They have stolen $300 from me by sending me a faulty phone and taking over a month to deliver it then taking weeks to get a response about the faulty phone so I can send it back which I did at my expense then no response for 6 weeks to my emails until I put a bad review on another site & then ask me to remove the bad review and they will fix the phone. Well no way zapals you are liers and thieves Don't go near them you will lose your hard earned money.

Customer Service!

When I made my Zapals purchase online. I wanted to use a Zapals coupon that a customer rep Yan was kind enough to issue to me because of a shipping issue. When I made my most recent purchase. I filled in the necessary info correctly, but the credit didn't come off my purchase price and shipping fee. I immediately contacted a Zapal customer rep, who advised me to clear my browser cookies & try again. While I am not totally computer illiterate, I preferred to just have the amount credited to my credit card account since my account had already been charged. With no hesitation, the customer rep. Arranged for my account to be credited in about 3 business days. Done and done! No sweat, no problem. Great service! I've shopped at Zapals for about two months, and happy with their merchandise, prices and customer service.

AMAZING

Very fast service. Ordered on the 4th and delivered on the 15th. Very happy with the selections available. AND I got a free cable just for ordering. Will definitely purchase gear from Zapals.com again.

Don't even bother

BAD EXPERIENCE. So first of all the delivery was very late (2 weeks), then once arrived they had sent out the wrong product. I have emailed, messaged via facebook and instagram and contacted their help page on their website and no reply. Shocking, would NOT recommend!

Rubbish

Zaplas has worst service. I have placed my order in june 2018 and still waiting in august i was told to wait for 10 more days but its been more than 20 days now and i am still waiting. I will never recomend this to anyone. Stay away from zaplas ordering. Otherwise forget about the money you have spend.

Paid a lot of money for a DJI Phantom Drone, early December, it is now february and still no delivery, tracking/shipping details at a standstill, numerous amounts of emails and phone enquiries with local postal service states that item was not scanned into their system, therefore not shipped from China, Zapals customer service states that they have shipped and cannot see why it has not been delivered yet, please check with postal service? Hello, I have checked and I have updated email to customer service almost daily since not receiving my item after the 5 - 8 days (including allowing Christmas and New Year) and still no delivery. It is now being disputed by Paypal, which also may take another month to see whether I am entitled to a refund. This is a lot of money to take from someone and not send an item. Buyer Beware, I wish I was warned before purchase, I would have bought locally.

Awesome shopper

We've used this type of Drone multiple times for our school and they are AWESOME!
Xu and Anny are wonderful to deal with. They are attentive, fast, and professional. Our members love them.
We will be using Zapals for all of our workshops.

They don't answer

Order never received

I placed and order in early November and they say they shipped it but I have nothing. I had emailed customer service 3 times now and I have gotten no responses from them. I will never order from them again.

You will never get your items or your money back! SCAM, SCAM SCAM! Don't believe the good ratings, they are fake accounts from ZAPALS. Shame on this company for stealing money! I have been waiting for months for my items and a refund or even for someone to answer my emails! Shame on Zapals!

I purchased three flashlights, Lumintop IYP365 Cree Titanium.
Zapals provided shipment information which detailed:
1. When product was shipped from their warehouse.
2. When product was shipped out of China.
3. When product was received by USPS.
4. When product was out for delivery by USPS.
Total time was under 3 weeks, as promised.

Items were all as promised and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Suspicious!

I just got an email from Zapals that said they are processing my order and will ship soon. Right, they already charged my credit card. Given the horrible reviews that I've seen online, I canceled the order and canceled the charge on my credit card. I tried to do a review of this on Trustpilot and the site asks for my order number and email address so Zapal can address my concern. This tells me that this is a Zapals controlled site.

I recently ordered an Chuwi Tablet from Zapals, and it was definitely a painless experience compared to what I get used to. I also called in about an unrelated issue with my older Pad, and wasn't really sure about the extent of support i could get without international warranty. Fortunately it turned out to be nothing that couldn't be fixed with a system restore, and the CSR helped me within a very reasonable amount of time

Money Stealing Company!

I ordered a product on December 2,2018. Debited the price immediately from my CC. No more response from Zapals. I send several emails for not receiving my ordered product. Always, receive an immediate auto response saying that they will contact me within 24 hrs. However, no contact or answer to my questions. Then I contacted the CC Bank. They accepted my request and gave me refund of the stolen money by Zapal. Also, they are trying to contact Zapal and proceed with investigation. Zapals is a real cheater and is stealing money from customers. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM ZAPAL!

Bad quality, no refunds

They are using Chinese knockoffs. Bad quality and wont refund money. Ordered 4 earbuds for iPhone 7. All 4 came after weeks of waiting bad sound quality and 1 earbud didn't work on ea set. They won't refund

I purchased 2 dog teeth cleaning items designed to clean dog's teeth as they chewed. These were in pieces in 20 minutes. I sent photo and described problem and Zapals said there was no problem. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THERE IS NO GUARANTEE OR COOPERATION. AMAZON IS MUCH BETTER. Also items take weeks to arrive as they come from Asia

Whenever Pro & Con are "On The Stage", Truth will have to Wait Its Turn. The UnWary might like to blindly believe, but that is when Blindness is self-certified as "20-20 Vision".

Ordered a trial £2.00 item and NEVER received it. The Jokers claim to have sent the item AFTER 2 weeks. In addition, "Zapals" might indicate they have a "Customer Services" email but they DON'T. Being A SCAM, "

Zapals" will NOT reply to ANYTHING. Opened a new account without an address and "Zapals" automatically put my sacrificial email on "Subscription". Since there is NO way of contacting these crooks, glad I went further to verify the veracity of "Zapals". The Inquisitive have been WARNED.
