I took the risk ordering from this rando site and I regret it. I ordered a bridesmaid dress and the bra was all the way up to my collar bone and very poor quality. I went to return it outside the 7 day return window and no flexibility was offered by customer service, even though I explained that I had ordered multiple bridesmaid dresses and 7 days was not enough time to make a decision. I was refused an escalation to a manager. Do not order from here!

Had a reply later blaming the logistics team only after threatening to report them.A month later I still have not received my order and I am over their bad service and useless apologies. Ordered a week ago, still don't have a shipping confirmation. Paid an extra $50 for express shipping that said the item would be received in 5 days. When I emailed the company, they said it would take at least 2 weeks and have not responded to numerous emails since! I want a refund now and simply no reply. Have taken up the dispute with my bank.

I had previously bought several dresses from Zapaka and though the craftsmanship was a little off (stiff zippers, loose threads, that sort of thing), I liked the items I received. However, be very careful when purchasing from their website as their customer service is NON-EXISTENT.
Recently I accidentally purchased a dress (order number ZAPAKAAU*******) in the wrong colour. Immediately realising my mistake, I contacted customer service via the 'Contact Us' form on their website AND an email to '*******@zapaka.com', asking them to please cancel the order (I did exactly as their FAQ section instructed, see attached image). I received no response. I sent at least 3 or 4 additional emails to confirm that they received my cancellation request. Silence. I was then notified by email that they had shipped out my order in the colour I had been requesting to return. Naturally, I was angry. I waited to receive the order in the event that they simply swapped out the dress and put in the correct colour, but they didn't. To add insult to injury, the dress was too big (despite me having previously ordered a size small in other dresses with the same shape/silhouette, and those fit correctly). I doubt I'll ever order from this site again.

I ordered from them a few weeks back thinking this would be a UK made product since they didn't state it was from China. I was surprised to see that the order was not dispatched until about 5 days later. Then I saw it was shipped from China.
Since it was already shipping, I couldn't cancel. When it arrived, I tried refunding only for me to discover it has to be returned to China. It would cost £65 for a £150 product to post.
I emailed them and all they could say was either I return it and incur the cost, or they offer me 20% refund. Considering the suit didn't fit, it is absolutely useless to me.
Due to the difference in measurement with China, I try and avoid products from there as I have been burnt too many times.
They are totally unhelpful and I would shop with them again even if my life depended on it.

While the dress I ordered was what I expected it did not fit and zapaka has a 7 day return policy. I emailed several times, and never heard back, I placed several calls and was unable to speak to anyone and also used chat forum with no success. I am now stuck with a dress that does not fit. Don't order unless you know the dress will fit because you will not be able to return it. I will never purchase from here again!

I recently bought a dress off this site and as I am based in Australia, I understand it will take time to arrive BUT I never received a conformation email. Checking my transactions I definitely did pay for this dress as at first thought the transaction didn't go through. I wanted a refund on a couple of dresses I purchased, as they were too small. I followed all the instructions given to me by Zapaka, but when the dresses reached the correct destination in China, they were refused and sent back to me. Despite me reaching out to the company several times since, I have heard nothing back from them. I wouldn't use this company again.
Helped order dress for family member. Took measurements which equalled a Large on their size chart. Dress are sized by numbers so selected AU14 as this best matched Large. With express shipping. No email confirmation. No tracking info. I followed up for this info & dress arrived the next day. No tags on dress but dress bag is marked US10 (which should be an AU14) however its small. I would size up. 7 emails later I got a reply and offer to refund. Dress is lovely and happy with quality. Just terrible to communication with if sizing is not right.
I tried to initiate a return within their very short (7 day) window and once they finally responded, they would not give me the address to return to. My dress cost almost 200$. Ordered this dress in picture as I loved the colour and design. Firstly, the dress did take a while to tailor and to process to be shipped and had emailed zapaka a few times and got lots of reassurance from them as I was scared it wouldn't come on time. Also reading many reviews I thought I was getting scammed so I was so close on taking action to getting my $300 back.
The shipping process was extremely fast (expedited) I had ordered 3rd of July and came July 25th. When it came it looked exactly like the photo and it fit really well ( a bit long but that's okay) the detail was on point very shinny and the colour was a really nice colour. The colour is more accurate on the photo I provided than a photo you can find in their website of a person wearing it and the colour of dress looked lighter. The back is stunning very open back and overall the best formal dress to wear. Definitely recommend
This company is a scam company that ships inferior, ill fitting costume like clothing and refunds are not possible even though they say so. I've been waiting over a month and now they have stopped returning my calls I wish I had read all the awful on line reviews first. Complete waste of time and money. Total scam do not use this company!
I placed an order for my daughter's graduation formal, received a dress in the same colour but completely different style. It was a nightmare trying to contact the seller for a refund, emails after emails and via online chat. I requested Zapaka to pay for return shipping to which they declined. According to their 'policy' return shipping is to be paid by customers even though WRONG item was shipped by their warehouse. I would give them zero star if possible.

I bought size AU8 shoes from their Australian website. The shoes came marked size EU39 which is the equivilent to AU8. However the shoes were not an EU39, they were tiny and more like an EU36. I sent multiple photos to them showing them they were incorrectly sized but they just kept denying there was a problem. Very difficult to deal with. Their shoes are in the middle of the photo with 3 shoes. The other shoes are both my own size EU39 shoes. I also left a negative review on their website which they have not uploaded.

Ordered 2 dresses from Zapaka and paid in full. Zapaka informed me that they could not fulfill part of the order and issued a refund for the cost of the item. Zapaka has refused to refund the cost of shipping the cancelled dress. Effectively they've charged double the shipping cost. Screenshots of the difference in shipping costs were sent to Zapaka. Instead, they've threatened that a refund of the shipping cost of the cancelled dress will prevent the other dress from being shipped. Upon informing Zapaka that this matter will be raised as a dispute with PayPal resulted in the following response:
"We just want to inform you that if you file a dispute, it will be hard on our end to issue you a refund.
Hoping for your kind understanding regarding this matter."
Beware, through no fault from us, Zapaka charged us double the shipping, refused to refund the shipping cost of the dress they cancelled, threatened the part of the order they fulfilled and tried to coerce me into not escalating the matter as a dispute with PayPal

Answer: You can technically get a hold of them via the live chat but they are super unhelpful and slow. Terrible customer service.
