Chinese site of oriental dresses not at all consistent with the photos. Size very very large. Delivery times are not respected at all. I had made arrangements to order my dress a month in advance for my event and it arrived well after the event. The package took a long time to ship and when it did it got stuck somewhere in Asia for a super long time. The pompom is that the return policy is ridiculously pathetic because you only have 7 days to request receipt of the return and refund procedure. Knowing that they take the liberty of sending you your package whenever they want, however when it comes to after-sales service and refunds, it's up to you to scramble to do that quickly. Very disapointed. I do not recommend this unreliable site.

I would choose no starts but alas you can't. After ordering what I know now is a sub par jacket (quality of which was pretty pitiful for almost $200) we were away at the time on its delivery. On arrival home I opened the jacket to find I ordered the wrong size. I contacted them straight away (on messenger and email) with no response for 3 days. After that time I am informed their return allowance time was 7 days so we are not able to return.
This policy sucks! Not only am I stuck with a jacket 4 sizes too small I can only sell it at a quarter of money originally paid.
I would suggest shopping elsewhere where the return policy is at least achievable in our busy lives and you are getting what you pay for. You guys really disappoint.
I will definitely be letting everyone I can know.

I ordered an item last week, they wouldn't send me a confirmation email or receipt. They wouldn't provide me with an estimated delivery date. I asked to cancel the order, they said they would not refund me my $250. No item, no confirmation, no refund. This is SCAM!
The dress is nice but too big. The advertised 'easy return' appeared to be worth 20% of the dress price as the parcel had to be shipped to China.

I custom ordered a dress only for it to arrive completely wrong, a terrible fit, and made for someone twice my size. I don't know how that happens when you send custom measurements but anyways, I tried to get refunded for any tailoring I would have done and they flat out refused even though it's in their policy. They could only offer me a 15% refund which I have yet to see. Bunch of scammers with terrible customer service.

I have returned my daughter's prom dress 3 months ago and have't received any email regarding refund process. And I email 3 times and chatted through chatting window but the guy in the chatting window just kept saying he don't know any process. I chatted 3 time every 2weeks. Horrible!

I have never been more disappointed in a company. I checked the return policy BEFORE buying. These dresses come from CHINA, so the dresses did not make it in time for the event. It said 10 business days, don't believe that. No one answers the phone number provided. You have to send an email to request a refund within 7 days. Funny how no one contacted us back or emailed us to tell us how to refund. Pass on this company! Poor quality too.

I've been trying to process a return and grt a refund for almost a month. First, you have to email them for return instructions. They take forever to respond and try to have you keep the items (offering a discount) to delay providing the instructions. It takes over a week to get all the info, since they ask for pictures of the item rerurned(ridiculous). I returned the item, with tracking (also had to email photo if the tracking). They received the item on 6/5 and as if today, still no refund. Also, the quality of the dress was very poor!

I would be VERY aware from ordering from this company. The dress ordered arrived 3 days after the event obviously too late to use. When attempting to return the item I had to 'jump thru hoops' to do so. I didn't want to open the package which was sealed from them so as not to compromise the contents and merely return for a refund. BUT, a "Polly Song" listed in the customer service emails insisted on opening the package and taking pictures. So, I reluctantly did, but they kept coming back stating unable to open the pictures?! I even tried calling the customer service number listed which was NEVER answered. They have worn me down so I'm going to donate the dress to an organization that provides dresses for girls unable to afford to purchase their own. DO NOT use these folks if customer service or a return is needed. I guarantee I will sway anyone considering using them far away from them. "BUYER BEWARE"!

This is my second warning. Do not order from this company. I hav been trying for weeks to get a refund and I keep getting a automated email with my tracking number and directions to contact USPS. Tyw tracking number is USELESS. The package never attempted bed to the USA so there is nothing for USPS to track. I am out $250 and two prom dresses. We did Rent the Runway which was perfect.

I successfully ordered dresses from Zapaka twice and was fairly satisfied. The 3rd time I did not receive my order. I contacted customer service and was notified that once the order left their facility, they were no longer responsible. I have no way of contacting the shipping company and have therefore thrown my money away as I'm left with no order. I will not order from them again!

The dress had no size and forget returning it as shipping will cost more than the dress and they will only refund a minsly 10% doesn't even cover what you paid for shipping I will never purchase from here again and will make sure everyone I know doesn't fall for this company.

This is a China based company, all they do is take your money and send you nothing. I bought 2 dresses for prom on April 25th and until today I have not receive anything and they refuse to refund my money.
My mistake is paying through PayPal, again this is a Chinese company as well and will not refund my money. I am now desputing the charge through my bank but its not easy, becuse I paid throug pay pal and not a credit card. Buyer be aware! This Company will keep your money!

My daughter ordered a dress from this store. It did not fit. Zapaka claims they will refund your money, but they do not. The website promises a full refund, but is vague about how to receive it. I sent 10 emails asking where to return the dress. I received occasional responses, asking me to send a picture of the dress (which I did), reminding me that they would not pay my shipping, and finally begging me to keep the dress at a discount, but never disclosing the address for returns. Finally I sent the dress back to the return address on the package and Zapaka wrote to say I'd sent it to the wrong place and there'd be no refund.

Its been 42 days and my dress for prom has not arrived. The company keeps saying, "it is in transit" and "thank you for being patient". They have ruined prom. I ordered a dress on April 23rd and was guaranteed 3-5 day delivery. On April 29th the item had not shipped and was past the guaranteed delivery day. On April 29th I emailed the refund department and requested the item not be shipped and that I expected a full refund. I no longer had a use for the dress because the event had passed now. Since then I have 11 different emails asking me to reconsider and that the sent the item anyway. The item wasn't shipped until May 9th. They had 10 days to cancel the order and stop the shipment. I have refused delivery and the company is still giving me the run around about my refund. I have no respect for this kind of business. I would not buy anything from this site unless you want a headache and to lose money.
