The post cards were as described and met my expectations. I would definitely order items from this seller again.
I ordered 2 puzzles 2 months ago. When I contacted the customer service last month, they credited my account for the shipping. Impossible to track a shipment. The puzzles arrived today. In a plain white shirt box with a picture of the puzzle on the outside. The boxes had both been opened with the mostly loose pieces, some were still attached. I put them in a sandwich size ziplock bag. It was supposed to be 100 pc. For a kids puzzle. The pieces barely took up a third of the sandwich bag. Live and learn. Judy S from Manchester, NJ

I chose an online design of address labels that I liked... BUT when they arrived, the printing was very pale... almost faded. I expected them to be dark/black. To make things worse, the size of the print/font was too small. Bottom line, the address labels are very challenging to read. I haven't used them yet... but let's hope the glue works!

I ordered some business cards for my new cleaning business & was not impressed. I love the design I chose but the cards did not come the way I expected. There are white/blue specs down the front of the cards that are very noticeable & as you can see the edges of the card just look terrible. Very disappointed.
I was looking for something pretty and modern for my daughter's high school graduation, and came across the Bright Floral Designs. The combination of beautiful cursive letters along with printing style letters make the invitation look stylish and sophisticated. The shipping and delivery was fast and the overall price of the invitations was reasonable. Most of all they look beautiful and professional. My daughter loved them as well because they look appropriate for her age group.
LOVE the customization opportunity, very cool. I made three totes for teachers (to give as gifts) with their names on them, but the colors on them didn't look bright when I received them in the mail. This might be because I bought the "budget totes." The black image looked like a light grey. But they're still readable and customized, so I'm still looking forward to giving the totes as gifts!
The buttons I bought were bright and PERFECT! Exactly as pictured. AND on sale! It was fun to create the font style, add names to personalize, and see the finished product arrived well before expected.
In March, I plan on ordering a different tote for myself (I'm a teacher) for my birthday. Not the budget tote.
I have been telling my friends about how great and easy it was to get some great unusual stuff from your site. Unfortunately I looked at the status of my main order today and it seems it has been cancelled? I really need this for Christmas and have email customer service to resolve this before christmas. :( PLEASE contact me and reinstate my order so I can get it in time. It says one of my orders was shipped on the 5th Dec but still haven't received it but the larger most important order has been cancelled? :( HELP

I placed an order for an in stock item on 4 Dec. Apparently "Most of our products have a turnaround time of 24 hours" (site help) so 15 working days before I needed it seemed like plenty. - well it took a week before they were dispatched, and another 2 weeks after that It's Christmas and I still don't have my order.
I realise these are custom made items, but if it's too late to order for Christmas they should tell people that before they order. (I ordered another custom-made item from another company on 14 Dec, and I had it on the 16th).

Sometimes, it's hit or miss.
We ordered holiday cards well before the holidays and they got "backordered" or something... they came after the holidays. Had to fight a little to get credit back, as who orders holiday cards to send them after the holidays?
The "store" management tools also leave something to be desired. They have such a powerful platform, yet its crippled by less than great web and mobile software.
Past that, the product selection and ability to print ANYTHING is completely unmatched in the industry and they are our go-to site for such things.
When I paced my order it said it would be delivered December 23 I paid for express shipping $26.60 it was shipped on December 23. Definitely not in time for Christmas. Most likely will be delivered Monday the 27 or Tuesday I placed a large order. I will not be ordering from Zazzle again

I received my first order today from Zazzle. I am very impressed with the quality of the products I ordered, and the timely arrival of them.
I was wondering where my order was, expecting they would have updated me with any progress (or issues…) as their confirmation email stated so hadn't checked the site itself. Turned out they cancelled my order and didn't even notify me! Who knows how long it was before that they cancelled it, but I was left without a gift I'd planned for and spent time to make. I don't recommend this site.

So cute and a very creative idea! However, all the change came loose and I need to mail this to Boston. I will just exchange the quarters for paper money. I looks like you used regular clear tape, right? Also, I forgot how much money I requested. Was it $35. Duh. I tried to count but did not want to pull up any of the tape.

I placed an order in December 2019 for a phone case and received it in 5 days. Since I received my last order so fast I decided to use them again. I placed another order On April 24,2020 for another phone case. I paid extra for shipping to receive it April, 29 or April 30,2020. Today is May 4,2020 and it still shows that it is "making". That phone case was not cheap. I emailed Zazzle and someone responded and said they would refund the shipping cost. On that phone case they are still advertising that the phone case takes 2-3 business days to make and then it ships. They are obviously not telling the truth.

Since discovering Zazzle approximately 6 months ago I have placed a number of orders. I have always found the items ordered exactly as expected. The choice for any type of product is huge. The service is quick and the items are always well packaged. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my family and friends.
We started with Zazzle for Christmas cards, but now produce many of our business products (business cards, labels, etc.) with them as well. The quality os always top notch. The web environment could use a bit of simplification, as finding prior designs can be a bit of a goose chase some times.
We ordered wedding thank you photos and they are so terrible we are embarrassed to send them out and will need to order different ones. The paper quality is like thin magazine paper and the printing quality is so grainy that you can't see details in the photos. Would never order anything again and wouldn't recommend. They do offer to return the product but we have to pay the return shipping after already paying $15 for shipping. So we would be spending $30 to get a refund on a $28 product, makes no sense. Very disappointed.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
