I bought a bunch of stuff at zara. Com back in April 2016 and 2 items where missing $150 worth of stuff. I called and wouldn't get my money back. I am looking to make a case because I see here that I am not the only one!
Was buying a vest and the hood was missing its fur trim and I approached the service desk and enquired. The lady at the next counter was so quick to respond that what's out there is what there is and if I didn't want it, they would just send it back to head office. They didn't even offer to check to see if there was any. Next customer next door she was smiling and chatting away and I felt discriminated against. Could have been handled better!

You could tell the designers at Zara had changed a few years ago but now the garnents are just completely woeful.
I look every week to see what is new in store and want to buy nothing.
Zara is taking this whole 70's revival way too far. The clothing resembles that of garments you would expect to see in a second hand shop.
What has happened to your signature skirts, ans the cutting edge dresses that are the Zara trademark?
And I am not even going to go there with the shoes, they are all awful.
I'd say I am not the only one who feels this way and this will definitely be reflected in the UK sales figures (outwith London of course).
Please, please get back to your former greatness. It has been over six months since I purchased anything from Zara and if the design does not improve I am afraid I will not be back.

Don't buy anything from Zara their policy sucks. They don't care about their customers. Even the manager of the store can't help you I don't know why they even have manager in their stores. Zara is a big company and they should keep their customer happy. So embarrassing... their customer service sucks and their employees are so rude.
I had ordered a few items online, but since they didn't fit I had to exchange in store. Since they don't do straight exchanges for online items, I had to return my items first then purchase the new ones, which I did. I was told that the funds would be credited straight to my account in approximately 2 weeks. I waited, nothing appear so I contacted customer service. They said everything was done on their end and the refund has been processed. I check my bank statements, nothing appeared. Contacted my bank, and they said to contact the merchant again. So after a few tries back and forth I am now in the process of disputing the return. It has been 2 months and I still haven't received my credit for my purchase of more than $100 spent. I have contacted Zara customer service multiple times outlining the requirements that the bank has given me in order to investigate the issue. Every time I emailed, they kept sending me the same invoice I had received previously. I believe the representative are overlooking my emails and not reading the specific details needed. It is probably my 10th time emailing again. I made sure to use size 20 font and bolded specific words... I hope this will get their attention. It is ridiculous that it has been 2 months, going on the third and I still have not received my refund. Zara customer service is worthless and has not dealt with my issue at all. They only sent automated emails and has not looked into my issue further. It is so disappointing as I was a fan of the clothing, but after this experience I will avoid the store completely.
I placed 2 orders. One on 30 May, Order number ******* and other on 5 June 2016, Order number *******. Items were missing. When I called customer service, the response was not professional and after repeated calls, I could get a refund. Not very professional. Think before you place the order. Better to pick up from store. At-least you know what you are being charged for.
Purchased a shirt less than a month ago, wore it once, hand washed it and noticed there was a snag in it. I was going to purchase another $100 worth of clothing but they would not exchange my defective shirt since it was worn and washed. I've had many other items obtain holes in them after wearing them a few times and always hand washing them. Horrible customer service.
I must have taken leave of my senses to have even walked into a Zara store. I bought 4 items on June 1st. I charged them on a MasterCard. A week after the purchase my bank closed the MasterCard and changed it to a Visa. This was their doing, not mine. I was told the MC was a dead account and I shredded the card. Today I go to Zara with the receipt and 3 of the items but no MC (it does not exist anymore). They said I could only get a store credit. I said not good-I have the receipt, call my bank, they can explain about the Visa taking the place of the MasterC. I may as well have been talking to the wall. The lack of concern for quality service was ASTOUNDIng! It was like talking to a robot-"sorry our system cannot do that". No one in the whole company could make an exception. BEWARE! The cheap prices are not worth the aggravation they give you
Just purchased cute top, and threw a washcloth in with it by accident. Red dye everywhere. Won't be shopping there again. Not sure how long color is going to run. Top Looks awful.
Never shop at Zara... run for the hills! The worst customer service and non-customer oriented return policy of any retailer I have come across. They do not accept returns via USPS. This is 2016 and Zara is a 10.6 BILLION dollar company! I will NEVER set foot in ZARA again. There are plenty of other places I can spend my hard earned money.

Some of my baby's clothes look poor quality after one time wash and they always tell me it is not their quality problems.
Recently I purchased a top in grey and I was happy with it so I've got the same one in white. But the white one is totally different materials. They are telling me they can't accept return because it has 30days passed even the top is not in the same materials with my previous purchase and still has every tags on. They just kept telling me they are different tops even clearly they are showing the same reference number and displayed under the same title.
I am really having enough of their service...
I never had this awful poor experience with any online shopping companies.
They are dishonest and deceiving customers.
They probably get trained to be who they are.
I purchased a dress from Zara.com for a wedding I'm attending in August. I know my size, I shop at Zara often so when I got the dress I put it on, and quickly put it in my closet. One day past the return date I looked at the dress again to notice it had a defect and the neckline was splitting at the seams. I called Zara and emailed and they will do absolutely nothing to help. They sent me a defective dress and will not budge on the return date even in the slightest.
I will never shop here again.
My jeans got damaged after I washed it.
Unfortunately I don't have a receipt and such a bad luck my jeans doesn't have a tag inside so the manager of Zara in Stamford mall in CT and customer service cannot help me out.
Now I assum that Zara prefer to lose customer more than lose a pair of jeans.
Ps. This is my second time with bad experience from Zara jeans. First one got really big after first wash. It was a skinny jeans.
Not worth my time or money to walk in a store where employees don't bother to say hello or offer any type of assistance. Dressing rooms are hot and dirty, clothes are ok but I will be taking my money else where. Not worth the aggravation.
I tried to return a jacket that had tags still on and the original receipt. It was 2 days over because I had ordered it online and it did not come in right away. Plus it was a birthday gift so that took another week. Even though they still carry the item in the store they would not return. Ironically - I had tried to return before but the line up was too long - this is last time I will ever buy at Zara's - terrible customer service
Having bought and returned Zara online, I believed that I would be able to return a store bought item by post. This is not permitted and the reason given by customer services simply unreasonable and untrue. I shall never buy Zara again.

Notice several workers either behind the counter OR on the floor, but only 1 or 2 people on cash registers; they don't care how long the line is; I waited about 30 minutes; the girl at the register starts to process my online return and then tells me the computer is very slow and the codes are all wrong on the receipt; calls a mgr; finally comes after 10 minutes and tells her to input each item manually; she did not have the training to know she could do this AND to top it off each employee had an attitude; I will not be shopping online OR at this store again.
Zara is really good, I am an online shopper mostly so i am glued to Zara, look out for their massive discounts, just keep waiting for them, its worth the wait, their delivery speed is amazing, leather out of this world, all in all world-class designers
