I was a little skeptical from ordering at first. You see cheap prices and you think cheap clothing. Well I was wrong, I have ordered 3 times now because the quality of these items are amazing and the price well you cant beat it anywhere. I did have an issue with one of the pieces I got, and I simply wrote in to customer service and they let me keep the original piece and refunded me my money. I have ordered swim suits, and lingerie and have been totally satisfied. Tracking the order can be a little difficult but you send them a ticket and they get back to you so quickly and let you be at ease that your order is on the way. Great website overall. Great prices for amazing quality! Give them a try.

I ordered from Zaful 3 bathing suits and a cover up. The bathing suits I just received the cover up was sent separately. The 3 bathing suits I received was not what was advertised on the website and wanted a full refund on my order.
I called Zaful and spoke first with Ali at Customer Service she took my order number and then disconnected the line on me. I called again and spoke with Russell I told him one of the issues I have with my order is with the full piece bathing suit I purchase. It was not what was advertised on their website it states, a solid color hue, U collar backless one-piece
Swimsuit featuring a high cut at the side of leg, open in the back, with padded bra, straps detailing swimwear. This swimwear is not a solid colour the front is a solid white the back is transparent. I asked for a refund and he just stated no refund. I indicated as per policy the item can be refunded if there is fault (item was advertised incorrectly which is false advertising). He would not answer. Asked to speak with a manager he stated there is none and then hung up on me. I called again spoke with Carlo and ask to speak with a manager and was informed there is no managers only him. Ok then ask to speak with someone above him or if he can provide me with the name and number of head office. Was informed that is confidential information. Ok, stated a company number is public information, can he provide me with the public number of Head-office, a manager or someone higher he stated no. I can only talk to him. I am shocked and was angered to be given such lies that there is no one above him or a head-office number I can reach someone with my issues. There is always a manager, supervisor or lead that is on site or can be reached with a message or number especially when dealing with customer service. I am writing my experience in the hopes I can help people from being abused by this company. Please rethink before you purchase any item at Zaful. This is not the way to treat customers. I hope the company will read this and educate their employees on proper customer service and what constitutes as public verses private information. Zaful at the very least should refund my order based solely on the poor customer service received. I will keep you posted on the outcome.

I was a little skeptical about purchasing clothes online without trying them on, but I went ahead and gave it a try and am so happy I did! I always liked the clothes I saw at ZAFUL so I ordered myself a teddy jacket. Its been almost a year and I still use it! It hasn't ruined or shrunk, it's still in tact and the zipper is still working and everything! So far I would recommend this site. I am currently working on my next order to get a feel of the shirt quality!

I heard of zaful when a friend of mine posted a photo of herself in a bikini. It was cute, unlike the ones you see in stores. When I went to check out the website for myself, I was amazed at the price tag. I decided to order one just to feel the quality of the material. I was so happy with my bikini, that a year later I purchased about 7 bikinis for my trip to the Caribbean. I was not disappointed. Zaful offers extremely high quality bikinis at extremely fair prices. The neon ones are my favorite because they look amazing on sun-kissed skin!

I bought a swimming costume and swimming trunks from here that match for me and my boyfriend, and also a playsuit. The swimwear was great, fits well and is really nice. The playsuit was good but didn't fit right on me so I asked to send it back and their customer service was great, they gave me a refund and told me I didn't have to send the item back, I could give it to a friend or charity. Prices are amazing and shipping was good, I had to wait a while for the swimming trunks but the other 2 items arrived quite quickly.

I can't believe what good quality the clothes, bathing suits and hair accessories on zaful are. I get compliments all the time. I love how I can buy a ton of clothes for the price of often one item at other stores. They are also good quality and last a long time, I have not had any issues with my items like some other stores that have cheap prices, which is why I am hooked and tell all my friends about Zaful! Buy on their site! You wont regret it

The reviews on the site help you decide what will work best for you. I have a small top and bigger bottom but ordering medium always seems to work out for me, especially since I wear the current cheeky style. Also, they are always having good sales, I got one of my favorite suits for $4 on sale (the green one pictured below)! Plus I just recently found out they offer a little student discount! You'd think they would take a long time to ship but I was really pleasantly surprised considering it would have to cross the ocean to get to me. And most of all they're super cute! Whenever I wear one of their bathing suits I always get complimented!

Zaful is definitely my favorite online store. The customer service is excellent, they resolve an issues very quickly. I like that when a top didn't fit me, they refunded me AND let me keep the top. The range of items is huge. Zaful clothing does run quite small, but the sizing guides aid with selecting a size. I've recommended Zaful to my friends and family and they all love it too! Zaful is affordable too :) Very impressed with Zaful and i love all the items i have ordered.

The clothing is very cheap, and even the clothes aren't cheap are subject to go on sale. I will admit that although some of the fabric used is obviously cheap, nobody else could tell. I can't speak for the other available clothing items as I've only gotten a necklace and few shirts-- but I'm sure they're just as good. Overall, with all of its coupons, in-store cash, and constant sales, I plan to continue using Zaful throughout the foreseeable future.
