Better than expected

I don't usually review online shops, but this time I think it deserves. Here's my story, I've purchase DJI Mavic Pro on Zapals.com on the 15th of Feb 2017. The order process was smooth and the website accepted PayPal payment which is excellent. I've waited for a few days, however the status of the order remained the same "processing". Not having previous experience with Zapals, I've began researching reviews and found it had a lot of negative feedback online. Needless to mention I got worried - it's not a small purchase. I've started emailing Zapals customer service to find out the progress of the order. On the 25th I finally received a tracking number for the order and on the 27th my DJI Mavic arrived. Everything looks in order, no damage during delivery and less than 10 days from China is impressive. I have to say that when people have poor experience they tend to review the online shop, but when it's positive nothing happens. I have to say that my experience (only one order but worth over $1500) was very positive!

Defective product

I bought Xiaomi Redmi Note4 4G Smartphone Order #******* from them in May and i got it after a month. After inspection i came to know that the product was slightly used seems like somebody has already returned it for some reason, well i still tried to keep it but i found the sim card slot defective and then i knew the reason. Hense i send them all the pictures and a 10 min video of it, still they were not satisfied and were making excuses. I finally made them to send it back but they were asking me to returned the package as cheap as possible. It's been almost 5 months since i send it and they keep on insisting that they havn't get any return. I talked to usps and they said they can't track it since it was a cheap service. I lost $185 including shipping and i am still waiting but they stop replying. I request you guys not to deal with them specially if the product is expensive. If they were a good company they would have returned my money by now, but they are cheap as hell. I will keep you guys updated. Thanks

Awesome, no joke

This is the second purchase I have done with Zapals. The first purchase was a Roidmi 3S and the Second Purchase is a Tablet PC both are good quality. The Roidmi 3S came PERFECT just as listing had described the price was great and the service was A++. I would never purchase a vehicle electronics without consulting at live chat and I suggest you do the same. I guarantee you will not be disappointed!

Don't buy a thing from these crooks, I ordered a 2016 Bluetooth Xbox One controller, which was meant to arrive within 5-8 days.
16 days later, I received a cheap, clearly fake, 2013 Edition of the original Xbox One Controller.
The plastic was thin and obviously poorly made, and upon putting batteries in the back, I realised the Microsoft warranty seal had been forged in attempt to look authentic, but hadn't been stuck on properly.
After inserting batteries, I found the real kicker.
IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK.

Complaining to Zapals via email, they made me jump through hoops, which lasted for over a week of sending them the SAME pictures of the product, and several videos of it "not working".

They eventually said I could send it back and they MIGHT refund me, but I would need to pay for the postage.
Demanding they pay for postage as it's their mistake, they wanted a quote, which was roughly £50, and they were VERY quick to issue a refund when they realised their bogus product would cost them more to get it back than to just refund and abandon it.

I urge you, don't touch Zapals with a 50ft pole!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am appalled with the treatment I have received from this company. I ordered a pair of headphones for my Iphone 7. The headphones arrived LATE and they did not work. I contacted the customer support team, and was told that I must send pictures of the headphones in order for them to do anything about it. I asked them how I was supposed to show them a picture of the broken headphones, when the problem was clearly to do with the wire inside. I asked for a refund, and was told they would compensate with a $5 coupon. I live in the UK, so I'm not sure what good that would do for me, and it was also not what I asked for. I was told I would receive this in 5-7 Business days, and it has now been 10 days and I still have not received an email, let alone my refund! Not to mention the countless spelling mistakes in the company email, which not only made them hard to read, but also goes to show how unprofessional this company is! The company then sent me the code for a $5 coupon. $5 equates to £3.90, which is considerably less than what I paid for the product. I sent a final warning email to the customer service team, stating that if I had not receive my refund I would be taking legal action, and was told I would receive this refund within 1-7 business days, IF I agreed to change my review to 5 stars! I said I would absolutely not be conforming the black male they were presenting me with, and that if I did not receive my refund by the date specified, then I would be getting trading standards and fraud action Involved. I then received an email saying the money would be in my account within 24 hours. 2 days later and still no refund! And now they are ignoring my emails. Well Zapals, I have reported you to trading standards and Action fraud, and i trust they will be in touch soon to find out as to why you feel you can withhold my refund- particularity as it states on you website 30 day money back guarantee. I still am waiting for a full refund, and I will leave a review on every website I can until I get it! Absolutely disgusting behavior. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
