I have never had to take to the internet complain about a company before but I now make this exception for Zapals.
I ordered a PS4 controller from them and when it arrived it was faulty. I have been emailing them since the 31st of Jan and all I have received is automated responses. It is now the 19th of Feb and not a peep from a real person. Absolutely disgusting service. I will never use them again!
The Pad looks better then I had hoped for, the cooling mechanism and reaction speed is ok. There are enough functions so I can get it customized, good deal.
Excellent. Product arrived On time. All parts correct and hey were the cleanest we've ever bought in the last few months. One thing that I wanna say is that the staff was a good person
I've ordered a Drone from Zapals and received the unit relatively quickly (i'm in *).
I am real happy with my purchase and would highly recommend Zapals to any willing and able soul.
I ordered from Zepals on 26/10/17, they received my order on 27/10/17, shipment confirmed 28/10/17. Received my order approximately 14 days later. On opening the order I noticed that the plastic screw that holds the fuse in on the 12v socket was broken. I sent Zepals an email on the14/11/17 to make them aware of the broken screw. I received an automated reply stating that someone would be in touch. Heard nothing. On the 23/11/17 I sent them another email making them aware that I was not happy. Received another automated reply, but still not heard anything else. It is now 3/12/17 still not heard anything. Have now given up all hope.
Non delivery of items after 38 days, it was estimated 15-30 day delivery.
I've emailed them 3 times and 3 times I've had an automated email returned, obviously nobody at this company gives a xxxx.
I ordered a charger over 2 months ago and have never received it. Countless emails sent and generic replies back. Dont order from these con artists. I have lost money because of these people.
It is a lovely coat with full costume for my pet. It keeps my dog warm and clean from dust. Also very easy to wear. Nice dress for pet I ever saw. Thanks Zapals.
Kindly be carefull with them if u r going to pay u will never get what u ordered like me i have paid shipping for lightning cable n hav'nt got it yet tried to contact zapals n no one replying now
I WILL NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN. I ORDERED A CONTROLLER FOR MY SON WHO IS SITTING BY THE DOOR WAITING FOR IT AND I PAID FOR 10 DAY SHIPPING. HERE I AM 20 DAYS LATER AND NOTHING. EMAILS DONT ANSWERR QUESTIONS THEY JUST SEND A TRACKING NUMBER THAT SAYS THE ITEM IS IN HONG KONG.

I ordered my goods on the 9th April and after 3 emails to customer service I still have heard nothing or received the product. Never again.
Trash company that takes money for expedited shipping and NEVER ships on time. 7-10 day shipping is 22 days. 7-20 is 30+. Customer service is a joke. Their reply is always wait.
