I ordered a dress from here, and within a day of receiving it I emailed to see if I could return it as it did not fit (and was not the same color as the image). Have since emailed 3 times about a return with no response. Super disappointing!

I ordered a dress that took forever to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong color and a really scratchy cheap material. I returned the dress and followed their fussy instructions, including having a tracking and uploading photos of the package and postage receipt. They have had the dress for 26 days and have not returned my money. They just keep responding in broken English telling me thank you for my patience. RUN from this company...it's a SCAM.

I made an order. I waited for my package mistakes were made with the USPS. They delivered the package to the wrong apartment. I was in contact with Zapaka and the USPS. The USPS apologized with an email insisting me to contact Zapaka for a refund. I was in contact with Zapaka they were speedy on responding when I hadn't had news from the USPS. But as soon as I forward the email from the USPS and asking for a refund they stopped responding. I understand it wasn't a mistake they made but it wasn't mine either. The only one loosing here was me. They had to have refunded me the money back since it wasn't my fault either. Horrible

It's only been a bit over 3 weeks but this company is not confidence inspiring. I have asked each week for shipping and delivery details and get no response other than the initial "one item of your order is on its way" 8 days after the order date. I only ordered 1 item! And the TNT "tracking number" that they initially gave me isn't recognised by TNT! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering; even though Miss 18 fell in love with the dress, it isn't worth the "will it get here in time"! I fear the positive reviews maybe fake, they seam a little too mushy. Here's hoping this may draw the company's attention!

Refund of ZAPAKAJP1805

Zapaka sent me a wrong dress color & they told me to re-order again then send back the wrong dress and that they will refund the whole amount plus the shipping costs which i paid extra for sending back the wrong dress. They promised a refund within 5-10 days on 7th of September and I haven't received my money yet as of today. They aren't even reacting to my messages anymore. They confirmed that they will refund me, why is it so difficult to refund a simple dress?

Wish I had checked the reviews here, I ordered 3 dresses, none of them fit well. I had to pay shipping both ways and pay the 15% restocking fee, all of which ended by being quite a bit of money down the drain.

Poor customer service

I made an order with Zapaka a few weeks ago for an event. I've been trying to get an update on where they are as I was told several days ago that they were on the way to the shipping company and I'd receive an update soon - but I haven't received an update or tracking number and my emails and the live chat have not been answered.I was also asking if I could get expedited shipping to make it faster but nothing (there was nothing to choose from in checkout). I'm very worried that the dresses won't arrive in time for the event now.ZAPAKAAU*******

I purchase a dress for my wife. I never got the dress. After a month of trying to find out what happened they never responded. I'm forced to try and get my bank to issue me a refund. They are overseas in China and will not respond to you. They will rip you off.

FRAUD

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. No one answers the phone, no agents are on the chat. The company's website makes it look like it's based on the US west coast, but it's in China. We ordered a dress and 6 wks later it's still not here. I've filed a fraud claim w my CC. Only order from here if you want to lose money.

Took a risk

I have never ordered a dress online and tbh I was rly skeptical about ordering off this website but I took a risk and it actually came! Fits like a gem and looks just like the picture. I emailed the company several times because it took a while for the dress to ship and I was nervous. It ended up coming in around 3 weeks and it is beautiful. Came in time for my event!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's homecoming and it took forever. When it did arrive well past the time line I was given for deliver, it did not fit and I had no time to return it. It took forever for anyone to respond, I had to email twice each time to even get a response and now they want to tell me that I have to pay for the shipping and restocking, because under the return policy, it states that there is processing time (the same amount of time as the delivery), which if I would have known I would have never ordered the dress. Nothing they will do and they only have a 7 day return policy, but do not respond to you. Terrible customer service, do not buy from them.

I bought two dresses and needed to return one. Their return policy is fraudulent. They don't accept returns …they keep sending back messages requesting information and make you send photos but they never send information as to where to send product back to. It took weeks longer to receive products too because it shops from China! The operation has no ethical code.
My friend also bought a dress which never showed and they didn't refund. Terrible!

Zapaka should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered two dresses for my daughter to choose between for a family wedding the last week of August totaling $285.18. Once the order was placed I never received any updates - no shipping confirmation email, no status updates, NOTHING. The dresses still handle arrived over three weeks later and we are forced to scramble for an alternative at the last minute. When we arrived home from the wedding September 25 the dresses had arrived. I emailed to ask how to return the dresses as we didn't need them and they responded saying the dresses weren't eligible for return because they had been delivered while we were gone and the SEVEN DAY return window had closed. Absolutely abysmal service.

Ik zal nooit meer iets bij dit bedrijf bestellen. Ik heb schoenen besteld in maat 42 hebt opgestuurd gekregen maat 40 deze passen niet, veel te klein. Na contact gehad te hebben met de klantenservice krijg ik te horen dat ik op eigen kosten deze schoenen mag terugsturen en dat ze dan ook op eigen kosten de goede maat weer naar mij sturen. Ik vind dat de fout niet bij mij ligt maar bij hun. Hun hebben de verkeerde schoenen; het verkeerde product opgestuurd, en dan moet ik de verzendkosten voor retour betalen omdat dat hun retour beleid is. Ik mag de schoenen houden met korting op de koopprijs, dus ik heb nu schoenen in huis die mij niet passen voor een korting's prijs. Kort samengevat ik heb er niks aan, het was hun fout en ik zit met verkeerde schoenen.

I should have known better!

Why did I order from this site? We received my daughter's offer today. It was a homecoming dress for $119. Not cheap.
The dress is laughably, embarrassingly poorly made. The skirt is about 14 inches long. Not long enough to wear in public. I should have known better. I sent an email to their customer service department and I am hoping for a prompt response. Until then, I will warn other mothers and daughters on every website I can about this low quality merchandise. Such a shame!

I ordered a dress (for $324) for a black tie event I have coming up. Normally I'm an AU24, but their size chart indicated my measurements would be an AU32. I thought this was strange, but followed their suggestion and bought the 32. The dress didn't even come close to zipping up. At best, I would say it is an AU18.

It's horrible that these websites are essentially lying about the size of their clothing in order to make it appear that they have an extended size range. Trying to find a formal dress has been a really stressful experience as a plus size person, so to be scammed after finally finding something you like is really disappointing.

The quality was also horrendous - it didn't look anything like the photo on the website. The stitching was a mess, and the boob cups were stiff and sat awkwardly (also didn't go anywhere near covering my bust and were probably a C cup, if that).

Their returns policy makes it obvious this is a drop shipping company - only a 7 day window and you have to email/WhatsApp them to get instructions for returns rather than having an easy application process like actual legitimate websites.

I sent several messages on WhatsApp with no reply within the 7 day window, and when I started emailing outside of this window they finally replied to tell me they could not process the return. I replied and asked for them to make an exception given I had been trying to contact them within the 7 day window, and because the product was not what I ordered, and they have not replied.

Do not buy from this website! It is a scam. They send you faulty products with misleading size guides and charge you ridiculous prices for cheap, low quality dresses. I've bought nicer dresses from Shein, and their sizing is accurate.
