My 900 OM CE Cutaway arrived safe and sound. I must share with you it exceeded even my highest expectations. I have not put it down for three days now. It looks beautiful, sounds superb and plays flawlessly.

I play primarily through the Bose L-1 "pole" system. Let me tell you, it sounds like heaven. Zager include a sound hole damper for playing through the system. Of course, unplugged sounds just as perfect. It's a beautiful piece of craftsmanship and is a joy to play. The best way to explain it is that your fingers seem to glide through the song.

I received my Zager guitar in perfect condition. The case it came in was super nice. I tuned it up with the built in tuner. Outstanding customer service, quality construction and playability. My wife got me the 80CE Aura for Christmas. It is an absolutely beautiful guitar both in looks and play. Construction quality is flawless and it plays superbly. The action was higher than I like so I lowered it after following the help videos. Recommend viewing the help videos on string height before making any adjustments. It all makes good sense how they are set up. I already gigged with it and it's a player. This guitar will do anything.

Just a quick note of thanks for recommending and delivering my 80 Series Orchestra Model. At age 71 my arthritis limited my chord formations and playing duration. Right out of the case I plucked an F chord and several bar chords effortlessly. Now all I want to do is practice, practice, practice thanks to my Zager guitar's accommodating size, forgiving keyboard and older player design.

I can't begin to say how happy I am with my Zager guitar. I'm always skeptical about buying something site unseen, but I couldn't be more ecstatic. I have had many guitars in my life and this instantly became my favorite. It's so easy to play and sounds amazing. I can't express enough, how great the customer service is at Zager! I've had several picks break on me, and Zager not only replaced the one that was broken, but sent a whole new set just in case I got a bad batch of picks! Now, I contacted Zager asking about their neoprene sponges for their humidifier. I asked if I could but another sponge, or if I had to buy the whole unit. Their response? "We'll send you a new one at no cost!" This was after I told them I destroyed it by using bleach on it to get rid of mold! Customer service next to none! I'm a Zager fan for life!

This guitar plays much easier then my Yamaha that cost me around the same price. I thought the Yamaha was easy to play until I received the Zager. My Zager guitar truly sounds better than my other high-end guitars.
It's truly deep acoustic sound and it's really easy to play it.
I've been played Taylor, Martin, and Gibson but Zager is truly a work of art.
Price point, I kinda regret that I've been paid too much for following big name brand.

I am a beginner on the guitar and have been at it for just short of a year. I had been playing a Martin D Jr until I received my Zad900 OM. The OM size is perfect for me, small hands and short arms. The first thing that hits you is the absolute beautiful workmanship. The finish, the rosewood and spruce and inlays are a piece of art. Most importantly though I found myself paying better in just a few minutes and the sound was so full and clean. I feel like my guitar playing is really advancing now after being stuck on a plateau for a few months. I can't wait to play for my instructor next week. He will be surprised.
