Since discovering Zazzle approximately 6 months ago I have placed a number of orders. I have always found the items ordered exactly as expected. The choice for any type of product is huge. The service is quick and the items are always well packaged. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.
We started with Zazzle for Christmas cards, but now produce many of our business products (business cards, labels, etc.) with them as well. The quality os always top notch. The web environment could use a bit of simplification, as finding prior designs can be a bit of a goose chase some times.
We ordered wedding thank you photos and they are so terrible we are embarrassed to send them out and will need to order different ones. The paper quality is like thin magazine paper and the printing quality is so grainy that you can't see details in the photos. Would never order anything again and wouldn't recommend. They do offer to return the product but we have to pay the return shipping after already paying $15 for shipping. So we would be spending $30 to get a refund on a $28 product, makes no sense. Very disappointed.
Ordered Christmas gifts on December 3 and it had a ship date of the 7-13 it is now the 19th and still reads "making"! They should be upfront with shipping times! I didn't have a lot of money to spend so I thought I would do a sentimental gift instead... So disappointing. I will never shop at Zazzle again.
Update:
I received an email from Zazzle saying they will ship expedited shipping and I will receive a full refund! I don't think I will get the items in time for Christmas, however I am satisfied if they actually do refund my money...

If you need it, Zazzle has it. I've used Zazzle for several years now, for invites, Christmas cards, labels, stickers, etc. Everything I have ordered has been top notch and so unique! It is the first place I shop when I have an upcoming event. Nothing compares to Zazzle! Very, very satisfied!
I ordered a tshirt Dec 10 2015 and for 2 weeks it said "processing". I emailed twice to get a status update and on Christmas Eve (this was to be a christmas gift) I am notified the colour I chose is discontinued. That might have been nice to know a lot earlier on!
They've offered me a refund so I'll see if and when I get one.
I'd steer clear of this company. And I too wish I had read reviews before ordering!
What a complete disaster! I order customized tote bags that arrived looking horrible. The picture was streaked and the smell coming from the bags were absolutely horrible. The wait time on phone is ludicrous -- 45 to 90 minutes every time that I called. Zazzle has horrible representatives -- even the "supervisors" are bad.

Ordered bumper stickers that stated "Resist the Socialist NAZIS". With the o in socialist being the hammer and sickle symbol Zazzle stated it was against their content policy. I read their content policy and NOTHING is stated about political content unless it's licensed property (which this isn't). I guess if I were a gay couple I'd have them make my cake and bumper stickers! Obviously if it doesn't match their political views they won't do business with you. Horrible... Good news is, I went to one of their competitors and am a very happy owner of my stickers :)

I ordered postage stamps from Zazzle for my daughter to use on her wedding thank you cards. They had 'Mr & Mrs' preprinted on them, but then I was able to add the last name of the happy couple. They arrived in a timely fashion and were just adorable; my daughter loved them! BTW, so did I!
I ordered the item last 7th of May, according to them it was shipped on 16 May. Until this time, I didn't receive my order yet, and even the tracking number doesn't work. Totally disappointed with the process.
Cancelled half of my items then shipped the remaining items without my consent. Ridiculous shipping cost. Items didn't look that great either. The promotional code for their "apology" they gave me was absolutely useless. Its the same discount on the website. Didn't refund my shipping cost. I never asked for few items to be shipped for a ridiculous shipping cost! I ordered many items and half was only provided. I had better better quality from elsewhere at lower cost. WILL NOT be doing business ever again!

I have now received several pieces from Zazzle with printing errors. The first, a coffee mug, had its image printed on crooked. I never informed them of this because it was the first screw up and it wasn't terribly crooked. Fast forward a few months, I have just received the replacement for a shower curtain that arrived with a printing error on it. The replacement also has a printing error on it! This tells me; absolutely no one is checking orders! They aren't even honest about it by calling these "scratches". My next stop is to contact the artist who is utilizing this site to print his works. I'm not happy to have my time wasted. Zazzle is neither honest, nor quality, frankly. (With the images I am posting, there are actually two separate shower curtains shown. One has printing errors near the bottom, while the other one is on the truck of the tree in the image. Just so you know it's more than one screw up.)

Terrible experience. I run a business and my employees go into Hospitals and Care homes. We are required to have name badges. I Order all my employees badges and paid for expedited shipping. I look to ensure the order shipped on time and it did not. I sent a request as to where my order was. I was told they needed more information from me. WHAT? You could not have asked 5 days ago? I received no communication from Zazzle about potential issues. I responded with the information they requested and told them the lack of communication was unacceptable and that I expected my order to ship in 2 days. No response from Zazzle. The day they should have shipped, the order was cancelled. No reason no communication. If you NEED products, do not buy them here. They do not communicate at all. Horrible experience. Now I have to fight them for my money back since it has yet to be returned.

I'm sooooo sad. I ordered two shirts with my puppies' faces on them. It was supposed to be part of a surprise for my husband. I ordered them on December 5th and it said the delivery dates would be 12/8-12/12. It is now 12/20 and they still haven't shipped! I contacted customer service twice and they were very apologetic and assured me they would upgrade my shipping. That is nice of them and I do appreciate it. However, it doesn't do me any good if they don't get here before Christmas. I'm losing hope that it's even possible now. This was my first Zazzle order and I am SO disappointed.

Finally received my order long after it was promised to arrive and past the date I required it for. If the product cant arrive on its due date it shouldn't be promised.
I'm really disappointed with the quality, bit guttered really.
I paid about $ 30.00 for wine labels and they look like they came out of a desktop printer which I could have done myself. I feel utterly ripped off!

After reading specific sizing comments before ordering t-shirts for an upcoming event, I discovered that we shouldve ordered larger sizes for a more comfortable fit. I initiated an email exchange with Oskar in customer service to exchange the order, and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of obtaining the appropriate sized t-shirts due to his prompt handling of my order.
UPDATE - Received a response from Zazzle customer service and received a full refund. Thank you.
I've used Zazzle several times and was very happy with their products, until I had to return something. A month ago I ordered a couple of t-shirts. I need to return one of them because it is not true to size (too small). However, you cannot return anything to Zazzle without first getting an RMA #, which you must do by contacting them. I've been trying for over 2 weeks now to get this number without success - 3 online RMA forms, 1 email to customer service (*******@zazzle.com), and 1 phone call (I never actually spoke with a person, I was just on hold for over 26 minutes), and I still have not heard a single word from them. They have a 30 day return policy, so I think they are just waiting me out until the 30 days has passed and they can tell me that it's too late.
I will never buy from them again, which is unfortunate, because I really did like their stuff.

On two occasions I have ordered personalised greetings cards from this company and they gave never turned up. I have emailed them on a number of occasions to ask for a reason and a refund but have heard nothing from them at all. The cards were both for special occasions and this gas been a couple of years apart so no excuse for a specific purchasing time - I feel cheated and gave been surprised at sone if the positive feedback written in reviews.

I was running behind on getting my wedding invitations and zazzle made it super easy to be able to customize using you thousands of designs. I received my invitations two days early than the estimated delivery date I was thrilled!

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
