I placed an order back in February and requested 3-day shipping. I only received one of the items ordered after two weeks. I still haven't received the second item. They just keep sending me a bunch of fake tracking numbers. There is no number to call- the company is somewhere back in China. You will never get your order or your money back. The one item I did received seemed if it had been seen the day before. Complete trash!

What a complete disaster! I order customized tote bags that arrived looking horrible. The picture was streaked and the smell coming from the bags were absolutely horrible. The wait time on phone is ludicrous -- 45 to 90 minutes every time that I called. Zazzle has horrible representatives -- even the "supervisors" are bad.
