Just received my Parlor guitar the other day. It is a beautiful, well made instrument with great sound! And it is so much fun to play compared to my full size ones. I didn't want to put it down, never had so much fun playing a guitar like I did with this Parlor. With the shorter neck and smaller body, I am just all over it! I get too serious with my full size guitars, with the Parlor I just let my guard down and had fun and I think I played a little better too. It was obvious I was having a good time. Thanks for a great well made instrument. Looking forward to my next one

My Zager ZAD80 OM arrived a few days ago and I couldn't be happier with it. The solid cedar top gives it an incredibly warm, rich tone unlike any guitar I've ever heard. It's super comfortable to hold and the neck is perfect for my small hands. Not to mention it's stunning to look at. I was a bit nervous about buying a guitar that I had never seen or heard, but after receiving an email from the Zagers literally minutes after placing the order my mind was at ease. Denny Jr. Was always available to answer any questions that I had. They offer free return shipping if you are dissatisfied with your guitar, but I can't imagine that anyone would need to use it. I would recommend a Zager guitar to anyone who is looking for incredible sound and craftsmanship.

I recently received my new Zager guitar, and signed up for the lessons too. I'm so excited about owning this treasure! The quality and attention to detail is incredible, and Dennis even signed the back of the guitar in gold. When I first took it out of its case (free with the guitar), I strummed the strings and the clarity and sound is exceptional. Thank you for continuing to make these fine guitars! Prior to and after the purchase, when chatting with Dennis, he replied immediately to my questions.

Just received my new ZAD20CE and couldn't be happier with it or the customer service through the process. Everything was just as I had read and been told in emails from Dennis Jr. I actually ordered it on July 4th and even on a holiday Dennis replied to my multiple questions. I immediately noticed the low action setup and can practice longer than I had been able to on my Ibanez. It is beautiful as well and it will not be sent back!

Guitar arrived promptly (along with pick and t-shirt) and in tune, straight out of the box. Zagers addressed my questions immediately and I felt it was like having them here in conversation in my living room. Handsome guitar, nice bright sound, comfortable action, strap attachments conveniently located, still playing around with the pickup but it seems fine so far. Website info and live demonstrations very clear and informative especially in discussion of ways to reduce string buzz (Low action takes some getting used to.) Overall, very satisfied.

I love this instrument to learn and practice singing songs with. Its ease of play makes a beginner like me feel at home, and comfortable, and I am enjoying playing this guitar. The enjoyment is the key factor in being able to continue learning and playing, so I highly recommend it. I am a student of guitar for about 45 years, but only in the last year of owning this guitar have I finally made some significant progress.

Dennis Zager has engineered his guitars to truly be easier to play. First, to hear clearly EVERY note in a chord/arpeggio is a revelation. I was concerned that the slight increase in nut width wouldn't make a big difference in my playing/sound, but it is incredible! As others have noted, I find I can play/practice far longer than I can on my other acoustic and electric guitars. Either Zager's ARE easier to play, or I'm much better than I thought! The hard case is by far the best case I own. The instrument itself is flawless in finish, and the details are exceptional, and beautiful. The sound is great, and I know it's going to get even better. The Fishman Aura equalizer is great, and if I could stop playing, I'd spend more time figuring that out. This is the best sounding, playing, and looking guitar in my house-

I received my new Zad50 last week and everything about the experience was top notch, from the information, customer service, responsiveness and delivery. The case that arrived with my guitar is fantastic, and the guitar itself was all I could have hoped for and more. It was expertly constructed and finished and has a great sound even with be new. I watched acoustic guitar reviews for hours and hours and came across Zager Guitars. I was highly interested in a hand made quality acoustic guitar with a quality Sitka Spruce top and with Indian Rosewood back and sides. Zager produced the quality acoustic I was looking for and they had so many testimonials on line along with a 100% return satisfaction guarantee. I was a little skeptical, but took the chance and when the ZAD900CE arrived, it was an amazing guitar with excellent craftsmanship, playability, and sound! It was well packed and with care. The Custom Hard case is top notch as well.

It easily competes with the Martin D-45's, Gibson J-45, Taylor 914ce, and the Santa Cruzes, but at a superior price point because they sell direct. It provides an excellent mid range. I am an intermediate player moving up and the ZAD900CE is a life time keeper! It plays as well or better as my old custom setup and it sounds amazing and has the volume to play live and be heard. At this price point new, the ZAD900CE is in a class all by itself! The big names new are all around 5K+.

I ordered a ZAD900 CE Anniversary Edition last fall. It is a beautiful guitar, with a wonderful sound and the advertising is TRUE... it is the easiest playing guitar I own. I have a 1973 Martin D-35, a 1951 Martin 00-18, a Guild D-35 steam back, and a Godin acoustic/electric. My Zager is my go to guitar now. I can do things on my Zager that I couldn't do before because it is so easy on the fingers! I LOVE this guitar so much I have ordered a parlor size... can't wait to get my hands on it!
