I have ordered just once yet. But I totally love this shop. It is not just quite cheap but the products also have a very good and nice quality and I can find clothes which ones aren't in the shops in my country. I first ordered a few pairs of earrings, a choker and a cap. When these things were arrived I fell in love with them (and with Zaful) so I just chose some more things from the website which ones I want to order.

I made a purchase from Noracora, based on these reviews. Unfortunately, I found that the items did not match the colors or designs pictured or their website description. Now I face an extraordinary return cost or lost of the overall purchase. Very disappointed. I will not be buying from Noracora again.

I didn't have a problem with Zaful until today. I tried to pay for my order at checkout with my debit card, which I made sure five times that it was all the correct info, and it also has way more than enough funds. I kept getting an error message saying the payment method is not accepted. I message customer service (as seen below) and get this response

Poor quality and part of my order didn't arrive. When I tried to use their support system or get in touch with them, I just kept getting "bad gateway."

I will maybe wear one of the dresses I bought. I would have liked to use the bikini but it did not arrive.

2 items I purchased from their website never arrived. They claim customs destroyed package but have no documentation to back this up. USPS showed that package was sent to wrong address and had no return instructions (extremely unprofessional), package was sent to mail recovery center and that's the last I heard of it. Zaful gave me no refund or solution. I urge everyone purchasing anything from them to think twice and read available reviews which should prove they are more of a scam than a legitimate clothing website.

Sizes are super small, poor quality, return policy is terrible, e-mail after email, then you have to go to post office find cost of return and let them know for price acceptance, so much time spend, will NOT recomend to any one

I bought 4 dresses. All quality are bad, transparent, material is not good and the size is small.
I requested for refund. Nobody take action. Didn't get return code or return address. It's been 2 weeks. I still follow up. PLEASE DON'T BUY From ZAFUL.

Kept stringing me along saying only a few more days until my delivery. Their customer service is almost completely automated, and ignored my simple individualized requests. When I did call in, they confirmed that the automated information was wrong. Although they are in the process of returning my money, they did not adequately compensate me for the time and effort that I spent communicating with them. It was not a easy experience, and the least they could have done was give me a free inexpensive shirt or pants or something(something better than a $2 credit for my attempted $50 purchase). Overall, they ignored my specific requests and to ease out of my experience. They sucked.

Update: they found out about this posting and asked that I removed it in exchange for a $10 credit. You can see the exchange within the photos.

FRAUDULENT SITE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE!
After spending $200 on clothing, paying additional for express shipping as well as insurance from this site, my parcel was sent to my billing (Australia) and not my shipping address (Canada). After reaching out several times via phone and email, I continue to receive the same generic response advising there is nothing they can do since the parcel already been shipped.
If I could give this site zero stars I would. Stealing peoples money is not ok.

SCAM SCAM
I wish I could give it zero stars. They scam you out of your money, then want to get you for more money. They claim the item couldn't be delivered, then for a small fee with a deadline they can re-deliver. Then if you don't do it with those few days, they claim your item will be destroyed. Yet no refund. Customer service is a joke. You can call but its point less because they make you do everything through email (a ticket). Do not order from zaful...

I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased a jacket 40 days ago that has never arrived. Customer service has no idea where the package is and says they cant gibe me a refund and I need to be patient. The worst experience ever with a company. Stay away you are just giving them your money.

I will never buy from Zaful again nor let my daughters. They will only refund 30% of your money. Shipping was also very slow. This is TERRIBLE company model. Do not open a business if you can't provide 100% refund. It is an offensive and disrespectful way of doing business. I work hard for my money and purchasing clothing is a splurge, and now my money is gone on this purchase.

I ordered 5 pieces of clothes in September and got them maybe two weeks later. After trying them on I saw that 2 of them didn't fit me and asked for a return ticket. They answered that they can refund me without getting the clothes back and to just donate the clothes to charity (woo great). After 2 more weeks that I didn't see the refund I spoke with their support, they told me they refunded my card and even sent me an invoice - but in the invoice you can clearly see that it's not my card number. Since then (it's been a month) they refuse to cancel the refund to the wrong card and refund the card I actually paid with. Just a big headache of a website...

I like to start off by saying that I'm in good shape and no not everything looks great on me but this was the worst looking bathing suit and worst fit I've ever seen the bottom look like a man's brief and the top was so unflattering as soon as I went to put on the bathing suit the buttons on the bottom broke two of them so in my mind I said okay well I will just fix it and then when I went to put the top on the buttons on that popped right off in the bathroom as well... it also took a very very long time for shipping from New York to Boston which is ridiculous and then I had ordered two bathing suits and only one showed up.

This place is ridiculous. I have been waiting on a hoodie for My son for Christmas that still isn't here. Customer service tells me by the 20th. And than its always another story. I have been told 5 different things and have yet to receive my item. Christmas is Friday. I do not recommend shopping with this place. Told to contact post office and still nothing. It's sad and if I could give 0 stars I would.

My item got sent back since the house # was not on package even though I provided it during the checkout stage as well as it being on my account. They refused to either issue a refund even tho they got their product back as well as refused to resend it with correct address. They said I did not give them correct address even tho I double checked it as well as my daughter checked it. Thieves. Do not order from them unless you want ripped off.

I can't even speak for the quality of anything because it never showed up. I ordered something that I meant to wear for a Halloween costume. When I chose the shipping method, it said "10 days". I ordered it on October 11. Lol oops. According to their tracking (which is probably garbage, who knows), it was delivered on 12/16. That's more like 10x6 days. Even more. But even worse, the items actually never showed up. And when I've complained about it not arriving, they offer me partial credit to use in the store. How can you expect me to want to purchase from you again when I'm lied to about shipping time, and then blown off when I complain that it wasn't delivered? Yeah right. I'm still arguing for my full refund. Should have read the reviews on this site before purchasing, so take this as a warning.

Just don’t. Don’t use this site. Amazon is better, and that is an extremely low bar, especially for clothing.

A TOTALLY DISASTER! I recommend no one to order clothes from this website. Unless you want to get the wrong packages with the wrong clothes and pay customs twice or more. They give you the worst «help», which really cant even be called help at all. I used a lot of money on this website, and my right clothes which I ordered are never arriving. Find somewhere else to buy yourself some clothes.

Purchased my suits January 4th almost two weeks later it says my package hasn't been shipped yet, I asked for a full refund February 14th it is now March 24th and I haven't received any money back or emails. Customer service is horrific and this whole situation has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I've heard great things about ZAFUL but unfortunately I got the bad end of things.

Do not order from this company. It is a complete scam. Sending back unwanted items is horrendous, each attempt is met by another automated email and no return information or address. I shop widely and frequently online and this has been my worst experience ever. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.

I'm really disappointed with product! The material is not cotton polyester but only cotton! The Large size is too small that it fits my petite daughter! There was a hole on the side seam. I'm not sure if it's intended for the belt when you wrap it around or a plain damage! I demand for a refund.

It is not enough that the clothes are of poor quality, they do not even try to return the money for undelivered goods. I spoke to the customer service center 3 times and each time only empty promises that the money will be returned to my original payment method. First time they told they will refund within 48 hours, second and third time that I will get contacted within 24 hours. Last time even took screenshots. In general, why wasn't my money returned immediately without receiving the goods, but credited to their account? It all makes no sense. Thieves! Thats it!

I am not impressed with Zaful at all, they supposedly delivered my daughters jacket on the 15 May and claim no one was home despite me having a full time maid. Now they say I have missed my delivery so need to contact local post office or shipping agent but I am unable to get information out of them regarding which post office or shipping agent, they love to issue me with ticket numbers but I cannot get a response on who to contact for the jacket, terrible service!
