Zapals seem to think that their own terms and conditions overrule any legal protection that consumers have. They are flagrantly ignoring consumer protection laws and refusing to provide minimum warranty legislation by not replacing products (or refunding where replacement is not possible) that develop a fault after 6 months.

I ordered an apple computer charger from them over a month ago. They said it will arrive in 7-15 business days. I asked for a refund as I have not received the charger and it has been around 35-40 days. They said it's still on its way. The USPS tracking shows absolutely no update since 4 weeks ago in china. It's obviously lost somewhere but they are not taking responsibility for their product not making it to me. Their customer service is terrible! Do not shop on this website! I give them a -5 on scale of 1-10. What a waste of time and money.

Orders never arrived

I ordered 5 orders and they are more than 2 months ago and they haven't arrived yet. Some items arrived. I emailed Zapals about these and after 4 days they still haven't replied to me yet. No product, no reply, nothing. Very disappointed with this company. Will probably use Aliexpress again. At least they have a rating system and we can dispute transactions. This one we can't.

Another 1 star added and hope people stay away from this company and give it a bad name it deserves.

A customer pays for an item and gets no response and no product should be punished for their actions. Unfortunately there is no international Ombudsman to adjudicate this matter.

1 star is the the least I could do to warn others. Heed this warning.

PS: I did receive some products from this site. Most of it actually but when a few items don't arrive and there is no response then it is not a pleasant way to do business with.

Take your business to eBay or Aliexpress.

Such a terrible, insulting, and disgusting company. Not only did they make me wait 20+ days for my product to come after condescending and just rude email exchanges back and forth with their support email, when i finally got the package it was a knock off, completely different then what was advertised. They are scam artists trying to make a quick buck, their deals are as fake as the products they sell. I cannot stress enough how much you should stay away from this company. The only solution they gave me after calling them out on it was they would refund me 1/3 of the price I paid because I am a valuable customer which clearly I am not. They then asked me to update my review to a 5 Star positive one because their solution was so good. Such disgusting behavior from such a terrible, scam of a company. Stay away!

It was pleasant with the service I have received from Zapals. They are easy to reach and set up communication. The staff is polite and knowledgeable. They have solved our technical issues. We rarely had any issues after purchase but when we did, they took care of us efficiently. Thank you Zapals!

Delivered on time

I ordered a smart watch with heart rate monitor from Australia, they ordered the product even without delay. Good quality as I was searching for my brother during long time. Its White cold light and 1.3 inch IPS big screen attracted my brother to buy, and I gifted him on his birthday.

Just an update as of Jan 7 2019 - I still have never received my order and never received a response from the company. They have a 'chat' available on their site - but no one answers that either. Don't do business with this company - it's definitely a SCAM.:-(

I ordered my items over a month ago and still have never received it. The order still says 'processing'. I've reached out to customer service twice and still haven't received a response. After reading other reviews (unfortunately, after I already ordered and paid) - I'm doubtful I'll receive my order. This seems like a scam company.:-(

Bought a Xiaomi foldable walking pad, they took the money (make sure to use Paypal), order was processing since 2 weeks, chat with them, they complete the order. Fedex Hong Kong shipment, very well packaged (2 boxes) delivered by Fedex Canada with custom fees to pay. Had to do a lot of research (chinese user manual only), email them a few times they never answer even if they say that customer service is their top priority. 220 V device that comes with a chinese plug; had to buy and adaptor and a voltage converter. Out of the box speed blocked at 3 km, must scan the QR code in the manual, download the app and program the device with your smartphone. When done, speed up to 6 km and I can use it with the remote only (phone is to keep statistics). Important: put the pad on the floor to program it, on a rug, the automated mode is not recognized by the sensors and the pad stops. On the floor, you can complete the programming process with your smartphone. It was a long journey, but it was worthwhile. Super nice-foldable-sturdy pad for home training. Hidden under my couch. I kept the packing box just in case.

Order Never Received!

I placed an order with Zapals on August 6th, 2018. They sent me a
Confirmation and tracking number - HK Post #**************.

It's been way over a month and I still have not received the order. I wrote to them about 4 times, but no one ever responded - so I finally had to open a case with Paypal.

Now when I sign into my account there, it says that I have NO orders placed with them! Bunch of crooks, stay away from this company!

These people are crooks. 3 months after claiming to have shipped an item it has not arrived. After several weeks of emails they now claim the item is being held by "customs". The tracking details they supply are useless. I have supplied them, along with my name and delivery address to my local Royal Mail delivery depot, Zapals claim they have been in contact with RM directly, but they tell me they have no trace of the package. Zapals refuse to refund. Avoid!

Horrible company!

Only thing more stupid then this company was me for trusting them. They didn't deliver my product. They didn't respond to my emails. I'm out money and not sure how to proceed. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Good packaging

The Zapals website was incredibly professional and appealing. Prices were reasonable although some items I was interested in were out of stock. We received the items within a month and found that the company always packaged them safely (lots of bubble wrap). A coupon from a catalog made the sale even sweeter. Thanks so much

Missing order
December 8, 2018

I placed an order in August and it is December- still no order received. I have reached out to customer service but have not heard back. *** UPDATE*** I contacted the company through FB as someone suggested. They refunded my money after that. I can attest that contacting customer service got me no where but writing on their FB really did help.

Bought 2 PS 4 controllers, both were rip offs and had numerous faults. When I sent emai asking for money back I got a quick response saying it was being looked at but referred to a completely different product and bore no resemblance to my original message.

Scam

I have ordered a Portable Lightning to HDMI Adapter for iPhone/iPod/iPad since 11th of May 2018, and it did not arrive. Two and a half month later, I made a complaint on the 31 July 2018 and I was advised my Zou to check with all the local post offices without further assistance as to which post offices. I have spent another four and a half months to check with all the local post offices. I was tired and extremely upset with the service, so I requested a full refund of the product on the 7th of December 2018. According to Zuo, the refund was granted and refunded back into my account, but until today they still cannot provide me a proof of refund and into which account. Whenever I emailed them, they reply with an automatic respond from the system saying that they will get back to you within 24 hours, but as expected nothing happens. This is the worst customer service from online purchasing I have ever experience.

Suspicious

[#GGK-*******] Ticket replied: Order *******

I ordered from them, they took payment, and generated a shipment email swiftly with a tracking ID. After 7 days (delivery on order was 5-8 days) I tried to track the package, but the ID for royal mail isn't valid. I've contacted them, only to get a reply saying the ID is the right one, and that it's a busy time of year, so be patient, but cannot give me an estimated arrival date.

I am not happy. I would not have ordered if there was no assurance of delivery before christmas. They were quick to respond when I was querying my order, but since asking for a refund they are strangely quiet.

Buyer Beware!

Zapals promotes brand name products at amazing prices, but you really get knockoffs of the real thing. Zapals told us when we did some researching that they don't have to adhere to the business practices we use in the USA because they are in China and they can sell whatever they want there. I put it to the test and ordered a NES system and I got a no name system that was broken and arrived late. No refunds or exchanges, the company does not call you back and we are ranking this company a buyer beware! 1 Star because we could not leave zero stars.
