It is now been a week and a half after placing my big order from this deceitful website. I wake up every morning soooo FRUSTRATED, and UPSET! After placing my order, there were 2 items that were not available for delivery, I got a quick response from them letting me know that items were going to be delivered when it was available. I asked for a full refund on the items, and they complied. The stress that these scammer have stowed upon me is the face that I am weeks away from going on my vacation, and placed a large order on items to wear on my vacation. They confirmed with me a tracking ordering number for DHL(express shipping), well I've been following up with DHL everyday being told, that this company is lying to me that they sent out my items, when I write to ZAFUL customer service dept, they don't respond to any of my delivery issues. I've already sent them 4 COMPLAINTS with no response. I FEEL LIKE YOU GUYS ARE SCAMMING ME OF MY PURCHASES AND GIVING ME FALSE INFORMATION ABOUT MY PURCHASES! Maybe in their country this is how they conduct business, but here in USA we do not handle business like this at all.
My Experience from Zaful is excellent! I love bikinis from zaful! So true size! Everything fits correctly and everything is like from the pictures!

Awful! I ordered my bathing suit 3 WEEKS AGO and it still has not came in and it says on their website it will come in 3-5 days WTF! THIS IS AWFUL. Never again

I have had a good experience with Zaful! Items I received were as described. I have had no issues with the company.
My Experience: When I first placed my order, I was very skeptical about this website because it was so cheap. I was afraid that my order was not going to come or the material of my products will be poorly made. However, this was not a case. I received my first order with not fully satisfied nor fully disappointed. The top of the swimsuit fitted me perfectly, however, the bottom was way too tiny. As Im scanning through the option of returning my swimsuit, I ran into an option of talking to a customer service through whats call ticket. When I submitted the ticket asking if I could exchange a small bottom with a larger bottom. I submitted the ticket not expecting more than that would not be an option. However, within 24 hrs, a customer service replied politely and was more willing to solve the problem. She gave me an option for getting a different swimsuit with a bigger bottom or get a refund. I was surprised at how accommodating the customer service was. I agreed to have an different swimsuit. Not long after that I received the package.
Material: I have only had one swimsuit that was unstiched at different places. I submitted a ticket asking if I could get another one. Again, the customer service has more than happy to send me a new one with everything stitched fine. The material feels very nice and thick. The majority of the swimsuits I ordered come with pads.
Shipping: I have received all my packages within the estimated shipping date and Im satisfied with the amount it take to ship.
Sizing: Im very small. However, some small sizes are tiny and can barely fit me. I have always order a size up and it usually fit fine.
Overall experience: I would go back and buy clothes from Zaful anytime. This website has such cute clothes with super friendly customer service. Im glad I found a new shopping website that could provide everything I want!
The quality of the clothing is amazing, just like the prices. And the shipping time is great too, considering it is shipping from China.
