Zaxby's

Zaxby's has always been my family 1at choice but lately it's been sad 2 say that I'm looking for a replacement of service. We have always use Zaxby's 4 catering & individual needs. For the last 2 months I have been noticing the change in prices and the quantity in the French fries when I know that we are still in a pandemic when the government has assisted business for payroll assistance & bailout money for business & Corporation under " The Care act". I order a 5 piece wing (traditional) with fries & I was totally disappointed again 4 $13.27 and I was very disappointed. I receive 12 fries with 5 wings... I took a picture again & my Facebook friends wasn't shock because it's the 3rd time 4 me along with 312 people who's been complaining about the same thing. U no it's sad when your employees complain!

Fries are cold…bread is not toasted and chicken is cold as well. The zero sugar strawberry lemonade tastes like I'm drinking water with a hint of lemon.

I'm not sure what happened to Zaxbys on Bradley Park Drive in Columbus Georgia. There service has declined drastically. They are EXTREMELY slow now. They have not always been this way.
I hope mgmt read this review and do something about their service. I only buy the salads. They have good salads but they are not worth the wait you stay inline in the drive thru.

Can't use my new email address with my phone number that's tied to another email address and they don't have a way to send me a confirmation code to my new email address and they tried to send me the code to my landline ($#*!tards)

Went to the Shelbyville, KY Zaxby's on Freedom
Way and couldn't believe how filthy the dining room was. Every table was dirty and the floor unswept. Used the restrooms and both were disgusting. I get that the restaurant may be busy, but please provide clean sitting area for your patrons. And shouldn't the restrooms be maintained? The dining room was not busy so I can only imagine how long they let the restrooms go.
As far as food, it was good as always. But we didn't get what we paid for. We ordered a 6 piece tender meal and got 5 pieces instead. Not worth complaining with so few actual employees. And we had a difficult time placing our order in the first place with the employee they had.

Have eaten Zaxby's salads for long time but after today I will not again.
Lettuce was going bad and the tomatoes were mush. Paying more and getting poor quality. Really disappointed in Zaxby's.

Kansas city Ks legends location where i live near. The food is ok maybe a 4 stars but I've noticed a few times last week theyve charged me for the higher price item but give me the cheaper price item. Ok so i ordered the 5.59 cent boneless wing meal. They repeat boneless wing meal and give me boneless but the receipt will show they charged me for traditional wings or wings and things.
And it is extremely noisy. We can only do drive thru at this time and its so noisy there i told them you all are very noisy i cant hear you. Its like no manager is there, very very unprofessional and we will no longer eat there. I think we better drive 10 min drive to kanes because theyre more professional and they never up the prices on us.

At the Hattiesburg Mississippi Zaxby's they are slow as hell the line is always doubled sometimes almost tripled around the store and half the time at least half the time the orders wrong they never have ketchup they have small very small pieces of chicken strips it's ridiculous

After paying for my food I was told to pull up. Not only did they forget my food but had an attitude when i came inside. My order ended up being incorrect. Please fire these hood rats

I went to Zaxby's across from McIntosh High School in Peachtree City, GA. When I opened the container, it looked like someone bit into one of my boneless wings and threw it back in the container.
The other boneless wings looked dried up. I had a long day at work and just stopped by to pick up something quick to eat. After opening my box I couldn't eat that. Who does that? Whoever put the food in the package knew it didn't look right. Whether they bit into it or the food was ripped that is not the presentation that anyone would like. I'm so tired from working all day that I don't feel like driving all the way back to the restaurant to complain. This is unacceptable and every year Zaxby's is getting worse. In College Park, GA they have a young lady standing outside taking orders with extremely long eyelashes that could possibly fall off of her eyes and into food or drinks. She could barely read the screen because of how long the eyelashes were. That is not sanitary. What is wrong with Management? Do something because your restaurant ratings continue to go down because you are not putting pride into training your employees and following safety and sanitary protocols.

Order a 3 finger meal and apparently they got to excited and over cooked everything. Chicken was hard to eat, burnt fries and toast was hard as rock. Took them forever to get my food.

First, I'm not certain I can even write this with the copious amounts of sodium I just consumed, but bare with me. First up 1. Toast... the toast was burnt black, cold, hard and literally had enough salt to make me wonder if I had actually been served salt with a side of toast as opposed to the other way around. I'm probably going to swell up like a balloon tonight. Oh boy!
Second up, 2. Fries... the fries also were cold, hard and seemed way undercooked to begin with. Where the fries differed from the toast is that they were completely void of salt. Like... no salt... at all... whatsoever. No seasoning. Just bare, cold, hard undercooked fries. Were they from the night before? Doubtful but possible as I was there fairly early on this day. And Third up is 3. Chicken strips. These were old, cold, shriveled up, hard pieces of quite possibly beef jerky from a slim Jim. These are even more likely to be from the previous night.
If I could give Zaxbys 0 stars I would. The sauce was the only thing good about the meal.
And to think, I PAID for that. Way to go Zaxbys... straight down hill. I passed by a Chick-fil-A a quarter mile away and didn't stop because the line was wrapped around the building twice. Zaxbys on the other hand had two measly cars in the drive thru. Avoid Avoid Avoid.
