I'll never order traditional wings from them again. They taste old as if they had been lying there for a long time. They don't serve fresh wings!
We went to Zaxby's the salad was wet and nasty slime and the chicken was all greasy it was disgusting tell your stuff to do better work on their salad
I had an order of 10 traditional wings with wimpy sauce and the wings were either fried to nothing or they threw old wings in the fryer. They were inedible!
I picked up a simple meal for my wife and I. Inside, Alyssa took my order. It was correct, she made sure she got it right. She did, and it was delicious.
But... what I want to share with you, is the kindness she showed me. Just as Ranae did last week, Alyssa rewarded me for my kindness.
It felt great for her to tell, but I forgot to ask if I could give her a hug. This is what a want to say:
I'm sure many customers co. E by who may be less able to pay for their order than I. So I ask whichever employee rewards me again... remind me to give you my reward so you may assist someone who may struggling.
You will know by the look in their eyes and their downcast demeanor.
Treat them with even more kindness and service than you did me.
These are tough financial times for many.

Received a $12 salad that was missing more toppings than it had in the description. Called the restaurant and the incompetent that answered the phone couldn't have cared less.
This location offers poor customer service and the people who work there all have an attitude when you show up. It is as if they do not want you there. Every time I come here they always forget to give me utensils! How am I supposed to eat the food without utensils.
Went through to get a grilled chicken salad today paid 10 dollars for this salad to get to my house and find the chicken so burned I couldn't even eat it this is such poor quality of service because you know someone looked at that chicken and cut it knowing it was burnt up ridiculous— E nine mile rd Pensacola location beware
Everytime I go to Zaxbys something is always wrong with my order. It's frustrating paying that much money for it to be wrong.
O ordered the Loaded Fries from the South Sterling St. In Morganton, NC. Highly disappointed! As you can see below, the fries did not have the chicken, the bacon, or the ranch dressing on them. The fries had very little cheese on them. I paid $5.99 for an order of fries that should have cost no more than $3.00. Times are hard right now. When you receive an order like this, it is not hard to make the decision to not order again from this location.
This is my second review in the last month. This company has the worst service out of all fast food places. I cannot depend on them to get my food right so I'm going to stay away. I hope one day they can equal 10% of what Chick-fil-A is. I understand that Chick-fil-A has the best chicken, and an awesome service but every now and then we like a change. Our new change will not be Zaxby's.

They had no zax sauce, no salads, and no wings, they turned us away from the dining room even though we were there 10 minutes before we closed and weren't planning on eating in there, just didn't want to go through the drive through, and every person we encountered was terrible rude
They do not have no respect for the customers or over the phone when you call and tell them about their order wrong or your order is wrong and they don't put no sauce in the bags or in the boxes at all and the manager is rude and so is everybody that works there
Order online bc the drive thru was forever long and taking forever. Said my order would be ready inside in 10 mins. Come time my order was ready to pick up the door was locked. Knocked and ignored me. Called them they answered didn't say anything then hung up in my face. Called again they answered tell them I had a order I placed online then tells me the lobby closes at 8 no where does the app or online tell u that. So was told I had to get in the drive thru line that was then out of the parking lot. Don't even get me started about trying to get out of my parking spot bc there parking lot is straight trash. 10/10 would not recommend. Still currently sitting in the line and should have gotten my food 20 mins ago.
We ordered a 10 piece boneless wings - Mild and a large order of fries, a Wings and Things with boneless Mild wings and extra Zaxby's sauce.
When we made it to the pick up window we asked to make sure the extra sauce was in the bag and of course it wasnt so we did get that after asking for it again.
When my husband and I got home and started eating the wings they were so hot that we had to wipe the sauce off and they were still to hot to eat. In a nut shell $27.00 wasted.
I'm not sure what happened to Zaxbys on Bradley Park Drive in Columbus Georgia. There service has declined drastically. They are EXTREMELY slow now. They have not always been this way.
I hope mgmt read this review and do something about their service. I only buy the salads. They have good salads but they are not worth the wait you stay inline in the drive thru.
I WISH I COULD TAKE GIVE NEGATIVE STARS! I HAVE 3 HAIRS IN A ZIP LOCK, EACH FROM CLEARLY FROM A DIFFERENT PERSON.
