Excellent Experience!

I have particularly wide feet, so I was wary of buying shoes online. However, I finally took the plunge in 2016 and ordered two pairs of black dress shoes to try, each in two different sizes. They arrived very quickly and in great condition. I decided to keep one of each pair and sent the others back. The refund process was so quick and painless... I definitely recommend Zappos to anyone.

My Zappos strategy: I buy 10 pairs of shoes, try them all on, and then ship them all back except for the one I want. I know it seems like I'm wasting their money, but I buy more shoes that way and it's sort of great. Zappos isn't so cheap but I guess that's okay.

I have only had good experiences with this company. I highly recommend. It is wonderful to be able to order 10 pair of sneakers to see which is the best and then return the rest - or all of them -- with no shipping charges. I have bought several shoes from them and returned several as well.

I have buy flats shoe from this particular online shopping site. One of my cousins recommended this to me; she is the permanent customer of this site. They are delivering the item within 3 or 4 business days. This is really appreciated; most of the shopping site makes some delays at the time of delivery. Great service!

LOVE ZAPPOS!

Amazing customer service, on time returns, and high quality products.
I shop online because I am a busy Mom of 5 kids. I have experienced all types of customer service from the various online stores that I deal with and Zappos surpasses them all in terms of quick processing / shipping / delivery, and superior customer service! Way to go Zappos!

While utilizing the latest technologies, Zappos still seems to believe in "old fashioned" customer service. Their return policy can't be beat (reflected in merchandise costs). Their telephone support is OUTSTANDING with very short waiting times. The phone support personnel are also very polite, effective and a pleasure to deal with. Kudos to Zappos!

Zappos is one of my favorite online "go-to shoe-store". I love the variety and reasonably priced shoes which Zappos have. The customer service representatives are extremely efficient and very personable. I recommend Zappos to all of my friends and family. Try Zappos, you will not regret it!

Items always arrive quickly, if there's ever a problem they take returns FREE of charge! (this is a huge plus for online shoppers!) Returns are processed quickly.

I am always pleased whenever I shop here.!

I am a VIP member so I get free overnight shipping and free returns. I love their service and selection. I have to admit that their sales may not be as good as other sites so I will only buy from here if I know that I can't get it cheaper elsewhere. For example, Uggs are never on sale so I will def order from Zappos and get them the next day.

I am a bit concerned now because I got an email last week that their system got hacked. They are asking all their customers to change their password and if we use the same password for other sites to do the same.

You keep sending me requests to review this site. I don't know why. The site has only gotten worse. It looks like every other site out there and it has horrible navigation. The navigation is so generic that is is very difficult to drill down to exactly what I am looking for. You should just stop asking me to review this site or change it drastically.

I purchased a bag for 293.25. I got notification that shipping was delayed. A week later they refunded my purchase without my permission and raised the price of the bag to 345.00. I will NEVER shop Zapppos again.

I do genuinely like them... but they are too high... Im sorry. I need them to come down some... but I wont take away from the site. Its just a little too pricey... but seemingly good stuff. I only ordered once..

This is a great site for a shoe addict like me haha. If you make 2-3 purchases a year, you are considered a VIP and they send you significant discount promo codes. I just got one for $30 off! No strings attached. Awesome, I love it.

Shipping times are LONG

I ordered shoes 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped. Zappos used to be better with shipping times. I contacted customer service and they couldn't tell me when they will ship and they wouldn't do overnight shipping to make up for the lost time. Disappointed in Zappos and probably won't use them after this.

I'm very picky about my sneakers. I only buy Etenies, and they are one of the only places where you can still find them. Prices are very reasonable and don't cost any more than they would in a typical store. Shipping is very fast and customer service is excellent!

I wanted shoes from them that they did not have in my size. So, I called them to inquire about a backorder. They said I could wait or buy it from somebody else right now. They found the shoes in my size at a competitor site, and then gave me the contact info. Awesome service! I will always check with zappos first.

Amazing company

I called to purchase a pair of shoes for my mom for her birthday. They were able to locate my order I had placed 3 years ago, and help me to order the same shoe, since they have been her favorite I was able to order in correct size and same shoe. While placing order I mentioned these shoes were a birthday present. The lady helping me asked if it would be ok to send a birthday card to her with her shoes. Wow, everyone in her department signed this card and wrote something incredible. My mom loved her shoes, but absolutely loved receiving their card. Thank you zappos for making my moms birthday amazing, and for helping me to make sure I ordered the correct shoe/size!'

Talk about good service. Zappos store had exactly what I was looking or. I did not trust online shops but this one proved me otherwise. There was a very wide selection to choose from and I dod not have a hard time. What I bought did not dissapoint me. I will still be checking just to be sure. Anyway I am grateful for the great service.

I ordered a gift for my son from Zappos. When I found out that it wouldnt be delivered on time, after being assured it would, I contacted Zappos. Their customer service rep bent over backwards to get that gift to me on time, and then sent me some wonderful gifts to make up for the inconvenience. I cant say enough good things about Zappos. A true stand up company and one that I would highly recommend to anyone.
