Every time I send out stationary (which I do a lot, because why not!?) I get stamps to match my whole stationary set. The stamps are always the most talked about item from my family and friends! They love it. I got gorgeous stamps for our Christmas cards this year (gold deer antlers on a deep read backsplash with gold initials) I just dreamed it up and Zazzle made my customized order just the way I imagined it in my mind.
I was SO happy, I decided to skip the stationary store here in town and get thank you cards from Zazzle. I just ordered these peach/pink floral stamps (always in medium!) with our initials. Pink envelopes pre-addressed and black and white striped thank you cards.
Whatever mood you're in, whatever you are searching for, type it in their search box... they've got it! I can't wait to hear the feedback from our thank-you cards this year! I think this one will be the prettiest set of cards we've ever sent out (only spent $40!)
I placed an order for a custom t-shirt on December 10, and the order status has said estimated delivery December 16-19 since December 14. But no delivery, and no response to my inquiries. They were, however, very efficient at charging me for the item that I will not have to give as a Christmas gift.
I love Snoopy. I was looking for a 1st birthday card for my grandson with Snoopy on it. Your site had one that I could personalize, and it came out amazing! It will be a keepsake for his baby book. I have gotten personalized ornaments from this site in the past, and I'm never disappointed!
I had ordered a child's sweat shirt in November as a Christmas present. I was given a delivery date of Dec. 8th. The item was never delivered. After repeated requests to trace the product, I received an email adding my postage would be updated. Nine days later the item failed to arrive. Again I attempted to contact Zazzle, no answer. Worst company ever. Please report to attorney general. Everyone who wrote on this website that they are scam is right. They never answer the phone. Emails are all returned as undeliverable. The print comes off immediately and the material is so cheap—5 cents in a sweatshop somewhere oversees. Report also to the consumer agencies. These frauds must be stopped and be fined.

Nice products, but non-existent customer service. Won't answer the phone, wont reply to email. Won't always send you what you pay for. I paid for 3 custom shirts (Christmas gifts) and received one. Thankfully I paid by credit card so no response from them within next few day equals dispute/chargeback from me. Vote with your wallets people. Don't pay for what you do not receive.

I ordered senior graduation invitations and half out of the entire pack had poor picture visibility, with a white smudge of some sort, and to top it all the invitation sent to me was on hard card board not quality photo papet with a matte or glossy finish. I filed a complaint and had been promised a corrected and replacement shipment, I have yet to receive it. I never asked for a refund I just wanted what I paid for. I will never order from Zazzle again, I had to physically reorder a new design and wonderful quality work done from my local Target Store photo department

Planning a wedding can be hectic but not when you have quality customer service and zazzle may my wedding planning worry free! I loved most all of my purchases but the couple that were not what I expected-without hesitation, Zazzle refunded the full amount within 24 hours. Great communication and services, thank you team Zazzle!
Gets a little pricey the more invites you order, but I'm SO HAPPY with my purchase! They came in even earlier & they're identical to what my order looked like when i designed them. Would definitely recommend and use in the future.
The invitations arrived sooner than expected and were very cute and high quality. However, of the 20 I ordered, 5-6 were slightly damaged and 3-4 of the envelopes were partially sealed so they ripped when trying to open and stuff them. Not a huge deal, I still sent them out, but frustrating considering the price.

Wost place ever just take you business elsewhere. I would try to pinpoint where they went wrong but it's everything the whole platform and the way that they do business is backwards. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere else.

I ordered a business vehicle magnet for my truck. The original order said on June 30 it was shipped. I checked the tracking 48 hrs later as zazzle says it can take 48hrs to show movement. Still hasn't moved and to give context, the location the magnet is coming from is Stafford, TX. I live hrs north of Stafford, TX which is still in TX. Its now the 12th of July and I still haven't received my product. I've could taken a Uber and picked it up. Anyway, I probably should have driven down the road and had one made from a local small business instead. Well, lesson learned and hopefully y'all dont make the same mistake.

I have used Zazzle a few time. I like what they do and have been pleased with what I have received, until now. I ordered a personalized tote bag for my daughter. It came with the wrong name. I checked my order and the mistake was Zazzle's, not mine. Zazzle would only give me a store credit for the purchase. However, when I went to repurchase the tote bag it was no longer on sale and my store credit was for the sales price. Plus I had to pay shipping again. The end result is that it cost me an additional $11 to get what I originally ordered. Especially galling when it was Zazzle who messed up the order. I could not be more dissatisfied with this experience.

I placed an order for an extra large shirt and noticed right away their site glitches and rang me up for a small. I messaged them right away and they would not fix the order. Instead, they were super rude to me when I simply asked to send me the correct size so I can take it on vacation. Three rude emails in a row and I guarantee they are just going to steal my money at this point. I can not believe this.

I found these invitations for my daughters first birthday that I loved and couldn't find anywhere else. I couldn't order the amount I wanted so had to order two separate amounts. What I ended up with were $40.00,15 index size invites that are barely readable and look like they were done on a printer that I could have done myself. I ordered wedding invites online from a different retailer and they were gorgeous and I was able to get a couple hundred for a couple hundred dollars. I won't be using zazzle again.

The website was very clear and understandable. Every product I've ordered came in on perfect time and the quality of the products were mint! Love this site so much! They are the best site for personalized items!
Do not order from Zazzle! First off is their misleading Groupon... If you have ordered from them before you know that they offer over 100,000 different styles of invites... So when a Groupon comes along in bold writing "110 5x7 invites for $44.99" you know this is a good deal... Then you read the very fine print that says you have 300 to choose from!... That's not the worse part... after you go to this list of restricted invites they are in categories... There are less than 30 different birthday invites to choose from! What a scam... No one wants this group of outdated invites to begin with!
The email customer service takes DAYS to get back to you! Hello year 2014... The phone customer service is a joke... Don't try and use a coupon code ( that is on their website)... most likely it won't work with your order..
Hello Maria. Upon closer inspection, it appears that the product design chosen was not an approved Groupon design. We do apologize for if there was any confusion you may have had about the approved Groupon designs. Before purchasing the Groupon code, the Groupon site clearly lists the details of the promotion and which cards are valid for the promotion. We also show that our CS team did reach out to you, however they have not received a response.
The merchandise was in great shape ( ordered a stein) & the political buttons were wrapped so that they did not get scratched ( had ordered 4) Time that I received was reasonable -less than a week from ordering.

Answer: Usually they take about a week, BUT on my recent (11/29) Christmas card order, they've taken two weeks now and zero so far! Not good. I need to get these cards out very soon. Also, they don't bother to make customers service open on weekends (just for the Christmas rush). I get the feeling they are pretty unreliable, inflexible, etc. Not good.
Answer: Zazzle is a Print on Demand company. All designs are printed when ordered. You would want to make your customization's to the product, then add it to your cart to place your order.

Answer: You probably will get the most accurate answer by calling Zazzle. I use Zazzle Black, and everything I've ordered (I think I have a 30 page Order History) has always arrived promptly; however, keep in mind that it has to be made before it can ship, so I believe I get a general arrival date - not a guarantee. Again though, it has always been prompt and on the mark as far as the tracking date.
