I order boots online from Zara. I received the package and the boots were damaged and they were very used. These boots were worth 100 EUR. I requested a return immediately and for a courier to pick up, i got an email saying a courier will pick up in 24-48 hours. It's been 10 days and they havent come yet. I am trying to reach out to Zara and they just tell me to wait. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. My experience in general was horrible
This is the first time I ever ordered from Zara. My granddaughter requested two items, a jacket and a pair of jeans, from this site for Christmas. The order was delivered very quickly, and I received what I ordered, but when the package arrived today, it was partially ripped open because the item were shipped in a box that was much too small for the size of the items. When I spend over $200 for 2 items of clothing, I expect them to be shipped in a box that is big enough to arrive in tact. I doubt that I will ever purchase from this site again. Now I understand why they don't accept reviews on their website!
If there was a chance to put 0 starts, i would. Horrible service and horrible customer support.! They have left me without my ENGAGEMENT clothes and didn't return my money so that i could by a new one! They have charged me for an item that wasn't in their store and have noticed me that the item is not available only a day before the delivery. Shame on you!
This is my last time with Zara, will never do again. Attempted to speak to a representative three times to resolve an issue with my order. One piece did not match as THEY SENT me the wrong size! I asked if they can replace the item in delivery part 2 ( still waiting for it), neither rep knew what that meant. Worst experience with a retailer I have ever had. DO NOT PURCHASE ONLINE! You will be frustrated beyond belief. Absolutely TERRIBLE! You can see from the picture that the label is wrong.
Contacted customer service via WhatsApp as you can't talk to anyone. They failed to reply. Appalling!

So I bought a shirt through Instagram in a XS and the exact same color shirt in a SML. When the first one came, I realized it wasn't a good color for me and returned it. A few days later the other one came, I did the same but it came back and they said I wore it! What?!? I did not. I didn't even try it on cause the color was awful! Look at the material. Apparently there's a mark (that's not visible) and they won't take it back. This is such BS. I've never had this happen. But because of this I will NEVER shop there again and I will tell all my friends that I'll give them $10 to shop anywhere else. This makes me so mad because I never wore it and shipped it back the next day- when would I even have time to wear it? Come on! This company sucks!
I will never purchase anything from Zara again. Which is so sad, i was so excited when Zara came to San Antonio. I bought some cargo pants, did not try them on there due to the fact that they were so busy, got them home and there they sat until i went to wear them and in the crouch they were torn, prior to wearing them i took the tags off including the tags with the washing instructions. The cargo pants were not altered in anyway. Took them back and told the lady the story and that i just wanted to exchange she was fine with that, she told me to go grab a new pair, i even grab a different color to purchase. When i got back to the counter she said the pants had been altered, i said no they hadn't been, she said that because i took off the big bulky tags from the inside that they had been and they could not exchange i told her the they weren't going to resell the pants even if they had the tags on and all i wanted was a new pair that weren't ripped. She said sorry so i asked to talk to a manager, unfortunately she said the same thing but added that they have a strick policy on returns, obviously they do not have a good customer experience policy in place. They treated me like i had stolen from them and i was trying to get one over on them. She also added that when i purchased the pants that the clerk told be about there return policy, which is a lie because they rushed me through the self checkout station and no one had told me anything about leaving the tags on incase i needed to return. The return policy says altered items. So upset that i now have a fifty dollar pair of pants that will go into the trash that i never got to wear. Buyer beware!
Order a pair of the same pants in 2 sizes. Tried on the larger of the two sizes and the pair fit, so I initiated a return for the smaller size. Returned the item within 2 days of receipt. Zara is refusing to refund me. They sent an email stating that the item "showed signes of being worn." I never took the pants out of the box, so this is just a lie. I contacted customer twice to request to speak with a manager to dispute this. I was told that the decision would not be changed and I could not be transferred to a manager. Zara has lost my business and I am making it my business to tell others about my experience to save them from being scammed by Zara.
I have shopped with Zara for years and have been a loyal/frequent customer. It infuriates me the amount of business and money I have spent with them for them to do nothing about a missing item in my package, except deny my claim. They simply took the word of the warehouse, with no proof. No video, no photo, no anything. The agent on the phone denied my request to speak to a manager or supervisor. Their response is they don't have one. How does this company operate? The worst part is that this isn't the first time this has happened, and you'd think they'd install cameras at the warehouse or something. Nope, instead, they don't take their customer's word or make it right. Instead, they steal my money/product. Zara is a greedy corporation.
Be VERY, VERY wary of Zara. Try to make purchases only with a Credit Card. Because Zara has a faulty website and often, the money gets deducted without the order being placed. If the mode of payment if UPI/Debit Card, you can forget about recovering the money. Zara will first give a 14day timeline, and then, 48hrs from there on. Until you give up and stop calling them. The money? Well, you should have forgotten about it now. Don't worry. Zara or the bank will have it. Only you will never get it back.
Zara despite of being such a reputed brand is on its way to downfall. I always buy perfumes from Zara but since the last 2 times when I bought perfumes. They had defective nozzles and we're leaking despite buying both of them from different locations which throws light that the products in all stores are not upto mark. Very disappointed from the brand. I was a pro Zara Man but now I wouldn't recommend it's products at all.
Sent in a flawless return within required time frame. Received email it was not acceptable. Item was never worn, in fact, I had ordered a size larger. It did not fit. Looked them up on Facebook and there are countless complaints regarding the same issue. They are deceptive and scamming people.
Throughout all my years in different shopping center it is the worst with customer service and overall satisfaction.
The service as is Terrible…. I found the size I needed in a dress quicker than they could help. And the staff acted as if I asked them to do something outrageous.

I purchased an item that was marked at $29.95, but my receipt and the business charged me for $49.90. I called to see if I could be correctly charged, but their only reply was that it was correct and my only option was to return it if I wasn't happy with the $49.90 price. I was very disappointed with the customer service and was expecting to be reimbursed for the price I thought I'd be paying for the item. The business does not seem very customer centered, and I will be taking my business elsewhere. Thank you and goodnight.
Purchased clothing for a child, they sent them to an address that was not mine and I was told by customer service that the mistaken address was my fault, the clothes were sent to an address in California and I live Oklahoma.To be told that they are not going to do anything for me after taking my money and not delivering the goods this is poor customer service I will never give this company another dime I recommend that you stay clear of company
In the store on Oxford st near selfridges. Fitting room booking g as air con machine stands unplugged. No aysytem. Waited for ages whilst lots of people finished trying on came out because assistants could not organise collecting unwanted items at a decent speed. Get a better system when you earn £2 billion a year
They have one only cashier for 3 sectors. Too many time waiting. And this is always. They cashier in kids and men always closed
ZARA CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT***Zara does not honor their advertised prices! Let me start by saying that I don't shop or live in Europe. If the Zara "European price tag" does not apply in the United states then why ship it to the United States with the European tag. In the United States we honor the prices advertised. There was a class action lawsuit against ZARA in 2016 for this exact reason! They are still not honoring the prices listed on there clothes.
I was told by their manager today in the Atlanta Perimeter mall that "it doesn't matter what price is listed on the tag, the company will not allow them(management) to honor it. The tag was missed when putting it on the floor." The little sleveless shirt I tried to purchase today had a "european price" of 8.95 covering the US price of 15.00. One Euro = $1.06 in US currency.
First of all...Why are we paying 40% more in the United States for the same exact item? Secondly, Zara won't honor their own mistake...especially when we are paying more in the US for the same item in Europe? Right is right and wrong is wrong! Be cautious about who you spend your US dollar with. Needless to say that I did not purchase any of my items today and I won't be shopping at Zara in the future! Honor those businesses that honor you!
