My order was refunded without any explanation. I asked their support and they said: "Our payment system is handled by a third party, has rejected this payment due to a potential dispute or chargeback risk. Therefore this order has been automatically cancelled and refunded."
They gave no chance to pay by another card or paypal.

* DressLily attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

This shop is a real scam. 5 months, no item, no refund. They don't answer on emails even after opening a dispute on paypal.
