The dress was much too small for the size and smelled bad. I tried to return which is extremely difficult. Nothing easy. I wrote an email almost every day for 19 days. There is no easy way to return. I waited 1-2 days between replies-all evasive. They kept saying sure but then not giving me a label or instructions. Last communication said we can give you 10% off to keep it. I was so tired of it, I said yes. Didn't even get that. Now, I have a useless dress I had to keep because they would not just let me return.
The dress I ordered was really pretty but did not fit well and I need to return it. I emailed the service email twice already with my specific order number and haven't heard anything back. They have a time window of seven days but at this rate I won't be able to. I just lost off $100 because they won't respond to the email I sent to *******@servicezapaka one. Don't buy unless you know you'll keep it.

Ordered three dresses that did not fit. Return is impossible using the instructions they give. VM box is full. No response to Whatsapp. Responded to email three days after I sent saying there is a 7 day window, which I had met, asking for more info and pictures. I sent requested info within 6 hours and have received no additional information three days later.

I order a Mermaid Dark Green Long Dress with Appliques beading since 4/23 and paid extra to expedite shipping and my daughter prom is this Wednesday May 10th. I don't understand why I can't speak to a live person or get the correct shipping tracking number. This is very unfortunate because I thought this website was accurate and legit but clearly, it's not. Now my daughter special day is ruined due to the fact that her dress is not here on time for her event. This experience has been the worst! I ordered a dress for my daughter's prom 4/5/23 early enough to receive and alter if needed. I heard nothing until I reached out asking for an update on 4/18/23 I was told the dress was preparing to ship. On 4/25/23 they tried to say my order was delivered but then on 4/27/23 they informed me that my dress wasn't even handed over to USPS. I had to purchase a second dress for my daughter as this dress was not going to arrive on time. The dress finally arrived on 5/1/23 which was to late to get it. I have been trying to begin the return process since 5/1/23 and it is now 5/5/23 and no one will respond. I just want to send the dress back and get my refund so that I can be done with this company. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM YOU AGAIN.

My order number is ZAPAKAUS*******. I still haven't received any confirmation that my order will be coming. I still don't know if it will be shipped anytime soon. On their website, it says that it should take 6-10 days to ship and it's been longer than that and I still haven't heard back from them. I ordered this dress on April 15th and it just arrived yesterday, May 4th. I tried it on and it did not fit at all. The top was too big and it was not what I expected.
