After ordering 3 times in a year and a half, I've learnt my lesson. Thinking that the hair being damaged or not lasting was my fault or my stylists, realizing it's just Zala hair. After receiving my last shipment, waiting a month, and being charged 80.00 in customs! They sent me the wrong length! They wanted me to ship it back and wait for them to approve it, THEN they would ship me my proper hair, which I PAID FOR! Horrible customer service. Save your money and time!

Sent me hair extensions looked nothing like color in photos... put hair right back in box and mailed out next day... will not refund 151.00, nothing. They try and say not returned same condition, this is fraud, scam for money. Don't expect a refund at any condition

I've been receiving extensions professionally installed for over 6 years. I've even purchased higher quality bundles of hair off of Amazon.

This is clearly synthetic hair. It's only 4 washes in and it's turning into dreads daily and worse when washed. I used a whole bottle of their conditioner and it would not work my fingers through.

They have no customer service number and will stop replying to your emails and do not honor their guarantee.

Do not buy unless you want to pay a super high price for fake synthetic hair that will begin slowly melting as you straighten or curl it.

Human hair should be able to be hit with medium heat on a straightener with no issue. Their customer service is basically telling me not to use styling tools on this "100% human hair"

Why would a company selling human hair tell you that you can't use heated styling tools on it?

I paid $400 for this fake synthetic crap. Trying to get my bank to dispute now.

I have Bought a lot of clip ins in my time, but these by fair were the absolute worst. I've had them for less than 2 months and they look awful. They are shorter and super dry. I take Care of them. Even ordered the shampoo conditioner and revive me spray from their website. They're literally falling apart and the hair quality is just garbage. I wish I would Have spent my money elsewhere.

All good so far

I would not have ordered if I checked here first! However, I did order the human hair seamless clip in extensions in Champagne. The blonde tone is a good match. Out of the box they seem perfect. I have only worn once with no issues. I also purchased the pony tail extension but have not worn yet.
I will update this review if I start to have issues. Based on other reviews I would suggest avoiding this business but my experience has been fine. Even the expedited shipping arrived sooner than expected.

I recently purchased the 7 piece clip in extensions 24 inch Remy hair. Initially I was quite happy with my purchase. On the very first wear however only 30ins after wearing them I noticed they tangled quite easily. I thought perhaps it was because of how much hairspray my stylist may have used. On second wear my hairdresser mentioned to me they were definitely not 100 percent human hair. More like 80 human and 20 synthetic. She could tell by how they styled but also because the synthetic sticky substance comes off on the heating tongs even when their set lower than recommended usage. Was quite disappointed. While their not the dearest extensions on the market. Their certainly not the cheapest. Especially xonaidyrhwor advertised as 100 human hair and double drawn. Their actually not

Not a trustworthy site

I ordered extensions and 14 days later tracking said they hadn't been shipped yet. I paid for expedited shipping. Here I am over a month after I ordered waiting for my refund they told me I was going to get. Lots of back and forth with the "agents." I do not recommend ordering from Zala, this is the second time I've had issues and I will never order from this site again. I had to click on a star in order to send my review but the one star I gave does not count I give them -5 stars.

Tape ins

I ordered 40 pieces of tape in extensions and literally 2 days later when I went In the shower all the extensions fell out like as if they wasn't even glued in. Crazy, and their customer service sucks they tried to blame my stylist for this when clearly it's their product because I took the same extensions and bought new tapes to use for the hair and it didn't happen again. So that being said 100 percent their fault for having $#*!ty adhesive on their tape ins.

I've ordered many times had a few little issues but today topped them. I added 1 9 piece set of extensions to my cart went to pay looked normal didn't do afterpay just used my debit and put standard delivery. My bank account notified me I was being charged 3 times for the same amount from the same place. I tried looking for a customer service phone number they have NONE. I tried looking for a live person to chat they have NONE. I emailed customer service they finally got back to me hours later and said they would have to look into it and get back to me. Still waiting. Honestly the extensions are not nice enough for all the hassle and definitely not worth $900.00. If you purchase be prepared to be out almost 1000 I'll write another review when I find out how it's handled.

Do not buy from here if you live in the UK!

Online chat willing to leave out information regarding refunds. I ordered a product worth £111 inc shipping and it cost me £60 to send it back. £20 to post it (which is not covered) £10 for restocking and £30 that you lose ordering it in the first place. DO NOT BUY if you aren't sure you are going to keep it. I got refunded £13 for a £90 product.

I would give a 0 star review if I could. These are the worst extensions I have ever had in my 4 years of having weft hair. They get so tangled, shed so fast, and genuinely look horrible. I am almost positive they are not real hair they look so bad.don't waste your money and buy literally anything else!

Worst extensions ever!

Do not buy from this company. I am taking them to fair trading after being sold unwearable extension that knot and matt no matter what you do do them. They have offered no solution or any type of compensation to the faulty product I have been sold.
I have had tape extensions for 9 years and have used many different brands. I look after them very well and change them every 6 months. These photos are after washing then and using hair masks in the shower to try and stop the tangling. I have used the same hairdresser and products for the whole 9 years so nothing has changed.
I wasted $500 on these extensions and they have ended up in the bin.

DISGUSTING SERVICE
December 15, 2021

I ordered a ponytail piece from ZALA. The Courier Company claim they don't have the correct address. I contacted them immediately to give the correct one. THREE MORE TIMES they stated they didn't have my unit number.
I contact ZALA. They didn't want a bar of it. In fact were rude and dismissive to me. I am yet to see my product and am out of pocket $300+
I have lodged a complaint with an external agency as this is not acceptable. I missed the events that I wanted the hair piece for and have asked for a refund which has fallen on deaf ears.
I highly suggest not purchasing from this company. Absolute disgrace.

Worst customer service Ive ever experienced... my kitten stepped on my keyboard and I ordered the wrong color. No biggie right, they didnt even have it in stock... so I immediately contacted customer support and ultimately they refused to grant me a cancellation. Thats desperate for $ they must treat everyone poorly.

This hair is literally horrible I did everything in my power to save these 800 dollars worth of clipins. They Mat and tangle also shed I will be doing a review for YouTube. My hair blends perfectly fine but you can not convince me that this isn't synthetic hair I will never purchase from them again!

Really crappy quality & customer service

I have spent almost $1000 with this company over the span of my history with them. Originally I bought 3 wefts for my wedding & those help up ok I only had those in for about 1 month.

So I decided to buy again in a lighter shade this time spent $300 for 2 bundles. I paid $200 for someone to install them too. Well I have had them less than a month and they are already so so dry and turn into a rats nest within one hour of my not brushing it. When I do brush it tons of split ends fly everywhere too.

I contacted customer support because I'm not happy with this quality and all they told me is to buy a brush for my purse and some revive spray. It's really bad, definitely go with higher quality hair. I expected this hair to at least last me 4 months. I use pureology and use minimal heat there's no reason my hair should look like this in such a short time span

Horrible hair and customer service!

I took a chance and ordered hair from this company. I usually use Bombshell and like their hair but I wanted to try a new company. I had the tape in hair applied and cut and after one wash it looked like back combed doll hair. I was shocked at how bad it was. It's unmanageable and I can't even straighten it. I don't even think it's real hair. The company feels like a scam. They take your money and send you a defective product and then will not make it right.

Purchased there 24 in clip in hair extensions. They we're constantly getting tangled and matted even though I brushed them a few times a day. They kept falling out of my hair (the clips are awful). I also own other hair extensions and don't have this issue. I even contacted them and they would not refund my money even though there product is defective. I recommend to get hair extensions through glam seamless there extensions are great quality and real hair.
