We usually order from Popeyes. Unfortunately, Popeyes closed where we live. We decided to order from Zaxby's. Could not have been more disappointed. The food was horrible. Will never order there again.
I ordered 2 zax sauces, for which I paid $.25, and they forgot both of them! They also forgot the goldfish that comes in the kids meal and they gave around 10 fries. The food is great, if they remembered to put it in the bag.
I enjoy eating here except the recent time where my food ended up making me sick and gave me bad diarrhea and stomach pains. I don't plan on eating here again.
Went to the Zaxby's in Hall's Tenn will not go back chicken was dried out and hard Asian salad was so bad I took the chicken off and fed it to my dog thru the salad away.
It's it me or has the salads gotten smaller chicken fingers also?you should receive more for what you pay.
Today was my first time at Zaxby's. The chicken fingers were hot but not crispy. The fries were under cooked and soggy. The chicken was also salty. The coleslaw was good as was the bread. No unsweetened tea only sweet. Will not return 8810 Wesleyan Rd. Indianapolis.
We placed an online order and they had the lobby doors (checked each side of the building) locked so i couldn't walk in to get my order. Tried calling and they would not answer the phone. So, we had to wait in the drive through. Made it to the window and asked if the meal was going to be cold because by now it was 20 minutes past my pick up time. Pretty sure they took the chicken off the sandwich and threw in the fryer for a minute to warm it back up. The chicken was tough. Egg rolls were cold and i was stressed for time to eat and get back to work. This is what happens when you only have young people in the place and they don't know what customer service is. Will not be going back.
I went to Zaxby's a couple weeks ago and my food made me deathly ill. The chicken was not cooked all the way through and i was sick for an entire weekend. Be safe and be aware.
15.99 for 10 half wings that doesn't include drink or fries is absurd. LOWER THE PRICES or purchase larger wings!
I asked for fries with lite seasoning, you gave extra seasoning and extra grease! U could have kept the extra grease please and given no seasoning

Finally tried Zaxby's for the first time yesterday. Chicken fingers my wife ordered were tasty, however, my loaded fries w/ranch, bacon, & cheeses was stone cold; along w/the rest of my wife's meal (fries & tx toast). Restaurant was extremely cold inside which may've contributed to food not being hot enough to enjoy. Tea was great & most of the staff were friendly. Don't know if we will go back anytime soon however. $20.00+ for meal wasn't worth having to eat cold & didn't agree w/my stomach next day.
I've been to Zaxby's in Lynn Haven Florida with my son many times, they charge extra for ranch dip. But they seldom actually put it in the box or the bag. In fact, they are really good at forgetting the bread, or the Cole slaw, or the extra ranch you ordered. But the one thing you can always count on them remembering is charging you for the ranch you didn't get. And these issues happen about 70% of the time. So when I ask for extra ranch and they tell me it will be 25¢, I just give them my look of disapproval. I'd like to say, why don't you give me the last 25 ranch dips I paid for and didn't get? If I'm inside I go back and make them give me everything they forgot, but a lot of our Zaxby's visits are drive thru and by the time we figure out what we don't have, it's just not worth going back for.
My salad contained wilted Lettuce, tomato looked old & one egg instead of two, toast didn't look fresh. Cucumber were diced, and in a pile as were the tomato & eggs, etc. I felt like I wanted to take it back & just put it on the counter & leave, never mind making another one, never mind waiting to process the refund. The reason I rated a 3 instead of one, service at the window was fine.
I ate at Zaxby's for the 1st time ever. The place was very clean, but the food was overpriced & bad! The Club Chicken sandwich was disappointing and the fries & fird dill pickles were so salty that they could not be consumed. I read up on the Company & they are known for there advertising, not there food. They are in the franchise business, not the food business.
This is no longer one of my favorite places. Tenders are kiddy size, fries not hot at all, they fill your cup with ice w/hardly any drink and tasted watered down by the ice. I'm done. Horrible. Charging more money for less food. Yes, we notice!

Best Zaxbys hands down. I see a lot of a reviews of Zaxbys being terrible and I have had my fair share of bad experiences from other Zaxby's location. I will say it's easier for people to write negative reviews than good. It's unusual to find good reviews of places especially because many people are so quick to be distasteful and rude.
Anyways, Zaxbys in West Melbourne, Florida is by far the best location I've ever been to. Very nice people there, dining room is always clean. I've had a few problems from there but nothing the managers don't fix right away. Some of the cashiers are rude but I've recently haven't seen those employees which is a good thing because that leaves no rude cashiers.
All of the managers are super friendly. I've recently discovered through one of the managers that the owner is Matt Strickland. He owns other Zaxbys franchises. I can't recall all of them but some of them are these locations; St Augustine US1, Viera, Palatka, West Melbourne, Waycross GA.
If I am ever in one of those locations I can almost guarantee that it will be a good experience as I always have a good experience at Zaxbys West Melbourne.
Remember everyone, be kind to the employees that work fast food. It may seem easy to you but it can be stressful at times because of the rude customers, short staffing, harsh management. You never know what the situation is. If you have a bad experience, just remember, it's not all Zaxbys so don't take your frustration out on all of them.

I went to zaxby's in college park Georgia 2530 flat Shoals Rd and asked for the veterans special meal the employee at the service counter approach me with a very very nasty attitude and told me to go online to claim my food and quickly turn away. I tried to ask another question she stomped towards me as if I'm really bothering her. I just asked for the veterans day special I didn't asked to get my bubble crushed. Why do this always happen to me in the black community WHY!
At the HWY 90 Pace, FL location... I was told to pull around and park in the first space to wait for my drive thru order. It was not clarified exactly where to park. So, I did my best guess, assuming an employee would come out soon to look for my car. After 25 minutes, I gave up and went inside. I was told I didn't get my food because I wasn't correctly parked. When I asked if the employee could please clarify that for the next customer, she turned around and walked away. I understand mistakes are made and communication is unclear, even on my part. But I didn't pay $45 for a meal and wait 25 minutes in a parking lot to be completely ignored and treated like trash. An apology for a misunderstanding would have been nice. Instead I got rolled eyes and flipped hair. Classy.
Loaded french fries are not good. The wings are worse. Over prices and small. Certainly not worth the 7.99 for loaded fries and over 7.00 for 5 wings
