Zager Guitars number one goal, in my experience, is to make sure the customer is happy! The Guitars are as advertised. They play as smooth as silk or as some might say, like butter. The real test was after playing for 3 hours at night and then the next morning playing again for a while and no finger soreness. No buzz in the strings, barre chords are easy to hold and everyone wants to try that new guitar. Great job Zagers!

Being retired gives me time, time to play my Zager! Being retired also means my hand strength is somewhat diminished due to arthritis. That's why I love my Zager so much. It's extremely easy on my hands and fingers, looks great, and sounds fabulous. I've played Martins, Gibsons, and Taylors and my Zager equals or surpasses them in every way. Zager customer service is also top notch. The few times I've had a question I've received an answer within hours. I am one satisfied customer.

I'm 54, I've owned several different moderately priced average guitars over the years. Been playing since I am 9. The other guitars have been okay, but in the back of my mind has been -- I could really take my playing to another level with a better guitar. So I really wanted to buy a premium instrument. Just received my guitar and i am very happy to open it up tune it and begin to play. It is beautifully made and the sound is rich with a deep resonance. After adjusting the string height it was easy to play. Light touch is all you need. Case was exceptionally made as well. It took awhile to get it because of high demand and pandemic related shortages. The wait was worth it though.

I bought my Zager years ago, on a whim, because I was sure there was no way it could live up to its advertising. Boy, was I wrong! Right out of the case, it played like a dream. In fact, I liked it so much, I bought another one for a gift to a young woman who was just learning to play. The sound on these guitars is smooth and mellow and the action is awesome. What a great way to help build a beginner's confidence. Buy one--you will NOT be sorry. I still love mine!

The guitar seems to be so far "over the top" sound wise. I bought a discounted 20E and could find no flaws on it at all. The sound is impeccable! Easy play, is right. I just want to keep playing and learning more new songs.

My Zager 900-AE full body just arrived. It is gorgeous and the craftsmanship looks flawless. But how does it sound? The reverberation out of the big box is unreal. It came totally in tune, didn't even have to adjust or micro tune even a string! Only had just a few minutes to sit down and play, wow, what an instrument. I can't wait to play more, already I feel the difference in my fingers. Looking forward to playing Ventura Highway tonight completely. This guitar appears to be a great value for the money, and it's not cheap, and it's still a value! Your shipping policy & guarantee are unreal and quite honestly the no-risk guarantee got me over the hump and made me order it... and I'm not shipping this baby back. It's mine,... all mine now. Glad Godsmack didn't take it.

Purchased my guitar from Zager about a year ago. It is fantastic in every way. And what is also truly fantastic is their customer service. I wanted to buy some additional guitar picks because I had worn the ones I had been given by them out. Instead of charging me for them, they just sent me a new batch for free. It may seem like a small thing but handling the small things well is a big thing.

I love my new Zager Parlor guitar. The tone is outstanding. It is very playable and I love to just pick it up and play a tune. I own several high end guitars and this Zager handmade is as good as any guitar I have ever played. Aesthetically and musically this Zager Parlor guitar is top of the line. If you are looking for a new, playable guitar with great tone and sound, I highly recommend a Zager guitar. The Service was outstanding. The Zager family treated me wonderfully.

Received my new Zager on 5/17/20 2 days riot to initial projected delivery date. The guitar came in a beautiful light weight molded high end case with a built- in humidity monitor. The guitar fit beautifully and perfectly. The guitar itself was absolutely gorgeous, great workmanship and quality woods. The sound and volume really fills the room. The deep bass, mid range very robust and powerful. Intonations are perfect on all strings. The setup is very low and really makes playability easy on the fingers, and For me that was key because I have a diabetic neuropathy that affects my fingers. I love playing this guitar and have trouble putting it down. All high end tuners and electronics make this guitar a great buy for the money. The best of all is customer service. These people make you feel like family, they listen and seem to bend over backwards to accommodate the customer. Great value and great service. How can you go wrong?
