I bought a Jumper and I'm fully satisfied with my product. Cons: I'm an globe buyer and my experience with the shipping was awful. They lost my shipment on the third day of shipping. I managed to find it by myself (with many phone calls) 7 days later and I had to pick it up by myself in a city located at 35 kilometers of my home.
The freebie arrived on 3rd Friday, ahead of the expected delivery time of the date. I was somewhat concerned about using four colors in the tiny image, but the freebie look fantastic! I'm extremely pleased and would highly recommend it to my friends
This is a decent on-line store I have ever encountered, a website where I can actually communicate with a helpful person, rather than the machine or automatic person about my need. What's more, CRS person actually do know the product very well.

I made an online purchase. My card was charged immediately. A month later I get an email that the item wasn't in stock and that it would take 7-10 days to refund my money. Five weeks without my own money for nothing.

Tim was always patient, answering my endless questions, and offering valuable suggestions and recommendations. I never felt pressured or rushed, and appreciated Tim's honest and thoughtful responses to my questions.
Please avoid this company. I ordered a high frequency wand (order number: *******, shipment number *******), but never received it. I was told it takes between 7 and 45 days to deliver the order. However, after 45 days I was told it could take up to 75 days to receive an order, but to give them time until 15 August. This date is also long gone, but no reaction from them. I requested a refund, yet there is only silence from their side. I do not ever receive a reply to my email. They are happy to take your money, but do not deliver the order and are not willing to refund either.
I placed an order 2 weeks ago with this company. I received a confirmation email with the order I placed. I was told I would receive an email when the items shipped. I never received that email. I contacted them twice through email and they will not return a call or email to me. I checked my credit card online to see if payment went through and this company charged my credit card $41.00 when the item I ordered (and the confirmation email) stated the item price was $29.00. Do not do business with this company if you value getting something for your hard earned money. All they did was rip me off.

It is do depressing that there are companies out there taking advantage of people like this and that it is allowed to happen. I placed an order with Zapals.com unfortunately before reading these reviews. The order arrived with a knockoff of the Fingerling product (even though it was falsely advertised as a Fingerling) and the other item I ordered was not even in the package, they sent me a completely different product (of much lesser value of course). This company is a scam, they took advantage of all of us at Christmas by posting lower prices on items or by showing they had stock in items that we could not find elsewhere, yet they had no intention of providing to us what we ordered. I am disputing the entire charge with my credit card company. I want NOTHING to do with Zapals.com and we can't let them get away with doing fraudulent business.
Plz don't do business with them, it's a fraud company after two months my order is still under processing i have send them lot of mails got one back saying they are busy and i will get my order eventually. Im a country teacher and usually am happy with stuff online especially amazon and ebay. I dont purchase lots but Zapals it by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They offer a 30 day 100% full refund satisfaction guarantee BUT when you try to claim it the form is for a Chinese address and nowhere does it say guarantee OH yes and the post back is paid by you even though the post came from a Sydney address. It is a scam if you have to return anything. I am contact consumer affairs. Also they are so slow in replying. The problem is that the product is defective BUT they dont want to hear about it as it works but when you turn it off etc it resets and doesnt record. Anyway the product is one thing BUT they are truly not worth it - use ebay or something.
Wise choice for tvbox at a reasonable price. These boxes are just what I needed for my partner, and at about 1/3 of the price of the other e-commerce companies! I'm going to be placing another order for good boxes next month!
I bought this bracelet and then the pedometer stopped tracking. Customer service was quick and responsive and all I had to do was charge it. I love it and am buying a few more.
I purchased a EVPad Pro for US $118 (good oversea price)+ $16 DHL express shipping.
After the purchase, I saw the seller (Zapals) reviews and was really worried. The scare turns out to be unwarranted. The item arrived in 8 days in new, good, satisfactory and working conditions.
It took them 4 days to generate the shipment information, 6 days for the parcel to be picked up by DHL and only 2 1/2 days for DHL delivery from Hong Kong to US east coast (including custom clearance, pretty fast. DHL was great).
The customer service personnel are poor in English, unprofessional, but they responded to inquiries, though their answers were not very helpful and kind of funny.
After all, I think Zapals is a young startup company. Give them a chance
