Ordered 22 items for the first time from this seller Zaful. BIG mistake. When I received my items in the mail, EVERY ITEM was of poor cheap quality material & was nothing of what they advertised in the pictures. All 22 items were cheap imitations of those pictures. They were not the actual real deal in the pictures. I went to return all 22 items for a refund. 1 week after Zaful had already received my returned items in the post, they refused to respond nor issue a refund, telling lies, claiming that they did not receive it, despite tracking on website confirmed that it has been DELIVERED to the correct address. Lucky I was insured with Paypal. If it wasn't for Paypal, Zaful would have ran off with my money. As per reviews on this site, it is evidence that this seller is a scammer (475 Bad reviews vs 150 good reviews).

The seller uses different tactics to make their money by:
*NEVER issuing a refund
*Selling cheap poor quality fake imitations & marking up their margin
*Over charging
*Not dispatching any purchases, after charging customers (this is called stealing)

Im not a fussy person, however everyone else saw the products I had bought off Zaful & they all said the same thing... cheap imitations poorly made & look nothing like in the pictures. BUYERS BEWARE. DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS SELLER NOR NEGOTIATE WITH THIS SELLER IF YOU WANT A REFUND, OTHERWISE YOU WILL LOSE. GO THROUGH PAYPAL AS PAYPAL WILL GUARANTEE YOUR REFUND.

Message for Zaful: Zaful you can write whatever comeback you want, regardless of what I say... You have over 475 BAD reviews versus 150 good reviews. Thats more than half! So say what you want with your sh! Tty copy & paste generic emails that you send to everyone. Actions speak louder than words.

I ordered 3 bikinis from this website for a total of about $40.00. I thought to myself, "wow what a great deal"... I should have known better. I was told that the shipping can take up to a month, so I waited patiently to receive my items. 2 Months later... still no items. Rest assured, ZAFUL deducted the funds from my account immediately after I placed the order online. I logged into my ZAFUL account (after 2 months with no items) to view the shipping tracking records. According to the records, the order was initially "delayed", but the items were supposedly delivered 4 weeks ago. I used the messenger that ZAFUL provides on its website for customer service and explained my situation, explicitly informing the robot on the other end of the messenger that I never received the items and would like my money back. The robot asked me for the "order number", which I provided. It responded that the shipping had been delayed and to "check with my local post office?". I replied that I would like a refund, and the robot proceeded to ask me again for the order number. I simply copied & pasted the number (which I had just provided seconds before) and the robot told me that there wasn't "any order" related to that number. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. ZAFUL is running a dishonest online shopping operation in which the company does not refund you money which you are clearly entitled to. Regardless of whether this was the shipping company's error or ZAFUL's error, I should be refunded my money, as I never received ANY of the items that I purchased. I paid for swimsuits and received NO SWIMSUITS. Long story short... DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHAM OF A BUSINESS. BUYER BEWARE!

ZAFUL attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

Horrible products
