told me because I approved the personalization, it was basically my fault. There was plenty of room on the key chain to make the graphic and personalization bigger. There was not an option to tell them this common sense request. I was too EMBARASSED to give it as a gift. The tell you SATISFACTION GAURANTEED but I was offered some sort of credit. I found their response to be arrogant, how dare they. My 3 year old could have done a better job. Was a little piece of paper glued crookedly in a circle.

Good News: The service was great. They shipped my order faster than they had quoted and it arrived 2 days faster than expected. The quality of both tee shirts are excellent.
Bad News: The only problem was that the printing on the Eat Sleep Ski shirt was done poorly. It just wasn't as crisp and clean and seemed to bleed beyond the edges, compared to the Snow Skiing Shirt I got. The Black color dye used for printing appeared to be mottled or blotchy.

Don't order from this site! I ordered an adult med Tshirt as a Christmas gift, got what appears to be a child's med Tshirt. The only way to process a return is to fill out a form to request a return ID. Sent that email 4 days ago, still waiting for a response, yet I have received at least 5 other emails from them with promotional offers to buy more stuff. Tried customer service line... waited 35 minutes to talk to a less than helpful representative that said those shirts run extremely small, but since the shirt is not defective, we cannot refund the shirt and shipping costs. But I get to keep the shirt that noone will fit in... Guess I will put it in a goodwill box.

Order # **************190 (placed on 11/11/14) is still totally screwed up. No one seems to be interested in responding to my inquiries or emails. Half my order was originally missing. Half of what was received was broken. I contacted Zazzle and they said they would reprocess the missing items and replace the broken ones. I was assured my items would be delivered in plenty of time for Christmas. Today I received, not just the replacement for the broken item, but a reship of what I originally received. I am STILL missing the other half of my order. When I called, I spoke to a girl who insisted it was delivered, asked me who my "normal UPS guy" was (seriously? Does ANYone have one of those in a residential area?), suggested an alternate address to ship to (because I have two homes in the area and just bounce between locations for fun, apparently), and refused to connect me to a supervisor. She has promised my missing items by the 24th which is cutting it close and requiring me to go out of my way to pick it up ON CHRISTMAS EVE if it even delivers on time. If it does not, I will want a refund of my money. If it does, it will not stop me from NEVER ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! This is the first thing I ordered for Christmas and the one I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED and it's been FORTY ONE DAYS since my order was placed.

I ordered a phone case on a tuesday and did not get it until two fridays later. Meanwhile, I received all of my shipments from other websites so there really isn't an excuse. The phone case looked really pretty online. When I got it the print was TERRIBLE QUALITY. You could see the pixels from printing on the case. I have emailed them twice waiting for a return number and still on hold on the phone. Never ordering from here again and never recommending.

I ordered a simple custom printed envelope 6 days ago. YES a simple envelope. This time has been " processing" for 6 days. I have emailed customer support and no response. Spent 42 minutes on hold last week trying to reach someone... ZERO. On Hold now today for 17 minutes waiting for someone to answer. Now that it's 3 days to Christmas it looks like my item will not be received. I am starting to think this company is not real. Worst customer service, response I have had with a company this year.

Do not order from them! I purchased christmas cards from them, because they had a great deal. However, I paid for 2 day shipping and didn't receive them for 9 business days! Also, the picture on the card is much darker than the one I submitted! I contacted customer service multiple times and still have had no response! I also received one less envelope than I did card! I used this company last year and that's why I chose to use them this year again, but after this. I would never recommend them or use them again. I am completely disgusted with my service. This isn't even something I can return in time, because I wanted them out for Christmas. I didn't even get them in time for them to be in people's mailboxes by Christmas, because it took so long for them to ship it.

Ordered labels Nov 28. It's been 3 and a half weeks and still not here. Site says it shipped 3 weeks ago. Called 10+ times and emailed about 4 or 5 times. No response. Horrible customer service. Just pay a few cents more and save yourself the headache.

Not happy Zazzle! I placed an iPad custom case for a Christmas present this year. My order was shipped 11/12/2014 12:16:57 PM EST. Today is the 22nd and there is no sign of delivery. Worst of all is the unknown factor. I tried Zazzle customer service line and email several times with zero response. Your site should be shut down for fraudulent services.

Ordered 6 shirts. On one of them the print was 6" lower than the rest which made the shirt look weird on the lower back. The other 5 for some reason the blue in the print was very dull like a printer when you run out of blue ink. I also ordered a hat that never showed up. Have sent 3 emails with no response. Called twice with a message only saying that their phones are down.
After the holiday season was over, customer service contacted me. Gave me the faulty shirts, and credit for future purchases. Although it took a wile to get a response, they did end up holding up to their satisfaction guarantee, which I appreciate, thanks zazzle

I ordered three shirts for my family members for Christmas, i had a plan for Christmas morning in honor of my daughter who has severe diabetes, well the shirts are wrong and i paid $80.00 for 3 shirts that are wrong! Heres the kicker... They NEVER answer the phone or respond to emails! I have sent 6 emails now, called numerous times and placed on hold for 45minutes to over an hour! I am very disappointed with the custom Return Address labels that I purchased from Zazzle.com! The print is very small and the US Marine Lt. Colonel logo is so small that you cannot distinguish the insignia or the lettering. It looked much larger on the website. There is plenty of room on the label to make the print & the logo larger. I will not reorder and recommend that you not waste your money on this Zazzle prduct.

My review will be consistent with many others. My order hasn't arrived. It says it shipped on the 4th but there is no tracking # to check. I contacted customer service 2x via email and called only to wait and wait on the phone. I too don't believe there is an actual customer service line or rep. Even the busiest places don't make people wait 20+ mins to speak to someone. There are many good places to order from. Had a read the review (note for next time) I wouldn't have ordered.

Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
